• 平淡一笑 (1/5): My Horrible Stay at This Hotel - There is absolutely nothing to be satisfied with during my 3-day stay here. I had no access to hot water, so I couldn’t take a shower at all. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, and I even got stuck outside the apartment building because I couldn’t get in. Several workers came to my room multiple times for repairs—this not only violated my privacy but also disrupted my rest. The free parking spot promised in the booking wasn’t provided at all. Communicating with the customer service felt like dealing with people who were completely unreasonable. During my stay, workers could enter my room whenever they wanted, which left me with no sense of security whatsoever. The entire 3 days felt like living in hell. All I wanted was to leave as soon as possible and never come back. I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my 3-day stay at this hotel. Here are the details: Parking IssueThe hotel owner made false claims on Booking.com, stating that parking spaces were available—yet there were none in reality. I specifically chose this hotel because of the promised parking. However, when I arrived for check-in, the staff told me no parking was available. I pointed out that my room rate included parking fees and asked them to arrange a spot, but they ignored my request. I had no choice but to park at a distant off-site parking lot, paying 36 euros per day for three days. Poor ServiceOn the first day of my stay, the access code for the apartment building stopped working. I reported the issue to the staff and waited for them to fix it. Shockingly, they only followed up an hour later to ask if I had gotten in—no one had come to repair the system in the meantime. I was forced to change my plans and wander around the neighborhood to kill time until the problem was resolved. Their neglect of guests’ needs was utterly unacceptable. No Hot Water in the BathroomShortly after checking in, I noticed there was no hot water in the bathroom. I immediately recorded a video and reported the issue to the owner. The owner claimed the problem was due to "us using up all the hot water"—but we hadn’t used any water at all, as no hot water came out in the first place. The next day, their staff came to inspect. Instead of fixing the issue, they again blamed us, saying, "You used too much hot water, so the tank ran out." I asked them to refill the tank to ensure we had hot water, but they refused to take responsibility. On the third day, another inspection finally revealed the real problem: a broken water pipe system. They said they needed to replace the faucet and sent three workers to repair it. When we returned from our outing that evening, the repair was still ongoing, and the bathroom was unusable. The workers continued working

• shanez (9/5): Très bon séjour . - Appartement propre, lumineux et fonctionnel . Il est bien situé. A 2 pas du métro , d’un supermarché . Belle terrasse . Garage disponible mais fait pour petite voiture .

Поселення безконтактне, працює на відмінно 4 поверх, вузькі гвинтові сходи, ліфт не працює на постійній основі, якщо ви маєте великий багаж, то дуже важко підніматися наверх. Міжкімнатні стіни з гіпсокартону, тому чути все. Матраци не зручні . Персонал не відповідає на смс,тільки після декількох нагадувань

Al cepillo le faltaba el palo,no había papelera en el baño y la bombilla de la sala no encendía estaba fundida,intenté contactar con la empresa de alquiler y no hubo manera

• Judith (5/5): Maintenance issues but great size, amenities and location - Great spacious apartment with wonderful outside patio, good location and very clean. Well decorated and very well equipped including lovely kitchen goods and large table. Plenty of bedroom and shower room storage space and towels, with powerful shower. Mini toiletries and washing up kit provided. There were lots of niggly maintenance issues that came to light during our 4 day stay: The shower hose was broken where it attached to the shower head and we had to prop it up against the tiles and soap tray so it was useable. The shower door was not attached on all sliders at the top. The shower room door itself was a slider door, great idea but unless you locked it, it kept sliding open when you shut it, very frustrating. The lock itself was completely loose on the lounge side and fell off twice , locking in the occupant until the mechanism was reattached by someone in the lounge. The fridge door had to be lifted at the bottom left corner in order to close the door every time it was used. The corners of the large rug under the table were curled up which could be a trip hazard for children or the elderly. The inside of a socket in the first bedroom off the lounge came out when a phone charger socket was removed, but it did just push back in easily. The lift was very slow and scary. It stopped 3 times but restarted ok. Just be aware not to overload it and stand at the very back (it does include this information on the lift door, which I should have noted). I booked the apartment 3 months in advance with free cancellation. The payment was taken out immediately even though the booking letter showed a future date. I messaged Room to rent several times without receiving a reply. I wanted to know details in advance of the key code mentioned to access the apartment. I heard nothing until the week of my booking. At this point I received a WhatsApp asking me to check everyone in online with their personal details and on the day of arrival I received WhatsApp information detailing downloading a phone access app to gain entry to the actual apartments from the street door as well as how to access the key in a locked box outside of the apartment on the corridor wall once we got inside.

• George (6/5): Comfortable but very but very bad service. - It was comfortable and good appliances. They told us to arrive at 3pm. We arrived at 4:30pm and the cleaning person was still there. He left at 6:30pm but he didn’t left any towels and bed linen. He told us that he will bring them in half an hour but he brought them 4 hours later. I contacted the property at least 6 times and they couldn’t find a solution. We had appointment for work and we missed it because of that. The property owners told us that they will compensate us, but no news yet.
