• Thi Anh Hong (9/5): Rất ổn - Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, các cách bố trí đều y như hình quảng cáo. Phòng có ban công thoáng đãng. Thủ tục check in nhanh chóng, mình không cần gặp lễ tân, chỉ nhận chìa và lên thẳng căn hộ. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán, siêu thị. Wifi mạnh. Tuy nhiên cách âm không quá tốt, vẫn nghe rõ tiếng lục cục ở các phòng/nhà bên và ở hành lang. Khách có thể tự nấu ăn, nhưng khi mình muốn rửa bát thì không thấy có dầu rửa. Lấy thìa/đũa ra ăn thấy còn bám mỡ, chắc do khách trước không vệ sinh.

• Rianne (10/5): Great modern apartment! - Very easy to check in! The host was amazing and very communicative! Provided great suggestions for places to eat! The room is very clean with a western style bathroom and nice small kitchen and washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked well and many cute cafes near! Will definitely stay again when I come back to Hanoi!

Generalnie niezadbany i brudny pokój. Mieliśmy pokój na 2 piętrze od strony ulicy i było okrutnie głośno - dosłownie było słychać każdą rozmowę, deszcz a zatyczki do uszu nie dawały rady. Nie dało się spać. Klimatyzacja była centralnie na przeciwko łóżka przez co wiało na głowę. Po przyjeździe mieliśmy zimną wodę - myślałam że tak może być o 4 rano, ale gdy następnego dnia chcieliśmy się umyć to była ta sama sytuacja, kran na maksa a woda zimna. Okazało się że włącznik do ciepłej wody był wyłączony - szkoda że nikt o tym nie uprzedził zanim myliśmy się zimną wodą. Nikt nie sprzątał pokoju W pokoju po zameldowaniu nie było papieru toaletowego, musieliśmy o niego poprosić Po dwóch dniach skończył się żel pod prysznic Nie polecam, omijajcie to miejsce

• Guest (9/5): - Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ, thuận tiện đi lại, chủ nhà chỉ dẫn nhiệt tình, book hạng phòng tốt nhất nên trải nghiệm tốt, đáng tiền. Nhà mình có bé nhỏ nên phòng rộng mình ưng. Ngõ thì vừa đủ ô tô đi nhưng bị lấn chiếm bởi hàng quán, thành ra đỗ xe 2' để cho đồ xuống cũng khó khăn. Gửi xe dịch vụ thì bị chặt chém. Nếu khách sạn take care nốt mảng này thì ổn hơn, dù khách mất phí dịch vụ gửi xe ngoài nhưng còn đỡ hơn là đi lòng vòng mấy con phố chưa gửi đc xe.
• Dewy (10/5): Spacious, quiet and clean apartment - Very spacious and quiet appartment in the middle of bustling Hanoi, very close to the train station. The apartment was fitted with everything you could possibly need and was very clean. Contact with the host over whatsapp was easy. For a small fee we could already enter the apartment early in the morning, which was amazing to get some extra hours of sleep in after the night train. Made our stay in Hanoi absolutely great. We only stayed one night, but this would also be a great place if you have to stay for a bit longer. -

• Frank (10/5): Exceptional - Great one bedroomed apartment. High spec appliances, furniture and fittings. With the the comfiest bed we slept in our travels. Check in is easy, just follow instructions sent by An. She is a great host with very good communication. The apartment is in a quiet street, with cafes, bars, restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. It's a short walk to many of Hanoi's highlights, or a Grab ride. We would recommend Hanoi Bliss and would happily stay again. Nothing to not like

• Jounie (10/5): One of the best in the city (from someone that lives here) - Love three things: the actual apartment, the owner and the location. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: its very clean, modern and comfortable. If I worked near this area, I would love to live here. The owner/management is wonderful: they are very responsive and helpful. I shared a concern and they took care of it for me (they could have waited until the end of my stay to address it). The apartment is located on a very short street, but it is one of my favorites in Hanoi (I live in the city). There are multiple good restaurants ranging from street food to classy. You can also walk to Train Street and the lake easily. Everything was absolutely perfect.
• Paige (10/5): LOVE LOVE LOVE! - The apartment was so comfortable and quiet! But in a brilliant location and only a short walk to the Old Quater! I loved it so much I booked a second time and came back. Minh was very accommodating and was always there if I needed anything :) I liked everything!
• Gatsbyy (6/5): OK for short stays. - Decent option for short stays. Good location, very near train street and not far walking to Old & French quarters. On a street with plenty of places to eat, yet quiet at night. Self check-in simple. Washer & dryer a bonus. Smart TV with Netflix/apps. Thick layer of dust around the room when we checked in, including on the bed headrest etc. Had to clean around the flat ourselves. Shower good, but bathroom often smelled bad. Shampoo & soap poor. Kitchen extremely basic and not enough equipment.
• Serafin (9/5): Fantastic location - Very convenient little apartment if you're staying a few days in Hanoi. Communication and check in/out process was very good. Located in a busy street with plenty of places to eat and drink during the day but quiet during the night. The kitchen is very basic but we didn't use it anyway, there are so many food stalls and restaurants that we didn't need it at all.

My check in and check out process went very smoothly and the host even accommodated storing my bags so I could explore some more of the city before my flight! Would definitely return! • Guy (10/5): Exceptional Stay in Hanoi - The apartment was spacious, modern, and exactly as pictured—clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the Hanoi heat, and the hot water supply was consistent, even with two people showering back-to-back. We especially appreciated the brand-new washer and dryer, which made doing laundry during our stay incredibly convenient. The location is fantastic—tucked away on a side street lined with cafés. Hanoi’s main train station is just a 3-minute walk, and the famous “Train Street” is no more than 5 minutes away on foot. The vibrant Old Quarter is about a 15-minute walk or a quick, inexpensive Grab ride. Hoa Lo Prison (the “Hanoi Hilton”) is also just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Communication with our host was excellent. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, with clear and timely messages before and throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi—a true gem. Nothing; everything was good
• Malcolm (9/5): Great location, good size accommodation - The rooms are pretty big. Plenty of room for a couple. The hotel is in a small street in the Old Quarter and it can be a bit noisy at times but Hanoi can be buzzing with noise and activity most of the time.

The bathroom was unfortunately bit up to the same standard as the rest of the apartment. The shower screen looked as thought it had never been cleaned and the tap was also covered in water marks. The shower was very slow to drain. After around 5 minutes the water started to flow out into the bathroom.

• Jann (10/5): Exceptional - We had an incredible time at this apartment. An is an excellent host and always responds whenever she can. She accommodated our request to checkin early at a minimal fee. Location was superb, you can walk around the area and would have a lot of options to grab food and coffee. Bed is really comfy, we had a great sleep. Will definitely book this unit again if we ever go back to Hanoi. Nothing. Everything's perfect for us.
