• Ruperez (2/5): Si tienes un problema nadie va ayudarte - Solo la ubicación. en la casa hubieron problemas de comunicación por encontrarnos las cosas sucias y nadie lo solucionó. La falta de atención tanto por parte del apartamento como de booking .

• Terence (3/5): No hot water, dirty apartment - The location was good. It is a short walk to the old town and to the beach. There is a supermarket just next door and restaurants close by as well. The AC was very good. Unfortunately, there was a lot not to like about this apartment. First, there was no hot water. We were staying 3 nights and messaged as soon as we found out there was no hot water. They said they would contact their team and get back to us. At around 10pm on the last I got a message asking to send a picture of the boiler. So really not very helpful. There was another review from January that also mentioned no hot water. The cleanliness of the apartment was not great either. The floor was very dirty and turned the bottoms of my feet black. So it hadn't been mopped in a while I think. There was food from the previous tenants, an open packet of crisps, a half eatten chocolate bar, and half a bottle of water in the kitchen. We weren't sure if the towels had been washed at all as they were still hung up on the back of the doors and one smelled of cigerttes. It also lacked some of the basics you would expect. There was no toilet paper at all and no bags in the bins. The light switches and plug sockets were really old and the whole place needs a bit of a refurb. Even though all I really used it for was to sleep, I would not stay here again and I was glad to leave.

У кондиционеров, которые выходят на улицу, нет отвода конденсата, поэтому приходилось периодически (раз в день) выносить огромные пластиковые бидоны с ним и выливать его в туалет!!! Это треш! 4. Громко разговаривать и хлопать дверью (мы были с маленькими детьми) нельзя даже днем. Кто-то из соседей либо хозяин тайком обклеил дверь скотчем с предупреждениями!!! 5. в парадном нет лифта
