Kitchen was spotless and very easily accessible in like to make my morning routine in the kitchen and here there are not stairs every is on the same level and easily reachable I did not have to depend on my carers to have something to as I could access the fridge, and so forth.I even thought to stay longer but it had been booked already for the days further than the 21st.

Generally tidy and clean throughout.
Cheap parking nearby and free parking with the time zones.
Staff was always on hand and extremely helpful throughout Only have two small faults.
1. Room was not ready for check in time.
Check in was for 14:00 I was told where to collect the keys around 14:30
2. Uncomfortable bed. Me and the Mrs found the bed uncomfortable.

- Grzegorz (5/5): Generally there are much better places in London - Just fine, nothing special. Close to the tube station Terrible communication with the owner. To get instructions I had to find connection, write bunch of messages and then contact via WhatsApp. Everything could have been sent before via message. The owner wasn't answering immediately, even though the check in time started. The apartment was not cleaner properly. Very noisy, as the windows face very busy highway. One roll of a toilet paper was, after all of the problems with checking in, humorous. The bed was very uncomfortable. The neighbourhood is not nice at all, but if you go straight to the tube station, its fine. Generally there are much better places in London

- Bbrsc (1/5): Is the first accommodation I had refuse since I travel... and I travel a lot.... - Nothing This is a scam. Do not book here. We had to sleep somewhere else because the place was so dirty you could not sleep. Booking does not want to pay back the money even if we had informed them about the scam. If the property owner offers to fix the issue ( even if is something unrealistic) then Booking does not pay you back. The owner knows this and uses it. The employees of a hotel nearby say that they have a lot of tourists coming late in evening trying to find a place because of this kind of scam nearby and they don't understand why booking allows that :(
Unfortunately, Booking does not care about it.

Lovely views from veranda and plenty of utensils to use in the appt £100 refundable deposit should have been advertised upfront on advert and not on check in day - host very quick to refund after check out though.
Blinds in living area need fixed.

- Sukesh (10/5): Superb, awesome, amazing and excellent customer service. - It was great, we really enjoyed our stay in this fairly new apartment.It was perfect,like home from home. The communication with the host was first class, always answered my questions and even gave me a detailed map on how to get to the destination. The check in check out process was easy and all of the facilities in the apartment were there. About 10 minutes away from the canning town tube station,with lots of shops and places to eat food. We stopped for 5 days and were extremely happy with everything.
I would strongly recommend this apparent for anyone who wants to use an independent modern apartment.The bonus of a washing machine (not that we used it) but they had one.Easy to use smart TV with really good and reliable internet 🛜. If this place is available again at the same sort of price,I will definitely stay there again. Another bonus was that we were allowed to check out an hour later. We liked everything, nothing not to like

You can tell the host cares about the people who stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean and very nice comfortable bed and sofa and the location is great. Close to the station and a supermarket. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again.
