• John (5/5): Décevant - dommage - L’amabilité et réactivité des propriétaires très aidants et disponibles Résidence sécurisée reconnaissance faciale Au pied de la plage - Belle vue - petit resto de plage sympa en sortant à droite Machine à laver - machine Espresso - Machine à purifier l’eau Accès piscine chauffée jusqu’à 17h hors lundi un peu tôt. Loin du centre de barra à 1h15 à pieds - prendre un Uber pour se rendre en ville ou à Rio environ 35mn. Pas d école de surf à côté - prendre un Uber pour se rendre aux écoles à barra.l’appartement est mal insonorisé on entend les gens dans les couloirs et chiens, les travaux de rénovation dans l’appartement d’en face. Le rooftop se situe sur un couloir aérien . Les hélicoptères passent en permanence. La route en contre bas est embouteillée le matin et le soir hors we. Dommage. Les salles de bains petites avec une odeur de gaz qui émane en continu légèrement ainsi que des odeurs de cuisine. Le wc est collé à la douche .Une forte odeur et humidité dans la chambre a l’étage.meubles premiers prix type Formica porte de meuble décrochée . Il y a du potentiel mais non exploité.nous étions 5 la terrasse disposait de deux chaises jardin à moitié rouillées sans table. Le balcon propose une petite table pour 2 pas facile d’être ensemble dehors . Vraiment dommage ! Dans la cuisine pas d’eau chaude apparemment c’est normal. On a n’a pas cuisiné. Sol pas très propre et balais sales .
