• Maksym (10/5): Perfecto 👌🏻 - El apartamento está ubicado muy bien! 1 minuto de metro, alrededor hay tiendas y fruterías. Aparcamiento de noche gratis y en 10 minutos como mucho andando hay zonas blancas donde puedes dejar el coche gratis también . Las habitaciones amplias y limpias como pone en las fotos. Ksenia - muy maja y amable, gracias! Nada
• GIUSEPPE (5/5): Insufficiente - L’accoglienza, molto gentile ed educata, meraviglia perché parla Italiano e non ci mette in difficoltà con la lingua. L’appartamento è molto grazioso per una famiglia adatto! Purtroppo non posso essere contento per i confort, letti con materasso molto basso e scomodo si sentivano le doghe, la lavatrice aveva un malfunzionamento, qualsiasi ciclo durava tanto e non lavorava bene, purtroppo per i nuovi standard che ci sono per i viaggi ci siamo portati pochi cambi avendo la lavatrice ma non è stata possibile sfruttare. Mancava una qualsiasi macchina del caffè.

• Rinor (10/5): - Super comfy feels like you’re in your own house and has everything you need. The location is nice in quite neighbour close to bus station(2min walk) and close to metro station too(6min walk) you have a lot of supermarkets there The host was so kind and friendly

• Teresa (9/5): Ho viaggiato per lavoro ma accompagnata dalla mia famiglia. Questa soluzione è stata ottima - Appartamento pulito e molto silenzioso Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal Forum e dal centro Congressi. La fermata della metro e del tram si trovano a due minuti a piedi dall’appartamento, raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Barcellona è veramente semplice.

• Dóra (10/5): - Nagyon jó szállás, nagyon jó környéken! Hárman mentünk Barcelonába, szuper volt, hogy mindegyikünknek külön szobája volt. A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, pár perc sétára a metró megállótól és kb. 20 perc sétára a tengerparttól. A szállásadónk nagyon kedves volt, az érkezési időt többször át kellett variálnunk, de mindannyiszor rugalmasan kezelte. Amikor megérkeztünk, éppen építési munkálatok zajlottak a lakásban, emiatt víz-kimaradás volt várható. Erre is gondolt, hagyott nekünk két nagy gallon vizet. Ha legközelebb jövünk, újra megszállnánk itt! :)

• Manon (7/5): Un beau séjour, masi rapport qualité prix un peu défavorable néanmoins. 800 euros pour 4 nuits. - Appartement propre, au 11è et dernier étage. Très belles vues. On voit même la mer. Tout le nécessaire pour faire des courses au pied de l'immeuble (et pas cher, car quartier populaire). Métro et tram à proximité immédiate. L'hôte nous avait indiqué d'envoyer un SMS 30 minutes avant d'arriver, or, nous avons écrit 1h avant et avons néanmoins du attendre 50 minutes pour récupérer les clés devant l'appartement. La personne qui nous a accueilli était charmante, mais après un voyage d'une journée, on souhaite avoir les clés dès que l'on arrive sur place. Pas de volet aux chambres 2 et 3 (en travaux ?). Rideau non fixé dans la chambre 2. Quartier en transformation, avec un chantier au pied de l'immeuble (réveil 8h). Pas de torchons. Seulement 2 petites cuillères. Pas de gel douche (alors qu'on avait écrit la veille pour savoir s'il y en avait > seulement shampooing disponible). Il aurait été agréable d'avoir 2 serviettes de toilettes/personne (et pas une seule, un peu juste pour 5 jours).

• Mariglen (1/5): A deeply disappointing experience due to lack of basic utilities and poor communication from the host. - It was a great location near to metro station! There was no running water for three days, making the apartment uninhabitable—no working toilets, no showers, no cleaning possible. The host informed us only a day before arrival and offered no viable solution or support. This was completely unacceptable and not suitable for us.
• Biagio (7/5): Basic apartment, with some simple improvements to be done - The apartment is very close to the metro L4, and it is at walking distance from the beach and the mall. Kira, the apartment manager, was very nice and helpful. We could leave the luggages in apartment for a few hours after the check out. The place was cleaned, but with quite e few carpets that could be washed better. When you step in the apartment it doesn't smell clean. The water in the shower was going from very hot water to cold many times, find the right position of the knob has been not easy. The pans are quite old and overused. The location is ok during the day, but looks a bit dodgy in the evening / night, not suggested it hung out especially with kids. But to use it for a place to sleep only it's OK

• Gerta (1/5): Bad - The owner was friendly and available and this was the only good part. Not recommended for families, the apartment was in a dangerous zone and the cushions were dirty and smelly .. (it was hard to sleep)

• Ruth (8/5): Quick getaway with the fam - All modern equipment and close to the metro Was in the 11th floor but not the worst because the view was great but slow lifts. Needed a toaster, otherwise fine…
• Paul (10/5): Away from the touristy centre. Easy access to beach, travel, food, shopping etc. Great account - Host was very accommodating for an early arrival / bag drop. Apartment was nicely decorated, very clean, great facilities. Good WiFi, shower pressure, water temperature. Very quiet area. Apartment very secure. Beds comfortable and cozy. Nearby travel, food, and shopping easy to access.
• Clarissa (10/5): Exceptional views close to everything. - The apartment was at a perfect location close to train and a mall. The beach is also just a few minutes walk. If you have a car is hard to find parking. Although for a fee you can park at the Hilton or near the mall. The host showed me where to park and responded quickly to my questions.
• Jose (1/5): Yuck! - There were three rooms. The place was so dirty it was disgusting and I rented this so our family in Spain could visit us. So embarrassing The kitchen was dirty coffe still in coffee maker with filter inside.. all windows had hand prints on them. Not recommended
