• Anna (6/5): Ogólnie ok - Lokalizacja na duzy plus. Spacerem do duomo około 20 min, do dworca około 15 minut. Stacja metra 2 min. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. Wieczorami na ulicy dużo sie dzieje, ale jest bezpiecznie. Gorąca woda pod prysznicem na duzy plus oraz kontakt z właścicielem. Otwieranie i zamykanie lokalu bardzo fajne. Brak czajnika, czystość i przeciekajacy prysznic to główne minusy. Dla osób które przychodzą tam tylko wykąpać się i przespać - jest do przejścia.

• Christian (4/5): Falta de respeto - Cuando llegue no funcionaba el calentador lo cual tuve que tomar una ducha de agua fría , el personal vino esa misma noche a tratar de solucionarlo lo cual le di permiso para que entrara mientras yo no estaba . No lo pudo arreglar , llegué yo y lo solucione , solo tenías que apagarlo y prenderlo . Ellos querían mandar un especialista para arreglarlo el lunes llegué cual le dije que si podría ser el día siguiente ya que yo me iba y que el problema lo había solucionado yo . Ellos querían mandar lunes a las 2 de la tarde me abren la puerta uno de los chicos del personal sin haber golpeado antes y no confírmame que iban , yo estaba en ropa interior , fue un momento desagradable y lo cual entraron y estuvieron 3 horas cambiando el calentador del agua , me dejaron todo el apartamento sucio y se fueron

Dello staff un voto alto a Tommaso, dei tre il più disponibile Non è mai uscita l’acqua calda dalla doccia. Il prezzo è un pochino alto in rapporto alla qualità della stanza

• Stephen (8/5): Good Milan location for a city break - Location was good for walking 20 or 30 minutes to most places. And right near the porta venezia metro station so duomo was easily accessible. Room clean and functional. Would like more equipment.ent in kitchen such as bottle openers etc. Small TV Locking mechanism with the link was a little temperamental as sometimes the door said locked but it was easily opened by pushing. Was easily sorted. Guests need instruction on locking up in the app too as we figured it out but others might not.

The kitchen is poorly equipped, and the whole room looks worn out, giving the impression that it is not clean, old, and broken. If you plan to use the room only for sleep, you won't care about the whole appearance.

• Muhammet (6/5): Very expensive - The room has all things. It is usefull but is small room. Kitchen and bathroom is good. There was a lot of dust and long hairs on the floor. There is a washer but saying “dont use it”. There was also long hairs in the bed. I found a openned condom in the drawer. If it is a gift, it must be closed. If you open the small window, you see just nothing.

It gets bright early It is quite challenging to check in, u need to send documents, and take a selfie with the ID, and fill up some unecessary long details.. that s too much, and also to open the door the first time is a hussle.

• Іhor (8/5): Very good - Pretty quiet place, the only one small window goes to the yard, so you don’t hear streets. Very good Italian food restaurant and McDonald’s in the same building. Underground and park are close as well. The front door doesn’t have sound insulation at all, so you hear everybody going and talking on stairs. The wifi wishes to be better, especially for uploads.

Nice to have big fridge and hob to cook Extremely thin walls, can hear the McDonalds from down stairs. This pillows are less than an inch thick and uncomfortable. No kettle. Missing batteries from tv remote. Blinds are see through.
