• Karim (4/5): - The location is really nice and the view from the balcony is sharming For me I don't understand how come an apartment with such a good location and the with that daily price and it's not taken care of enough, renovation must be done the furniture is so old and dusty . Another thing was that when we arrived we found out that the sheets are not clean and I found hair all over bed and we had to change them ourselves. Lastly and I am so disappointed about this is that the fridge wasn't working And my food went bad during my stay because also the fridge looked so old

• Ashiq (4/5): Should have given a thought before booking it. - Beach side view and Helpful Assistance from the host Sara. Host answered our messages whenever we had questions. Checkout process was smooth. The apartment was not clean at all. Bedsheets were really bad with full of hairs from the past I think and it also has stains. Host had mentioned us that the housekeeping girl will receive us and handover the keys. When we arrived she was still cleaning the apartment and it is still ok if we get the cleaned apartment but that's not the case. At the end she handed over the apartment keys with water on the floor. Kitchen has bad smell which made us not use it.

Its location is perfect: right in the heart of Alexandria’s leisure district, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, cafés, and all the city’s attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, clean, and truly luxurious. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What made the stay even more special was Ms. Sara, the landlord! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to support us with anything we needed. • Spectacular sea view • Prime location near everything • Elegant and comfortable interiors • Outstanding hospitality from Ms. Sara Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded expectations.

• Abdelbaset (10/5): - المكان اكثر من رائع وتحسه دافي كده موقعه حلو ع البحر وقريب من معظم الخروجات بالاضافه ان الشقه نضيفه و فيها كل اللي هتحتاجه ، بالاضافه الي الرقي والذوق ف التعامل مع دكتوره سارة وهي شخص ودود ومتعاون جدا واكيد هكرر التحربة ممكن صوت السيارات عالي بالنسبة ان الشقه ع البحر بس الغرف هادية جدا

• Guiming (1/5): No one there when I arrived there. I have to find another place to stay. I paid but not room to sleep. Very disappointed - It’s difficult to find it.
• Emad (6/5): Disappointed Stay – Not Worth the “Ultra Luxury” Label - My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights, expecting a luxury apartment with a beautiful sea view. Instead, we found the building under noisy renovation, completely blocking the view and making the balcony unusable. The host didn’t inform us in advance, claiming she thought the work would be finished — clearly untrue. The apartment itself was far from luxury: no A/C in the lounge, no basic toiletries, very old and uncomfortable furniture, a leaking bathroom, a noisy fridge we had to turn off at night, and an outdated kitchen. The host did refund 10%, but it didn’t make up for the experience.
