• Anna (9/5): Polecam! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przy stacji metra M3. Tuż obok supermarket. Mieszkanie czyste. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Wygodne łóżka. Bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Jedyny minus to problematyczne zameldowanie poprzez link. Po kliknięciu w link trzeba było wypełnić kartę zameldowania, która niestety nie działała dobrze. Dopiero po wypełnieniu wszystkich pozycji można było otrzymać wytyczne jak wejść do budynku i odebrać klucze.

• Anna (10/5): Accogliente, ben servita e in ottima posizione - Casa piccola ma molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Parcheggio interno molto comodo. Il custode del palazzo è stato gentile e sempre disponibile. La posizione è ottima, vicina a tutto ciò che serve. Esperienza positiva, la consiglio!

• Estevez (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience ! - L'emplacement. Très mauvaise expérience ! Le lit était complètement cassé, nous avons dormi dans un lit qui se plié en deux littéralement. Réparé le lendemain mais aucuns dédommagement pour la nuit horrible à 75€ passée. Poussiéreux et vieillot. Machine à laver qui pû le moisie. Pas de lessive. Pas de machines à café. Ni café sucre sel huile.. rien ! Et pour finir au moment de quitter l'appartement ont s'est fait agresser par quelqu'un qui j'imagine est le propriétaire de l'appartement. Il nous à crier dessus pour rendre les clefs alors qu'on était en train de sortir la voiture du parking. Il a peu être imaginé qu'on comptait partir avec ou j'en sais rien en tout cas il a été très irrespectueux! Je n'y remettrai pas les pieds ! Je ne conseille pas ce logement.

• Arianthi Karakosta (8/5): Πολύ καλη επιλογή τοποθεσίας, ικανοποιημένη γενικά - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα σε μέτρό, ήσυχη περιοχή, απέναντι από σούπερ μάρκετ. Δυσκολευτήκαμε πολύ με τα κλειδιά, καθώς είχε αργήσει το καθάρισμα, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα εργήσει 1 ώρα, αλλά άργησε πολύ παραπάνω και δεν άνοιγε η πόρτα μέχρι να ολοκληρωθεί. Ήμασταν έξω στη βροχή με μωρό παιδί και ψάχναμε γιατί δεν ανοίγει η πόρτα. Τελικά ένας κάτοικος μας άνοιξε την πόρτα της πολυκατοικίας, πήγαμε στο δωμάτιο και τότε έβγαινε η κοπέλα που καθάριζε το σπίτι.

• ashotmsheci (1/5): - Было чисто, рядом с метро и с большим магазином. Паркинг был удобный. С самого начала после бронирования, я хотел вторично уточнить, есть ли паркинг. Сначала мне сказали что мне не полагается паркинг, потом после того, как я пожаловался в Букинг, мне сказали, что было недоразумение и паркинг мне все таки полагается. Далее, во всех гостиницах которые я бронировал когда либо в Италии, было достаточно предъявить ВНЖ, но тут при онлайн регистрации, когда я загрузил ВНЖ, оказалось что им этого не достаточно, и толко за пару часов до заезда они потребовали паспорт, а паспорта были в другом городе, уже было поздно их брать. Мы с семьей доехали до здания, но не могли войти, нас никто не встретил, я не мог с ними связаться. На букинг не отвечали, whats app у них тоже не было. Я просил прохожих дать позвонить на итальянский номер. Со второго раза они ответили, и сказали, что если нет паспортов, а только ВНЖ, то нас не впустят. Я им сказал, что паспорта не при мне, сказал что я с детьми, в жаре, на улице без возможности связи, но они сказали что это их правила, о которых они предупреждали. Сказали что итальянская полиция не принимает ВНЖ, а только паспорта. Хотя это уже был четвертый дом за последние 10 дней в Италии, который я бронировал, но проблем с ВНЖ не было. Они сказали что надо было лучше прочесть указания на Букинг, и они не будут нам ни в чем уступать. Мы в жаре, всей семьей, с детьми, стали искать все возможности чтоб связаться с тем городом где наши паспорта, чтоб нам их сфотографировали и прислали. Наконец, после мучений я получил фото паспортов, отправил им, а они опять перестали отвечать. После нескольких попыток мне удалось с ними связаться, а они оказалось, что даже не соизволили проверить посланные мною паспорта. Короче только после таких мучений, когда настроение и отдых был испорчен, мы получили инструкцию по получению ключей, которая скорее напоминала игру Форт Боярд. Дома был странный запах. Не очень удобный дом. Без кондиционера там было ужасно жарко. Вентилятор не справлялся с жарой.

• Güleç (8/5): - Konumu çok iyi, market yakın ve metronun dibi, park yeri Banyoda sıcak su ile soğuk su dengesini ayarlamak epeyce zor oldu. Yani bir sıcak oluyor bir soğuk.

• Dmitriy (9/5): Impressions and honest review - The location is great, the metro is 2 minutes away, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the Duomo. Across the street there is a large supermarket, and there are various cafes and pizzerias nearby. Convenient parking, a clean lobby and room, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with a door and a table (if someone needs to work on a laptop, that's a plus). And another point, not related to the apartment, maybe it will be useful to someone. We arrived on a night flight with a child and decided to take a taxi from Malpesna. The price to the location according to the meter is 120 euros, during the day it can be 130. Keep this cost in mind. Not a very good shower, difficult to operate and adjust hot water. This was a problem to buy a child, and it was not comfortable to bathe myself. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold water. The house itself has poor soundproofing and you can hear the neighbors upstairs well. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper, it is better to take earplugs with you. Otherwise, everything is great

• Acnana (9/5): I recommend staying in this location - I recommend staying in this location. We were accommodated 3 people, 4 nights, in february. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the metro. The property is on the ground floor of a block, very clean, equipped with everything you need, very warm, hot water, we felt very well. The furniture in the room is slightly outdated, but well maintained. The pictures are real. Across the road is the Eselunga Supermarket. I received the details about entering the studio, one day before arriving in Milan, after paying the city tax. -

• Katrin (7/5): Good - The location was great, right next to a metro stop and a supermarket. Excellent connection to the city's attractions and the central train station. The house seemed safe, with a locked gate and front door. The apartment was well equipped - hairdryer, iron, etc. Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Never managed to wash myself in the shower with really warm water. If the water was warm at first, it ran out in the middle of showering. Maybe if I stayed longer I could have found a better time to wash. It wasn't that bad - I would stay in the same apartment again.

• Michal (6/5): Short budget stay - Metro was few meters away. The supermarket also. The price was not to high. Kitchen ammenities were in working condition. So in all it is good for short budget stay. The matress was very bad on one half of the bed. There is no air conditioning, only a noisy fan, which is uncomfortable during summer. Bathroom is older and smells of mold.
• Diggins (8/5): 3 night stay - The location of the apartment and the security of it was perfect, only being a minute walk away from the Affori centro station which linked up to all the main stops in Milan. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Supermarket right across the road and plenty of minimarkets close by too for any essentials. Would recommend this apartment to friends that are wanting to visit Milan. The only real downside to this apartment would be the shower, it's very small and quite difficult to get the correct temperature on it. We only saw one staff member on our 4 day trip however we felt very safe and secure and we were given clear instructions from the letter on our arrival on how to get into the building,parking,ect.

• Artem (7/5): Good - Private parking was great. There is a big Superstore across the street, gas station around the corner and lots of nice places to eat in the area. The apartment is cozy and had everything I needed. It was not very easy to get in the apartment to collect the keys. The frontdoor didn't go open and when there is no one at the reception you have no choice but to wait till someone opens the door or you have to figure something else out.

The online check-in was really convenient, since we arrived in a middle of the night because of our flight and check-in had a really clear intructions, so it was easy to get in. The apartment was in a good location, since metro station was really close and you also could have walked on foot to the city centre. Overall, it was a good experience .

We messaged the property 4 times to remind them before our arrival but no reply until today. The shower is very small and has no door ( has been broken for months... See previous reveiws) The extractor is dirty and doesn't do much The apartment is extremely noisy.

• Mevana (7/5): Great Location - The location was great.1 minute from the metro station! Clean room. The window in the kitchen, anyone could jump in from outside, not feeling safe. The bathroom needs some renovation.

• Marino (5/5): Amazing location, poor care of the property. - The location is just perfect. Literally two steps away from the metro station of Affori Centro, which in turn is 10 minutes or so away from both the train station and the Duomo station. Another important thing is that it is right in front of a big supermarket that has a very good bar for breakfast (it opens around 7). Also, for the purpose of my visit, it was 10 minutes away from the location of the concert. The kitchen area is nice and the apartment is furbished with cutleries and all you need in case you would like to cook your own food (we didn't, but it's good to say it). The building has a small court with benches where you can relax and if you wish to go for a walk in a park, the green area is 5 minutes away in walking distance. The bathroom and the smell I found in the room upon arrival. I understand that it wasn't a 5* hotel, but I could have accepted some dust and maybe some mold... what to do? it happens! but the bathroom walls were infested with mold and the smell was literally allover the apartment. Apart form that, I would seriously point out that it's bad for your health to breathe mold. I had to open all the windows and leave the house for hours before managing to go back in and be able to breathe. Also, the shower doesn't have a panel and you basically end up washing the floor all the time.
