• Tina (9/5): WONDERFUL LOCATION! - Great place in a wonderful location. From the balcony you can see the ocean. Directly in front of the building is the children’s playground, always full of kids playing. Walking distance to all the Old Town area. For an extra sum, owner will give you access to building parking spot underground, which was very helpful. LOVE ESTEPONA♥️ Only 1 towel each provided for our 5 day stay. 3 different keys to get into the condo - front door; middle door and then condo. I finally had to label them to know which belonged to which door. Owner needs to label these keys.

• Joachim (9/5): Perfekte Woche in Andalusien - Die Lage ist einmalig, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Der große Balkon hat seitlichen Meerblick. Der Aufzug führt aus der TG direkt nach oben. 2 Supermärkte liegen 30 bzw. 60 m vom Eingang. Tolle Ausstattung der Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Nespressomaschine. Nichts!

• Caroline (9/5): A great stay in lovely Estepona - We have just returned from our second stay at this spacious modern apartment, which as other reviewers have mentioned is spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic; right beside the beach and the town, with two supermarkets on either side of the building. The washing machine and dishwasher are a nice bonus. Sasha is a helpful host and handover of keys was very easy. We hope to return in the future! There were only Spanish channels on the tv, but we were able to access Netflix

Apartment was clean, very secure and comfortable. Great facilities, air conditioning, washing machine, excellent shower in the bathroom, kitchen had everything we needed and bedroom had plenty storage, lovely balcony to relax on in the evening. Supermarket right next door. Nothing to dislike about the apartment.

The host provided us with cold water and orange juice upon arrival, which made the difference as we got there at night. Very friendly host. We really loved our stay! The matress is a bit too soft for people with back problems. Orherwise, all great!
• Nelly (6/5): Pleasant - The host was a pleasant and helpful man who could be contacted easily. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well maintained and had all the amenities. There was construction work being carried out all around the property so was dusty and noisy as a result could not make use of the balcony and enjoy the view. Also the neighbours were very, very loud and noisy. You could hear them late at night and in the early hours of the morning talking, moving the furniture, walking and even flushing the toilet! The images shown on the website didn't show the picture of the ongoing external work surrounding the property.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Amazing stay with the kids! - Great apartment, exactly like on the pictures. Very smooth check in and fast response to our messages. Location: just in front of the beach and you can see the sea from the balcony. A lot of playgrounds alongside the beach. Many attractions are open in the evening, cozy restaurants / Chiringuitos, evening market. Atmosphere is wonderful and very safe. Supermarkt is just next door. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shower has great water pressure. There are ventilators on the ceiling and airconditioning, dishwasher and a washing machine. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. As a nice surprise, the owner provides even a beach towels. Great value for money and comfort. You may need to bring or to buy your own umbrella or rent it on the beach. Everything was perfect!
