Greg (3/5): disappointing only due to the non-response to our incident - Rooms were OK, power went off so were in the dark for a while... was stormy weather so motel not to blame for that. (Would have been nice to have someone give a guide to when the power would be expected back on as the power was off a few hours.) No emergency lighting in units. During the night or early morning, a large loaded metal linen trolley (approx 6 feet high by 3 feet square) was blown from wherever it was and hit the side of our daughter in law's car denting and damaging it. I tried to call management several times (as office was closed upon our arrival at about 5pm and still not occupied when we had to leave at 10am next day) but no answer, finally one person answered and I explained the incident. The person said to contact staff on site but only a couple of cleaners arrived and they did not know what or who to contact.. We had NO follow up phone call from the motel management for even an apology let alone to pay for damage to the car.. We put the linen trolley into a secure area before we left.

R (5/5): Its a motel , ...... the cancelation policy is firm and not flexible - My mother taught me if you cant say anything nice say nothing....... so I can say it is a Motel and it has beds which are clean and the shower has hot water....

LDrieghe (7/5): - Jammer dat de opgegeven code voor de sleutel locker niet werkte, niemand aanwezig in de office (17u) en ook geen antwoord op onze telefonische oproepen. Gelukkig via via toch de uitbater kunnen bereiken en uiteindelijk onze kamer sleutel ontvangen. Eind goed al goed.

Mare' (4/5): Was pretty average. It was definitely overpriced for what we got. - My kids liked the pool on the first day we were there. The staff were friendly, gave us clean towels on our 2nd day. The pool was locked on our second night, my kods were very unhappy about that, we ened up taking them to the public pool. Beds were very uncomfortable. Very old and outdated room.

I was from VIC travelling back to NSW but It was too far to get to the main road. All the utensils are old.
