• Betsy (7/5): Excellent place if you are a sound sleeper - The host was very friendly, made sure we knew how to access the apartment. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The location. It was my fault, I didn't check the location. It seems to be very close to the runway of the airport, and the planes landing and taking off kept us awake most of the night.

El anfitrión muy amable y nos daba toda la información que necesitábamos. El departamento es tal y como está en las fotos, las camas muy cómodas para poder descansar

• ignacio (6/5): If your airline let you down, this place would have your back - Great location near the airport, good for a night when your flight has been canceled or re-programmed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The price was high due to high demand of many flights being cancelled. Other than that the place did the trick: one night stay over just to go back to the airport.

• Mark (3/5): Hairs, smelly and very sketchy. - Nothing. Location was sketchy with no links to get to places, except airport. The smell, old and musty and the seat/sofa bed was bad for cigarette odour. Long black hairs in every pillow, bed and sheets in the apartment, including the apparent clan ones in the bag for the sofa. This put my kids off wanting to go to bed. Overall felt dirty, smelly and very poor value fo money. $480 for a night is daylight robbery, for an extra $100 we could have had and should have went to one of the big hotels, such as Marriott, holiday inn or candlewood.

• Courtney (1/5): We declined to stay for a number of reasons, the least of which being our personal safety. - Absolutely nothing. The area was unsafe, the building was derelict and the smell of drugs prevalent. The area was derelict and unsafe and the taxi driver tried to talk me out of even getting out of the car to speak to the host. The complex was rundown and reeked of marijuana. The listing name is near identical to the Miami International Airport Hotel and the host acknowledged that people mistook his listing for the hotel all the time, though it would only be after arrival and already subject to the cancellation policy.

• Maria Fernanda (10/5): Buen lugar para quienes necesiten estar cerca del aeropuerto!!! - Ambientes grandes, muy cómodos, tenía garaje propio, cerca del aeropuerto q era lo q buscábamos, fueron dos días q estuvimos, rápido para llegar a Miami Beach los dos días porque están las autopistas. Eduardo nos esperó, atendió muy bien y ante un problema de la cerradura electrónica, vino enseguida, gran anfitrión, muchas gracias!! No hubo nada q no nos gustara. Éramos 9 divididos en 2 departamentos y eran perfectos.

• Van Borkulo (7/5): Very basic apartment, & transport was tricky. - The beds were comfy. We came in late at night and were a party of 6 so even though the property was only 5 minutes away, taxi (fare + tip)was on the high side. Getting back to the airport was easier.

• Vickey (8/5): A great place to stay - The location is perfect for early morning or late night flights. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The apartments are very spacious and are fully furnished. The parking in the rear is fenced in with we 24 hr security surveillance. The appartment looks and smells very clean; however, if you walk around barefoot you can tell that the floors are not mopped. This will not keep me from staying at this establishment again. I have experienced this same issue in top name hotels.

Nos abrieron remotamente la puerta. Dormimos por cansancio pensando que podían entrarnos y robarnos. Una estadía horrible de una noche a un costo altísimo. NO LO VALE JAMÁS. NO LO RECOMENDARÍA. Al contrario quedo como la anécdota a olvidar de un viaje hermoso Ya lo comenté arriba. La unidad además era pauperrima y por casi 500 dólares la noche

• Daniel (3/5): “Clean apartment, but serious privacy and safety concerns” - The location close to the airport and the apartment clean inside. The beds were comfortable and sheets were cleaned. The apartment overall was acceptable. My family stayed here for one night to take relatives to the airport early the next morning, and unfortunately our stay ended with a very uncomfortable and alarming experience. First, the positives: The manager was on-site when we arrived and welcomed us kindly. The apartment itself had been remodeled and was clean inside. However, there were major issues that made our stay extremely stressful. The building is very old and has a strong odor when you walk in. The driveway into the property is only one very narrow lane shared by both directions of traffic — honestly dangerous for drivers. The real problem came in the morning. We left the apartment at 6:30 AM to take family to the airport and planned to return before checking out. We left many of our belongings inside — toiletries in the bathroom, food and drinks on the kitchen counter, and multiple bags in the bedroom. When we returned around 9:00 AM, the apartment had already been cleaned out and all of our belongings were gone. This was shocking and felt like a huge invasion of privacy, especially since checkout instructions said to contact the manager before leaving — which we planned to do. How could someone assume we had checked out when so many personal items were still inside? We contacted management immediately. The manager apologized and returned most of our things, but some items were missing. While we were still inside gathering and preparing to leave, someone else entered the apartment through the door connected to the parking area, without knocking and while my wife — who is eight months pregnant — was inside. That was incredibly unnerving and could have been dangerous. One or two forgotten items might be misunderstood, but a bathroom full of toiletries, food and drinks on the counter, and several bags in the room clearly indicate that guests have not checked out yet. A simple phone call to confirm our departure would have prevented all of this.

• Alfreda (4/5): - It has a lot going for it in location, price, and cleanliness. In fact it was so overwhelmingly clean but too much bleach was used. Otherwise it would have been just fine. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to this smell and we had to find another hotel at the last moment. I wish the owner much luck with his investment but advise him to use cleaning products with less ammonia. Or not at all.
• Ordonez (9/5): - Todo bien lo recomiendo, por el precio todo estuvo bien. Queda literal al lado del aeropuerto, no vayan a creer que por eso se oira el rido de los aviones. No sé oye nada!! Recomendaría agregar un trapero para limpiar el piso y más utensilios de cocina como ollas. Del resto todo bien.

• Gill (10/5): It was a great place for the price!! - The host was very gracious and kind. Helped us get settled in to the room. Met us in person to give us entry. The floors were sandy and not real clean. It did not disueade us from staying. We just wore socks.

• Vickey (8/5): Good experience - The staff stayed in touch with me and provided good information to arrive with no issues with a self check in, so I did not have to go into an office to pickup and drop off a key. The building is a little dated, but it looked and smelled clean. The location is perfect if flying in or out of MIA. Parking are in the back is well lit & I seen a security camera on the front of the building, so I'm sure they have them on the rear as well. I would stay there again with my next flight. I was only there for a short while.

Kitchen and bathroom ran down. - I didn’t get a chance to like anything because as soon as I arrived on the property, the landlord was asking for cash for accidentals Landlord bombarded me asking for cash for accidentals then his worker accused me of burning the towels when it was just my makeup and I had to prove it to him by washing the towel just so that they could try to keep my money. I’m assuming they pray on Black people because we smoke.
