• candida (7/5): - Bom pequeno almoço. Não houve nada que não gostasse. Tudo adequado á avaliação do hotel e apartamentos.
• Flavie (4/5): - Le petit déjeuner était très bien, et l’emplacement, le quartier assez résidentiel et calme, nous y étions très bien. Sur l’annonce il y avait une piscine, mais enfaite il n’y aucune piscine. De plus, le personnel était très aigri, car enfaite l’appartement est lié avec un hôtel, ce sont donc eux qui sont là pour vous renseigner. Enfin, les avis sur le ménage sont vrais, ce n’est pas une catastrophe, mais ce n’est pas du tout au top.

• Enrico (10/5): - Ci siamo stati due volte perché ci siamo trovati bene!!Il check in si fa all'hotel Santiago (aperto h24) e anche la colazione. Ci hanno prenotato un taxi perché avevamo il traghetto la mattina presto. L'appartamento era immenso, più grande del primo e con il balcone. Zona silenziosa, vicina alle spiagge principali e al faro. Super la Churrascheria di carne e pesce lì vicino. Wifi ok. Consigliato!! Nulla

• MARIE SYLVIE (5/5): A fuir - L'emplacement. Petit dejeuné Arrivée à l'hotel pour récuperer les cles de l'appartement, la reservation n'etait pas noté... On a attendu... on nous a finalement installés dans 1 des chambre de l'hotel au 2e etage... L'ascenseur en panne pendant 4 jours... il ne doit surement pas marché encore aujourd'hui... La piscine on n'a pas pu en mettre 1 pied tellement elle etait sale ! Au fond on y voyait des algues. Devant l'hotel pleins de papiers bouteilles vides etc... On a dut aller au restaurant alors qu'on devait manger à l'appart. Des frais supplémentaires... Bref à fuir

• Danilo (2/5): Sin ascensor y sin internet - La ubicación Ascensor malo y tenía que subir y bajar hasta el 5 piso muchas veces al día. Wifi no funcionaba. Tuve que pagar mi propio internet.

• Catarina (5/5): Foi ok - Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis. De um modo geral, a casa estava limpa, mas precisa de alguma manutenção. Não tinha muitas comodidades. A pressão da água da cozinha era muito, muito fraca. Não havia água quente. As portas do chuveiro não fechavam bem. A casa era quente e só um quarto tinha AC :(
• Loïs (9/5): C'était cool - L’appartement est grand. Il est bien placé, le personnel a été super. Il n’est pas dans l'hôtel mais pas très loin, nous avons quand même eu accès à leurs piscine rooftop. Rien d'important, c'est pour plus de confort. Il manque un peut d'équipements Une armoire ou un meuble dans une chambre, pour poser des affaires quand on y vient pour plusieurs jours, pareil dans la salle de bain. La cuisine est un peu petite alors qu'il y a la place d'agrandir ne serait-ce que le plan de travail. Et un égouttoir serait pratique
• Leonor (10/5): Amei apartamento - Tive uma experiência maravilhosa neste apartamento. Tudo impecável, confortável e com uma energia muito boa. A atenção aos detalhes fez toda a diferença. Com certeza voltaria a hospedar-me aqui.
• Charles (3/5): Waardeloos - Niets. Locatie was vreselijk, bed lag verschrikkelijk. Badruimte was klein en douche water liep naar het toilet. Het hotel waar dit bij hoorde had je het ontbijt, maar dat was al niet veel beter.

• Leonor (10/5): Quarto excelente, móveis impecáveis e atendimento top! - Fiquei hospedado neste apartamento em Achada Santo António, perto da escola Pedro Gomes, e só tenho elogios. O espaço é muito limpo, confortável e bem organizado. A localização é excelente, segura e perto de tudo. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e sempre disponível para ajudar. Recomendo 100% e certamente voltarei numa próxima oportunidade!

• Renato (1/5): Atenção quando fizerem a reserva porque provavelmente vão ser colocados num apartamento sem água… - Não tinha água, não foi o que escolhi na reserva, mencionava piscina inexistente no local onde fui colocado, tive que pedir a devolução do pagamento e procurar outro alojamento já tarde da noite…

• Samuel (8/5): Estadia TOP - Gostei da localização! Recomendo os Apartamentos Santiago para estadias mais longas. O espaço é aconchegante e é um excelente custo x benefício. A parte das instalações elétricas precisa ser modernizada. Faltam tomadas nas cabeceiras da cama e na sala de estar. A campainha não está a funcionar. As luminarias não são muito adequadas ao espaço.
• Izaskun (4/5): Totalmente decepcionante - La ubicación y el desayuno porque era en el hotel Santiago a unos 100 metros de los apartamentos La publicidad que aparece en Booking es engañosa,la piscina aparece mencionada como privada y resulta que está en el hotel,de todas maneras horrorosa,agua verde sucia en la azotea.Ponía que el desayuno estaba incluido pero en la recepción del hotel,donde había que coger las llaves,nos lo negaron aunque luego nos lo solucionaron.El apartamento no era el que habíamos reservado, había de dos precios y aún habiendo reservado el más caro luego resultó ser el otro.Sucio,enchufes rotos,luces mortecinas y lúgubres,la ducha un desastre,le faltaba un trozo de mampara y toda la silicona negra por la humedad,las sábanas rotas,los muebles viejos e incómodos,la televisión no funcionaba,4°piso sin ascensor,pocos utensilios en la cocina,poco papel de bañ,tuvimos que comprar(por no ir a pedir,pues eran poco agradables)
• TrotaWorld (5/5): Mejor el hotel que el apto. - La estancia fue compartida entre el hotel y el apto. La mejor en el hotel. El apartamento era amplio aunque un poco descuidado. El aseo olía mal. A diferencia del hotel, no tenía ascensor. Para el desayuno había que salir e ir al hotel a unos 100 metros.

• MYRIAM (10/5): Mon séjour a été très agréable. - L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très sécurisé (voix principale), l’emplacement est correct et à proximité de supermarchés, restaurants et taxis, le personnel est très professionnel, courtois et aux petits soins, il parle Créole, Français, Anglais et Portugais, et surtout les repas sont tellement bien et délicieux à l’hôtel Santiago qui est à 5 min de marche de l’appartement. Tout est correct.
• David (5/5): Très spartiate, Ne pas avoir d’exigences pour y aller. - Assez spacieux Aucun confort mobilier de très mauvaise qualité et vétuste, ce qui sert de cuisine n’a pas le minimum d’ustensiles et vaisselle pour 4 personnes le peu qu’il y a semble récupéré en brocante, la douche tombe en décrépitude et comme il n’y a pas d’eau chaude on ne risque pas de s’y attarder Apparemment très chaud la clim dans une chambre

Local shop just outside the door which was great. Pool that was in the hotel was unavailable( it was drained empty and not in use), if I had known I would have instead booked an apartment with a balcony instead. Shower did not drain well, was over flowing the tray, just needed the drain filter cleaning in the tray which I did.

• Magdalena (6/5): Pleasant - Very good localisation, 10 minutes to the beach. Nearby is market. Breakfast was very tasty with amazing fruits. There is no warm water in the apartment (not in the shower or in the kitchen). So we couldn't get a decent shower after the beach. It's loud because the apartment is next to the school and it's windy ( but I think it is like this in every apartment here).
