- Valeriya (6/5): Для большой компании неплохо. Но хочется ремонта, уюта. В названии есть про люкс, дворец. На деле все не так.Видно что с - Большое пространство, очень много места на вилле, 3 душа и 3 туалета Не первый раз на вилах Кипра и есть с чем сравнить. ЗА ТАКИЕ ДЕНЬГИ РЕАЛЬНОСТЬ НЕ СООТВЕТСТВУЕТ. Буду ли я рекомендовать? Нет. Вилла требует косметического и мелкого ремонта. Не все фото на букинге соответствуют реальности. Практически все стены поцарапаны. Очень много лишних вещей в виде сломанных шезлонгов, компьютерного стола, порванных и сдутых матрасов и подушек для плаванья, сломанных веников и совков. Балконы на 2 и 3 этаже совершенно не ухожены. Так же озеленение на вилле в ужасном состояние, если посмотреть на 2 соседние их можно сравнить с оазисом из которого не видно картофельное поле, на нашей же вилле поле прикрывали только умирающие туи. Матрасы в некоторых комнатах были продавлены и чувствовались пружины. У Телевизора в гостиной сломан динамик и его невозможно нормально смотреть. Видели 2 таракана.
