Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.

There is a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The auxiliary room of the duplex has a staircase that may not be completely safe for children. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Frances (3/5): Not that charming! - The apartment was in a quiet house and felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good. We weren't aware until just before arrival that it was in a basement, as a result it was dark, had areas of severe damp (under the kitchen sink and in the smaller bedroom) and smelled unpleasant. What appears in the photos as a pleasant outdoor terrace is, in fact, a busy yard surrounded by high walls, overlooked by the street, and shared with a workshop. The neighbourhood is busy and pleasant enough , with some small local shops and cafés, but the location is too far from the centre and meant using public transport all the time. (Bus and metro stop are nearby, though the exact routes weren't indicated in the promotion materia). There are no wardrobes, just 7 clothes hangers between 2 adults. Some electrical sockets seemed unsafe, mounted on a damp wall. The wallpaper was loose and falling off in places, suggesting damp underneath. Overall, disappointing.
- Ruslana (1/5): don’t book this property - the apartment was nice inside the apartment is in the basement… the windows are not closing well. if you want to stay with open window at night you have to enjoy the cats companion from the dirty patio that they call it beautiful garden. you have to use to smell of mold, because they keep the cleaning stuffs under the bed. don’t believe in the pictures with view. there are no view and no daily natural light… you are I the basement. if you reserve in booking, they don’t let you to use the apartment without asking for 400€ deposit. but they ask for deposit directly in your mailbox not in the booking system. and there is no option to cancel in booking if you don’t want to pay the deposit. and they never bring back your deposit…
