• Gaby (9/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war alles da, was man für einem guten Start in den Tag braucht. Es gab jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft und ein Frühstücksei. Die Lage war 1A, mitten in Sóller gelegen. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Unternehmungen. Was jetzt nicht wirklich schön war, dass man nicht mit dem Auto in den Ort fahren darf. Wir mussten außerhalb parken und ca. 1,5 km mit dem Koffer zum Hotel gehen. Aber auch das haben wir von der sportlichen Seite gesehen ;-)

Linneduk, linneserviett, finkaffe och pressad apelsinjuice med porlande fontän och fågelkvitter i bakgrunden.

• Tina (8/5): Charmigt och trevligt hotell mitt i byn - Fantastiskt charmigt hotell som drivs av en underbar familj! Vi kände oss väl mottagna och atmosfären bland gäster och värdar blir mycket familjär. Genuin och vacker miljö med historiska anor, välskött och trevligt. Hotellet har en fin trädgård med en fontän, och sittplatser ute. Läget mitt i Soller är väldigt bra, nära till allt. Ett av rummen (nr. 7) har en fantastisk balkong med enastående utsikt över Traumontana-bergen. Det enda som drar ner betyget något är att sängarna var hårda och ej så bekväma, och att trapporna till högsta våningen kan vara jobbiga om man är äldre eller har svårt att gå i trappor. .

La casa tiene un encanto especial, por lo cuidada que está, por lo único de su arquitectura y su patio, por conservar el romanticismo original. Estamos muy agradecidos con ellos y con la experiencia que nos dieron! Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos con ellos. Todo bien, ninguna queja.

• Ewa (10/5): Just perfect stay in the heart of Soller - this place was just perfect. In the middle of soller, but public parking 3 min away. the staff were WONDERFUL, lovely, helpful, just amazing. Our room looked over the narrow street and it was super clean, cozy, amazing. We loved the breakfasts. The garden area was so calm and beautifully kept, we spent our afternoons there having some wine and reading or chatting. I really cannot express how amazing this accommodation was. I will be back!!! there’s literally nothing to complain about

The owners are helpful and friendly, and they made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was cozy, and -as the rest of the hotel- all details were taken care of. The shared living room adds the nicest space to relax with a book and a cup of coffee. The very nice breakfast can be enjoyed in the beautiful garden.
• Dirk (9/5): Ongeëvenaarde gastvrijheid van eigenaren die om hun huis, tuin, vak, elkaar en gasten geven. - De warme gastvrijheid van de eigenaren in hun familiehuis met prachtige rustige binnentuin, waar het uitstekende ontbijt werd verzorgd, op een tiental meter lopen van het centrum van de oude binnenstad.
• Pierre (10/5): Séjour de charme - Séjour de charme dans ce bel hôtel familial moderniste dont le jardin est un havre de paix. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et maîtrisent bien le français. Le petit déjeuner copieux permet de bien entamer la journée. Les chambres sont très calmes, en particulier celles donnant sur le jardin, malgré la situation en plein centre de Soller. Le point faible est la difficulté de trouver une place de parking à proximité mais c’est un problème plus lié à la ville en haute saison qu’à l’hôtel lui-même.

No hot food on offer But a pretty place to have a pot of tea Bed was very hard So much so that I had very poor sleep there .

Very large individual solid stairs. This property has no lift so this should be in description to say they don’t have much in the way of accessibility. No ramps, Our room was nice but my husband could just reach the hangers in the wardrobe and he’s 6foot.

• Valeria (9/5): Wir würden wieder kommen! - Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich/ rustikal, sauber und super zentral gelegen. Das Beste ist aber die Familie die es betreibt. So nett und bemüht! Der Orangensaft am Morgen und die Musik auf dem Zimmer haben den Tag perfekt starten lassen. Unser Zimmer (1) war etwas dunkel. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Un petit déjeuner de qualité dans une cour magnifique ! Nous avons garé notre voiture au parking à 9euro la journée et avons fini par payer 100 euro en 3 jours.. Faites attention aux couleurs des places.

• George (9/5): Beautiful facility in the heart of soller with lovely hosts. - Lovely hosts who laid out a nice breakfast in their beautiful building. Charm in reading room opposite the picturesque garden in an easily accessible, convenient part of town. Room is not sound proof which isn’t much of an issue for us as we are deep sleepers but on our last night some sort of alarm went off all night which was a little annoying lol

• Anna-Maria McAuliffe (8/5): Fantastic location and rooms. Don't let them charge the tax for under 16s! - Great location. Fabulous building, even though some of the stairs were very high. I stayed with my 12yr old son. They charged the Ecotasa (per night tax) for him. Even though I reminded the owner that it does not apply to under 16s he would not listen. We were paying early before breakfast and needed to leave for our bus, so I was forced to pay it. Please be aware!

• Selwoir (9/5): A really lovely, friendly and convenient place to stay in the centre of Soller. - The location is excellent, just a few steps from the town square. The hotel is family run and they are very welcoming and helpful towards their guests. The breakfast is also excellent - a buffet with plenty of variety. The garden where breakfast is served is a lovely, tranquil spot. Our room was a decent size so easy to relax in. The Wi-Fi worked well. There is no lift so bags needed to be carried up and down stairs, but that was only at the beginning and end of our stay, and didn't matter the rest of the time. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there was a coffee machine in the guests' lounge where we could make coffee and take it back to our room so not too much of an issue.

• Zoe (9/5): Beautiful house in the heart of Soller. - We only had 2 nights here but it felt like a proper reset. The room with the balcony was lovely and has a beautiful view. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for and we’d definitely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious and the owners were very kind!

It was absolutely perfect stay, from the charming accommodations to the fantastic breakfast every morning to the incredible kind owners that made us feel so welcome. I would not stay anywhere else if I return someday to Soller. We slept well, played cards in the garden terrace, the location was perfect and quiet but close enough to the square for gelato! I loved everything!
• Alissa (10/5): Gorgeous little gem of a hotel in the heart of Soller - Such an amazing stay! The hotel couldn’t be better situated, the rooms have everything you need and very effective AC. The family who run the hotel are so lovely, helpful and serve up a great breakfast! Nothing was too much trouble (beach towels etc). Would love to come back! Fantastic value for money too! Naively we didn’t realise you had to pay for the water in the fridge but it’s very well priced (€1.50 per bottle) - just a watch out.

• Kay (8/5): Very good - Small hotel in an historic mallorquin town house directly in the city center. It is just 50 meters to the town square. Breakfast buffet (8-10) is served by the owners of the hotel with freshly pressed orange juice. The marmelades are delicious. Parking situation in Sóller is problematic. We tried parking close, but ended up in the maze of narrow alleys. We ended up parking 700 m away for 9 € / day. One should not even try to get closer. For breakfast, we wished to have more egg choices than just boiled egg.
• Taylor (10/5): Perfect - Perfect stay!! We would thoroughly recommend to anyone coming to Mallorca. The property is gorgeous throughout with super comfortable, large, pretty and clean rooms. The courtyard is gorgeous with church and Mountain views - the best place to start a morning and have breakfast. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, perfect for small or large appetites. The location of the hotel is perfect, seconds away from the main square but quiet and tucked away. The buses in Soller have been amazing, we used them to hop to port de Soller, Deia and Palma. Absolutely amazing, we will be back ☺️. Nothing

Plus eating in the garden is such a treat! A true oasis and a wonderful location in Soller. Right near the town center but still peaceful with beautiful high ceilings. And a great little coffee bar 24/7! Would have loved slightly comfier beds. We had just a sheet (understandable in summer) but a fluffy duvet always feels nice and cozy, even in the warmer months :)

• John (9/5): Chic guesthouse in centre of town - Quiet location but central. Comfortable room with good shower in bathroom. Simple breakfasts enjoyed in garden each morning. Not a problem for us but stairs up to rooms could be an issue for some people and steep in parts.

• Viktoria (10/5): Just perfect. - Very very friendly hosts. They are very helpful and had a lot of good recommendations. The house is in a quiet road, directly in the city center. It is very pretty and comfortable, personal/mallorcan style. We very much enjoyed the beautiful garden where we had breakfast every morning: fresh orange juice!!, delicious cheese and charcuterie, fresh fruits, bakery, yoghurts etc. All very good quality. We will definitely return!
• Erin (10/5): Amazing location in the heart of Soller, S’Ardeviu is a wonderful stay with friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, and cl - Incredible location in the heart of Soller, but on a quiet side street so it isn’t really loud outside of your room. Beautiful views. The staff is super friendly and the hotel itself has a lot of charm and character. Great shower! Relaxing outdoor garden for breakfast in the morning which is VERY good with lots of fresh goodies. Highly recommend S’Ardeviu! As with a lot of historical buildings, the air conditioning isn’t very strong so if you’re on the top floor it can get a bit warm.
