• Joaquin (1/5): Estado ruinoso de conservación - Ubicado al lado de la playa El apartamento está en malas condiciones de conservación, sin lavadora, sucio y deteriorado. El sistema de check in vulnera la ley de protección de datos, pide digitalizar documento identidad. La estancia ha sido negativa

• Patricia (1/5): Horrible. - Que estaba cerca del mar . Había electrodomésticos rotos , como muebles y artículos de la casa , como puertas , cajones de la nevera , los tiradores de las persianas , los tiradores de las puertas. la limpieza pésima está sucio los sofás, las sábanas , las paredes , los rodapiés manchados de sangre , la televisión , en la terraza había una planta llena de cigarros . El microondas se calienta y deja de funcionar , el horno funcionaba , la nevera no enfriaba , y para colmo había cucarachas por todos lados , en las habitaciones no pudimos ni dormir , dormimos todas juntas en el salón del miedo que nos daban las cucharas que había. Nefasto la experiencia en este apartamento. No lo recomiendo para nada . No cumple con lo que dice en la descripción.

• Hough (8/5): Great location! - The location was great, close to the beach, old town and tapas alley. The decoration was very out dated, same for the furniture, the apartment felt dusty, and needed a deep clean. The apartment is ok for a short break away. Beds were clean but the pillows were so firm. Towels cheap and thin. Kitchen well equipped. We was allowed entry at 2pm which was good. But we couldn’t get a late check out due to the cleaners coming in at 11am. I’d say the cleaners need to do more during their time in the apartment. If they upgraded the furniture and painted the walls the place would be much better.

• Alvaro (2/5): - Por poner algo, la ubicación. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, camas incomodas y suenan mucho. Baños con sifones por fuera y no muy limpios, en las duchas faltan azulejos. Suelos bastantes deteriorados. Dificil acceso para personas mayores (apertura de puertas) Hace falta una buena reforma. Fueron solo dos noches, estancia incomoda en caso de ir mas tiempo.

• Diana (1/5): LAMENTABLE, NEFASTO. APARTAMENTO NO ALQUILABLE - La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena porque está en primera linea de playa con todos los servicios al lado. El anfitrión se mostró amable y trató de solucionar las cosas pero no fue posible y nos ofreció reembolso de 50€, aunque no es suficiente para lo mal que estaba el alojamiento. Las FOTOS NO CORRESPONDEN con el estado actual ni del apartamento ni de la entrada El alojamiento tiene muchas deficiencias, en todas las estancias. Electrodomésticos en estado lamentable muchos no funcionan, humedades en los baños con suelo levantado, tv con dificultades, sofás muy sucios, sillas del salón destrozadas, camas viejas con somieres que suenan y colchones nefastos. Vajilla destartalada y sucia

• Wayne (4/5): Great location but the apartment is very disappointing - The location of the property was good, the property is also quite large. The condition of the property is very poor. The walls and furniture are all stained. The beds were hard as bricks, the showers leak, the toilet door didn’t close. Nearly all lighting was missing bulbs, extra furniture everywhere showing it was a dumping ground. Most furniture was broken or so wobbly you wouldn’t want to use it. Plugs and lights hanging from the walls, WiFi was super slow to the point it was not worth using. The host was informed of all of this and just didn’t reply.

• daniel (9/5): me sorprendió gratamente - la descripción no le hace justicia , mejor de lo que me esperaba , excelente ubicación , primera Línea de playa ,muy amplio y acogedor con suelo de madera y parqué , bien equipado , con calefacción en las habitaciones y aire acondicionado en el comedor, con capacidad de hasta 10 personas perfectamente ya que tiene un comedor enorme con 2 sofás cama y un chaise longe , muy recomendable las sillas del comedor necesitan un cambio urgente , se tambalean mucho , y por decir algo.... pienso que con una tv mas grande , unos cuadros en la pared mas modernos con detalles marinos por ejemplo y complementar con una lavadora sería un alojamiento excepcional

• Ahmad (10/5): - This apartment is very good. It is very easy to book this apartment. There is no threat to your privacy in this apartment. It is a very nice and open apartment. I have not seen a better apartment in which you can live with so much privacy.

• Ana (1/5): UNA ESTAFA. ASQUEROSO. HORRIBLE. DENUNCIABLE. - La ubicación es lo único que podemos salvar de este anuncio, aunque es calle trasera que da a un colegio y es muy ruidosa. Todo lo demás denunciable. Recogida de las llaves en una calle lejana, difícil de apartar y nos comentaron que siempre ocurria lo mismo, nunca estaban las llaves. Nadie debería alojarse aquí. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Está reventado. La noche de antes hubo una fiesta con muchas personas y drogas. Abstenerse familias aunque en mi opinión deberían eliminarlo de la plataforma y denunciar al anfitrión y al propietario ya que los dos sabían el estado del piso y aún así nos dejaron entrar. Pedimos cancelación para poder irnos a otro sitio en condiciones y/o reubicación y tanto Booking como el propietario/anfitrión se echaban la responsabilidad los unos a los otros. El teléfono de Booking para atención al cliente es otr estafa, tanto o más como el anuncio. Para hablar con cualquier persona son más de 30 minutos de espera al teléfono sin ninguna solución práctica. Para reclamar hay q escribir muchos mails con el número de reserva@my.booking.com y por separado al anfitrión desde la plataforma para que quede registrado.Te dejan solo ante cualquier incidencia y te piden q negocies tú particularmente con el anfitrión q ellos no pueden hacer nada. Reclamación oficial: https://booking.com/goto-2ee041. Plataformas denuncias booking? Las fotos hablan por si solas. Pero no es solo la falta de limpieza e higiene. Es q ni siquiera había sillas para las 9 personas de la reserva y el anfitrión me seguía contestando q el apartamento estaba igual q en las fotos. Según llegamos mi familia tuvimos q ponernos a limpiar e intentar quitar el olor a droga q había en toda la casa para poder habitarlo. Limpiando el apartamento nos encontramos una bolsita con drogas y niños en el apartamento...... A mis padres mayores les subió la tensión y ha sido horrible vivir en estas condiciones una nochevieja. Ahora Booking me escribe para compensarme con 21€ y el anfitrión/propietario con 50€, en lugar de devolvernos nuestro dinero y olvidar este fin de año en el piso de los horrores. Entiendo que están asumiendo que si hay compensaciones hay problemas y no son inventados.

• carmen (1/5): Pésimo - La ubicación Muy antiguo, la puerta de la entrada rota, la cocina y la nevera daba miedo de acercarte , allí era imposible cocinar o utilizar algo de esa cocina, el baño común muy viejo sin ninguna reforma, el de la habitación solo lo podían utilizar los que dormían en esa habitación ya que no se cierra la puerta y la habitación no tiene cerradura, todo un desastre, las sillas de la terraza parecían sacadas de la basura.. menos mal que solo quedamos una noche y entramos muy tarde solo para dormir, no me quiero ni imaginar los que alquilan para una semana….

Bien situé Propre Nous avions demandé 10 couchages et en arrivant il manquait un canapé lit de prêt, pas de drap dessus et pas stocker ailleurs du coup on a enlevé le drap du dessus d'un des lits pour le mettre sur l'autre. Lavabo bouché dans une des salle de bain, la porte ne ferme pas et dans l'autre salle de bain la porte est bloquée, du coup obligé de sortir de la chambre pour aller aux toilettes. Les pommeaux de douche sont abîmés....🤨😐

• Patrick (1/5): Bad - BEWARE! I found it absolutely impossible to check-in online! As soon as you click the *English language option* it disappears & changes into a language I don't even recognize? I don't know if it's a clever scam or it was a glitch. But I advise all English speaking people to stay *Well Away!* There's no help! So I was left in the lurch & had to find alternative accommodation. Ive lost the £87 I paid out for the two nights. So I've just accepted that I've been had over & have written it off! But my advice is... Just stay well away!

• Penelope (6/5): Pleasant - Well situated and nice big property, the furnishings were nice It was advertised as a well appointed kitchen but there was only 1 cup and no Kettle. The aue suit bathroom sliding door wouldn’t shut at all and some of the dinning room chairs were unusable

Also the management company was incredibly hard work we had the phone them very difficult emails and WhatsApp messages to understand. We had to go quite some distance to get the key from a different location. They could have just put a key safe on the door. The code given to us to enter the building was wrong.

• Deborah (2/5): UNDER CONSTRUCTION - Bed was comfortable Location was good when we actually found the place, not easy to locate property Furniture was filthy , patio furniture broken, stated there was hairdryer, kettle , there was not. The fridge was discusting, rusty and smelly, bed sofas filthy. Never stated that it was under construction . Was woken at 7am with banging and drilling in block. Lift was under construction, no lighting in communal area , which was full of building materials, we wouldn't of stayed more than 1 night

• John (8/5): Decent but one set of keys for ten people is madness - Nice location, very big, clean. Communication is sketchy on picking up the keys and you have to go to a kebab shop quite a distance away to get them. Also for a ten birth apartment to give ONLY ONE SET OF KEY is just ridiculous and needs sorting. This dilutes the entire experience :-(
• Oddy (8/5): Book it , you wont regret it. - Fantastic location directly on the beach. Bit of a pain getting keys at a seperate location. Nothing , very suprised at location. Not most up to date furnishings but typical spanish rental stuff.
• Alanbrown (2/5): Wouldn't stay again - Large apartment School opposite balcony which was very loud & had kids throwing fruit at us thinking they were hilarious. Very dirty, day 1 my feet were black jist from walking around the apartment. Had to clean the whole place Cockroaches were a daily occurrence right on beach front but no view No kettle or iron Hot water enough for 2 showers but sleeps 6+ residents opposite who actually live there constantly arguing & being loud late at night. ONLY 1 SET OF KEYS!

Although we should of been able to get in from 16.00 The apartments keys had no number on. So we had to ring again and ask someone to translate for us to fund out which apartment we were in as there were 7 floors. There was no kettle in the apartment so had to boil water in a saucepan. There were 3 cups, 1 mug. Although the apartment could sleep more than 6. The oven was filthy dirty The coffee table was broken and left on a slant Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend
