Guest Reviews
- Caroline (8/5): A comfy appartment in a great location - Communication was through Whatsapp, so was quick and easy to establish the time to meet and pick up the keys, enter the appartment and do all the administration together;
The room was great, storage space was the best I've had (so many hangars!!), and we also appreciated the washing machine and tumble dryer;
We had a problem (there were no bedside lights) and this was fixed the following day after a couple of texts (although the second one was a lot firmer than the first), so I would say that the team is reactive.
The bed was comfy, with lovely bedding, although just a double, which after several queen-sized beds, was a bit disappointing!
The location was fabulous, just 250 metres from the CN Tower and a 15-min walk to the harbour We didn't appreciate the lifts... 2 were out of action due to a flood, and waiting time to get on one and actually get to where you wanted to go was ridiculous
- Guest (1/5): Very very disappointing - The location was the only good thing Our towels were in the dryer when we got there, we had to ask fir the garage door opener as they didn’t want us to have it, the bed sheets were wet that were on the bed, the balcony and glass were very dirty, but worst of all this unit was not what I paid for. The unit I paid for was two or three times the size and when I asked for a discount the owner refused. Said it was just a different layout, not it was a small completely different unit. Very disappointed and would never use this company again.

- Andrea (6/5): Expensive - Location was great. Blind broke on the first morning. Reported but never fixed. No outdoor furniture on the balcony. Property was similar but not the one advertised (on 43rd floor & not 29th). Shower room fan & sockets didn’t work. Half dried towels in the tumble dryer.
- Gabriele (8/5): - We got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, which was very nice. We enjoyed the stay very much there, close to everything. Clean, beautiful sunset..🌅 from the balcony…

- Lauri (10/5): Great stay, central to many attractions in walking distance. - Central to the Skydome, walking was our preferred choice of travel. Felt very safe in this location. Lots to see and do, great places to eat! Very little lighting in the living room area. Television was not working for 2 out of 3 days.
- Tobore James (7/5): -
- Stotick (1/5): - Nothing very poor Communicated with the owner on issues but no response an poor response
- Felipe (9/5): - Localização , apartamento novo , amenidades no complexo do prédio Claridade no quarto , faltou um blackout, tamanho da cama ( tinha q ser no mínimo uma Queen size)
- Tim (10/5): -
- Melisa (10/5): A great host, stunning views, and a smooth experience — just some minor cleanliness issues. - The host was great — he reached out to me via WhatsApp, and we discussed all the necessary information in advance, which made our check-in very smooth and easy. We met in the lobby, and he personally accompanied me to the room to show me around and explain a few more details, which I really appreciated.
The room itself was clean and the bed, including the sheets, was comfortable — we slept well. However, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness in the shared areas. The laundry room floor was very dirty, and the dryer filter hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom floor was also not properly cleaned — it was full of short black hairs. We ended up cleaning it ourselves before using it.
One of the highlights was the balcony — it offers a stunning view of the entire city. It felt like being in a movie, both in the morning and at night. That view alone made the stay worth it.
Check-out was also very straightforward, with the host sending all necessary information in advance — again, smooth and easy.
A small note: we didn’t use the pool, but based on the photos, we initially thought it was on the rooftop. It’s actually on a lower-level roof, so the pictures are a bit misleading. Other guests we spoke with had the same impression.
All in all, I would definitely recommend the apartment!
- Ramona (8/5): - The location says it all and makes up for anything else No television in the bedroom and the elevators consistently had a wait and were full. But small price to pay for the location.
- Jabir (8/5): Fantastic - Location balcony size of apartment Last check out was 11 am & there is no storage bag in building
There is no Arabic TV channel
- Annette (10/5): Great apartment and location! - Our apartment on Front Street was a great location. A 15 min walk from Union Station was awesome for train travel to Pierson Airport. The apartment was extremely clean, modern, fully equipped with beautiful linens and towels. Our host Ali was very flexible to work with. Thanks for making our stay fantastic. Nothing.

- Anonymous (4/5): We were looking forward to our first apartment stay in Toronto after always staying in hotels, unfortunately this was a - The location with shops and restaurants around was good, it was within walking distance of more things. We were very excited with the original apartment that we booked, the view and location along with the apartment itself was the draw for us. Upon landing in Toronto, we were informed there was a leaky toilet found by the cleaning staff and we were given an alternate apartment which we were told would be a 2 bedroom, a better apartment than what we booked and paid for, so therefore more than what we paid for but we wouldn’t be charged more. We weren’t given the option to cancel or to even see the new apartment. We were given the new address which was a bit down the same street, but were given the wrong address and it took us almost an hour to meet with the staff. Once we made it in the apartment it was nice but not what we expected and paid for. To name a few, we did not have a view of the CN Tower and the Rogers center, the patio and patio doors were filthy and did not have furniture outside to be able to enjoy it, we weren’t granted access to the pool which we paid for with the initial apartment, all of the towels were left in the dryer and were wet, the bed was very uncomfortable, there wasn’t even coffee for the coffee maker and the dishwasher didn’t work, and one last thing, the dryer vent was so extremely full of lint that I’m unsure how it didn’t catch fire. We feel as though we booked and paid for one place and were forced into a completely different place that would have been rented at a much lower price, as we were given very little notice of the change. Very disappointing to say the least and we will not be booking with this owner again, a credit was never offered nor discussed but that would be the right thing to do.
- Noe (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for my conference at the MTCC, just steps away. The apartment was ideal, convenient, comfortable, and with a Starbucks at the building entrance, my mornings were made as a coffee lover. A very comfortable stay overall.
- Merritt (10/5): We got to travel and saw a concert and had peaceful time - It was a nice property and looks great Na
- Knight (10/5): It was amazing…. - The property is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back here.
- Asa (10/5): WOW stay! - Amazing and hospitable host, very helpful and accommodating (allowed us an early check-in). The apartment was super clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The city view was awesome, and the outdoor pool was great to enjoy.
- James (3/5): Poor -
- Walter (10/5): End of holiday - Location and good communication
- Mercedes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandy (10/5): Great place good value - Nice and clean. Enjoy the fact we could use the pool with hotels they have you limited to the time.
We booked all of our holidays from this location everything was walking distance No compliance
- Elodie (10/5): Great flat with great view and perfect location - The gorgeous view, the location, right by the CN Tower and within walking distance to everything. The tube station and trams are nearby as well. The flat itself was lovely, modern, spacious, cozy, and had everything you could need. I don't think there was anything. I like to sleep with "heavy" duvets, and there wasn't a spare duvet available, but I requested one and the staff kindly left one by my door the day of my request.
- Eileen (10/5): Exceptional - All the applicances in the apartment, located in the heart of Toronto, so easy to get to all attractions. Can't say there was anything I didn't like.
- Tamsin (9/5): Superb - Location was fab, right on top of the cn tower, the Rogers stadium to see the blue jays play, plus walking distance from the harbour and downtown Toronto.
Also great to have a heated pool and gym,.
The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, the bed was super comfy, Only minus was no chairs on balcony, but just a minor thing.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marianne (10/5): Fabulous views of Toronto - Spacious, it had everything we wanted, it was comfortable and the views were amazing. Check-in could have gone a little smoother, but really no complaints.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (8/5): Good size apartment, very clean although the windows leading to the balcony were very dirty. - Great location and view. The lift, long waits for the lift. The access fob for the lift did not work properly.
No hairdryer.
The bedding definitely needs an upgrade, although very clean the bedding was very thin and totally creased and crumpled.
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandy (9/5): We had a wonderful stay. The location is incredible — close to everything and easy to find. We would stay there again - Location was great. Close to everything. The view was good too. Would prefer a Keurig or Nespresso coffee machine. A manual for the TV and microwave would be helpful. Also perhaps some tourist brochures/maps/restaurant/ shopping info or suggestions for visitors.
- Shelby (9/5): Superb -
- Ignacio (10/5): Exceptional - Location and the room. It is modern and covers all needs. No TV in the room.
- Emersyn (10/5): Perfect location in downtown Toronto. Right across MTCC. -

- Novalee (10/5): Amazing. Just like the pictures and description. Great comfortable experience. -
- Raven (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed. The view was great. Grocery store was 3 minutes away and open all the time. Starbucks was right outside. Lots of food places nearby.
- Kallie (10/5): Everything was perfect. -
- Carter (10/5): 10/10 - IIf you love being in the heart of the action, this place is it. The apartment was squeaky clean, surprisingly roomy, and had everything I needed.
- Chun (3/5): Unlucky booking - The clearness is good only. No facial paper, insufficient light in the living room, no kitchen towel, no cooking oil & the mattress was too soft for me. No free parking & I need to pay extra money per day.
The worst was the original reserved suite could not be provided due to water leaking, however; I was notified at the last minute (April 10). I have no choice but to accept another suite located downtown which was the same size and quality to the original reserved suite which was said by the suite provider. I didn't know whether it was true or not.
Furthermore, I was confirmed with the suite provider that I would arrive around 8:00 pm at the designated meeting point on April 10. However, I was waiting over 25 minutes at the meeting point to get the suite key.
Overall, this is my worst experience to book such a deluxe apartment. I think booking with some hotels with the amount of $1,300.00 for 5 nights would be better. At least free parking, breakfast and daily housekeeping services provided.
- Chris (7/5): Good - WAITING..ROOM NOT READY.. PAYMENT TRANSACTION IN LOBBY....UNPROFESSIONAL
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nylah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zyair (10/5): Exceptional - This spot nailed it. Perfect location, super clean, and had everything I needed for a chill trip. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The hosts had great communication and made the whole thing super easy. I’d definitely stay again without a doubt.
- Théo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Prabesh (9/5): Very satisfying - Location was good. Nothing
- Kaleb (10/5): Exceptional - An unforgettable stay! The comfort was beyond expectations, the design was nothing short of stunning, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Truly a wonderful experience!
- Pasquale (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (9/5): Superb -
- Hares (10/5): Exceptional -
- Navy (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay! The breathtaking day and night views were truly unforgettable. The location was excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive. The amazing view of the CN Tower and the super comfortable beds made our experience even more memorable.
- Zayne (10/5): This place is a total gem! - Steps from the CN Tower, sports venues, and Union Station, with amazing restaurants all around. The Starbucks downstairs adds a cozy touch, and the beds are incredibly comfy. Perfect for enjoying downtown Toronto!
- Fiona (10/5): Great location next to MTCC. Clean and comfortable apartment. -
- Jensen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adeline (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable room with great view. Best location in downtown Toronto—right next to Rogers Centre, MTCC, and CN Tower.

- Anishya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Walsh (7/5): Good - Ideal location. Clean modern unit. For the price it should come with overnight parking rather than an additional cost.
- Kevin (8/5): it was nice staying expérience but communication should has a little bit room to improve in future - Good Nice place with good view
- Titan (10/5): Excellent Stay! -
- Wrenley (10/5): Amazing Stay. 10/10 - Amazing stay. Great view. Best location. Spacious and comfortable suite.

- Ephraim (10/5): Very good stay and very nice view from the apartment. - This was a great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. 100% would stay again.
- Shay (10/5): What a beautiful suite and the location was perfect! Highly recommend - Location is perfect. walkable to train, financial area, entertainment area, chinatown... etc. has assigned parking which made it very convenient. Place was clean and cozy. highly recommend staying here.
- Akinlabi (1/5): Bad experience with host - The view is nice & quite central. I went out on while in the apartment and returned home but couldn’t find the key to the apartment as I had forgotten my bag in an Uber.
I reached out to my host to request for help with the spare key. He said he was 15 mins away but that I’d have to pay him $250 for him to bring me a spare key.
I was really tired and needed to access the apartment so I asked him to just come. He came, took the $250 and then gave me the spare. I later found the main key.
Today I asked him to reconsider the $250 charge and he has refused. I think the charge is inconsiderate especially considering that he had the key on him and he was only 15 mins from me. I was more willing to pay $100 but $250 is a total rip off especially since I didn’t lose the key; I handed over both keys to him at the end of my stay.
