• Christine (8/5): Blues on Broadbeach. - Large apartment for 2. Fully equipped, well maintained and suited our needs. Close proximity to Broadbeach centre and tram stop directly opposite. The weather.
• Becca (5/5): In hindsight I would ask for a room on a higher level which had a view and some sun. The room felt cold being on the dar - The room itself was a good size. Good location and was clean and comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor with no sun in the afternoon at all and right above the pool/spa pool so a little noisy after a busy day. The bathroom had no extractor fan.

• Nik (8/5): Superb stay and defiantly stay here again. - Very comfortable apartment, clean and easy to get around Broadbeach. Staff were very helpful. Pool and spa area was superb and location was very quiet.
• Shahid (8/5): Overall our stay was excellent. - I liked the location. It is at a walkable distance from the exhibition centre. The rooms were clean and design of flats is awesome. The only thing that could be improved is the service. The only thing that could be improved is the service. During our 5-day stay we saw no one coming to clean the rooms, change sheets, or check if we needed to change shampoos, etc. Also short video emailed us before our entry could have helped us a lot in entering the hotel especially during off hours when no one was there.

• Awol (9/5): I will recommend to others. - Location is nearby to public transportation and beach areas I asked them to change my room after staying one night as my wife was scared of the height (staying at level 18) and the staff were not cooperative with that and they told me I have to pay $150 for cleaning. I personally believe that it is not fair to pay that amount for a person who is going to stay for five night.

If you have to go to the desk in office hours to register this means leaving conference to do so. Having photo ID copied when Synergy has NO privacy policy is probably unlawful. No information about what is done with this data and whether it is deleted automatically after the stay. Will not stay again if this remains as is. Wifi doesn't work outside the room.

• Annayan (10/5): - It's a great apartment to stay in and is very accessible to public transport, shops and restaurants and most importantly the beach. Great value for money if you are just looking for a tidy place to stay as a family or as a single person. Staff were rather too bland in my opinion - no smile no hi or hello to guests.

Sheets had hair on them that wasn't ours & the blankets stunk. No where to plug in the hair dryer in my bathroom made it hard to get ready as no mirrors by the plugs. Wasnt great only having only two towels for x2 people as I use one for my hair and one for my body.

• Glenn (5/5): We were dissappointed with our stay this time. - The location of the property is very handy to many local shops and restaurants and the size of the apartment is good and the room amenaties is excellent. When we opened the door upon arriving there was a very bad smell, it was like a very overpowering and we turned off the air conditioning and opened both doors to the patio. This cleared up the smell after a while but it was there after we came back from shopping. We told reception and they said they could get somebody to deodorize the room, but my wife is alergic to a lot of scents and we declined. Also the room wasn't very clean as there were splatter marks on the wall behind the tv and also on the wall in the bathroom. Overall this was very dissappointing for our stay this time.

A little dusty in some areas and only 1 bin bag supplied (no spare) and thr dryer was making a very loud noise that didn't sound right so a bit inconvenient not being able to use it when I had wet clothes

• Thanh Truc (9/5): Great experience overall. Would come back - Everything feels fairly new and well-maintained. The location is convenient for getting around to other places. The room is spacious and fully equipped with everyday essentials. The parking entrance and exit are quite confusing. When checking in, there’s no designated spot to park, so you end up blocking the entire driveway. After checking in, you either have to drive around the block to re-enter the parking garage or reverse back toward the entrance, which feels unsafe as cars may be entering at the same time.

Wifi was horrible and did not connect and one particular reception staff was fairly rude which was disappointing. Room also wasn't very clean, a few mysterious marks left, and there was only a sheet on the bed, no doona which was a little strange.

• Heidi (9/5): It was convinent and spacious but I’m not sure I would stay with my family with the bedding situation. I had a 2 bedroom - Lovely property, friendly staff. Beautiful apartment. Across the road from Convention Centre No doonas on either one of the beds. Very odd, only top sheets were provided. I ended up grabbing a blanket from the cupboard in the middle of the night but I’ve never stayed at accommodation where only top sheets are provided. It’s not summer so it got a bit cold overnight.

• Kirstin (8/5): Good value, comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. - Excellent pool and spa. Great value for money compared to other Gold Coast accommodations. Excellent access to GLink Tram. Close to supermarket and cafes. Friendly staff who responded quickly to all requests. Not a fault with the property, however, our room was on a low floor facing the highway so quite noisy and not high enough to avoid insects. Opening doors and windows for fresh air let flies in. I’d recommend requesting a higher level floor when booking if possible.

• Debbie (7/5): We weren’t in the unit much but it wasn’t totally clean, there weren’t enough towels and the TV dryer were faulty - The location is fantastic. It was large and comfortable. We liked the balcony and space It was a little dirty, grubby hand marks on the sliding doors, mirrors and the bench tops weren’t clean when we arrived. The dryer didn’t work and the TV was faulty flashing on and off about every 10 seconds.

Clean, great facilities, comfortable beds and living area, good sized bathroom and ensuite. Very relaxing. Only 2 elevators that we're slow, especially during busy high traffic times.

Nice views of the ocean plus back up towards Surfers Paradise. The beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed in a two bedroom unit which sleeps 4. It had a full kitchen but was poorly equipped - even for just 2 people. The couches in the living area were also not very comfortable.

• Joy (8/5): Spacious apartment, kids loved the pool, staff were friendl and helpful and a great location - Apartment was spacious, kids loved the pool and Spa, staff were lovely and the location was excellent No pool towels for the duration of our stay; we found toe nail clippings all over the floor in the lounge and the crockery and cutlery were pretty sparse for a family of four - we asked for steak knives but they had none - could do with a few extra bits and pieces, serving dishes, steak knives.
