• HAO (7/5): - The house environment was very nice, and the indoor facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped. The size of the room was a bit too compact.
• Michael (9/5): Lovely property with a great host. Will visit again - Great location for us as we were visiting a family member, who lives locally. The property is relatively new and has 3 comfortable bedrooms which was ideal for our party of 4. The appliances were modern and efficient. While the property is in the suburbs, it is very adjacent to East 49th street (less than 5 mins walk) which has a fantastic bus service to Metrotown, for grocery and shopping supplies. The Skytrain from Metrotown takes 25 mins to downtown Vancouver. There are also two smaller shopping areas within 10 mins walk, for shopping and food. There was great communication from our host and all questions were quickly answered. Nothing to speak of. The house was perfect for us.
• Katrina (8/5): Great little house - Loved the house. It was in a great area close to the bus stops and a shopping area. Perfect for a family of 4. We stayed at the end of summer and it was really hot inside. Being on a lane way it was a little noisy at night.

• Karen (9/5): Perfect stay in Vancouver - Great little house perfect for family. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Nothing with the house at all! We highly recommend. I noticed that somehow Booking.com auto-charged my business card instead of my personal card for this booking…. Not sure how that happened!

• Ann (8/5): Worked very well for our needs. - Location was very good, only 10 minutes walk shopping centre with all amenities. Oven was not operational.As 85 year old , shower was difficult to get in and out of, bathroom quite small.

Well equipped. Parking was easy to find out front. Comfortable beds. The living room couch was small and uncomfortable. With 4 of us, you had to sit on the kitchen chairs and they weren’t very comfortable either. You really do need a car to get around.

• Ruth (10/5): Perfect for what we needed! - Having 3 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. We had grandma, daughter, and grandson all staying together, and we all had our privacy. Free parking out front of lodging. The location wasn’t really the best for the activities we did. But, the lodging was so nice it outweighed the drive through traffic.

• Nicolaas (7/5): Good - It was a quiet location near shops - walking distance. The convenience of washer and drier was good. The house is advertised for 5 people. The double upstairs bedroom only had a 2 foot high cupboard- which was hard to use.There was insufficient cutlery and glassware for five people and no frying pan or spatula. No instructions on how to use oven. The TV is far too big for the kitchen, therefore 5 people could not sit and watch it. They need to replace the cleaner as black hair on bathroom floor and months worth of dirt on top of fridge which blocked partial entry to bottom bathroom. As they include a cleaning fee, this is unacceptable. The worst thing of all is they have installed airconditing in the sling windows leaving a substantial gap above the air-conditioner which they filled with cardboard. This was a huge security concern for when we were asleep or out and about.

• Bahram (5/5): Passable - The place was beautiful, new, and clean. There was a nice coffee maker and a few other nice items in the apartment. Shortage of multiple items: there wasn't eanough toilet papers, trash bags, and a few other items which we purchased on our own. There was no teapot, no can opener and a few other things. The worst was about the many text messages I received from the owner. Even though we left the apartment clean and tidy she was trying to charge us an extra $150 for cleaning fee that she said her cleaning staff were charging her. I believe she told us the truth and the cleaning staff were trying to charge her that amount. However, we left the place tidy and clean and there was no reason for us to pay that money. I am thankful of booking.com and it's staff for rightfully and professionaly supporting us against the claim of the owner.
