• Bradac (7/5): Im großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt okay. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Wir haben uns nicht lange in der Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann alles super schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Die Ausstattung ausreichend. Betten sind auch okay. Die Aussicht auf die Burg ist auch toll. Wir waren zu fünft + 1 Kind und der Platz war im Grunde ausreichend. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten auch eine Waschmaschine im Appartement was sehr praktisch war. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Der Boden war nicht richtig gewischt. Die Küche nicht sonderlich sauber. Man hat auch im Bad gesehen, dass die Reinigung nicht richtig durchgeführt wurde. Da zweite Bad war etwas klein, Ablagefläche hat gefehlt. Das war etwas unpraktisch. Mit Toilettenpapier waren wir leider spärlich ausgestattet für die Personenanzahl. Mussten direkt Nachschub besorgen. Die Spülmaschine war leider nicht so sauber - das Gitter hat stellenweise schon gerostet. Es müssten einige Teile ausgetauscht werden. Leider riecht der Abfluss teilweise streng. Der Geruch ist dann auch in der ganzen Wohnung zu riechen. Das war etwas unangenehm.

• Miljkovic (8/5): - Dobra je lokacija, stan je cist, kreveti udobni, ima dovoljno mesta za odlaganje stvari, sve u svemu prijatan boravak. Izabrala bih ga opet. Prijavili smo kvar u jednom kupatilu nazalost niko nije dosao da resi. tusiranje je bilo izazov u oba kupatila, temperatura vode se menjala od vrele do veoma hladne u sekundi,sto je za tusiranje dece bilo iscrpljujuce.

• Renata (9/5): Pobyt dla 4 osób rewelacyjny. - Apartament duży, świetna lokalizacja .Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające do przygotowywania jedzenia , drobnego gotowania , dostępne przyprawy. Dobry kontakt z opiekunem apartamentu. Blisko do marketu i wszystkich atrakcji Alicante. Drobne braki w wyposażeniu kuchni papieru do wycierania lub ściereczki . W jednej łazience małe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem.
• Olivier (4/5): dirty, and irritating dishonesty from Nordic RentAway Spain - well located, spacious apartment BUT... We had already rented this place 2 years ago and loved it... We came this time at the end of December, and the apartment was filthy! so dirty I was mortified to let my kids sleep in these bed sheets (see pictures). Moreover, it was cold, and the only heating system was the reverse cycle, which only worked properly in one of the bedrooms. The cleaning was so superficial (dust and food wraps under the beds, sheets and pillows disgusting, fungi growing in bathrooms and under mattresses,...). A bathroom smells horrendous. and then bad luck, which is clearly independent of the rental: the lift broke down... and it was out of service for 5 days (8 stairs up, not so cool with small kids and a 75 yo mother!) What truly annoys me is that Nordic RentAway Spain said: "sure, we are so sorry, we will compensate for the cleaning etc... " And then, as soon as we got back home, nothing. And when I asked for the compensation they promised, they of course answered that they did everything right and no compensation, or at least reimbursement of the cleaning fee was in order !!! not recommended...
• Sabina (10/5): - Cudowny widok z okna, mieszkanie bardzo duże, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dobry układ pokoi dla rodziny. Na stanie mieszkania były parasolki i zabawki dla dzieci - bardzo pozytywnie. Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym. Polecam w 100% napewno skorzystamy drugi raz .

• Julia (9/5): Entspanntes großes Apartment mit Fahrstuhl und Dachterrasse mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. - Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, es gab sogar Gewürze zum Kochen und Kaffee-Kapseln für den ersten Kaffee. Die Lage ist super, fußläufig zur Altstadt, dem Theater und dem Stadtstrand sowie zu allen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Schlafzimmer waren ruhig, die Matratzen im Master-Bedroom waren super. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf andere Häuser aber auch auf die Burg. Das hintere Badezimmer hat gestunken. Dieses wurde schon häufig kritisiert ist aber wohl durch das Leitungssystem geschuldet und wurde bisher nicht reguliert. Die Matratzen im "Stockbett" sind für Kinder ok, die im hinteren Schlafzimmer recht kurz und weich. Die Geschirrspülmaschine läuft nur auf Position Eco und ist nicht regulierbar. Das Geschirr kam IMMER dreckig raus, so dass wir per Hand gespült haben. Leider gab es kein Geschirrhandtuch. Das ist aber wohl normal inzwischen.

• Sjolie (9/5): Perfect location, cheap and comfortable - The stay was perfect! All of us have only great things to say about the apartment and will definetely book there again of we come back to Alicante!! The waterpressure could be better but it does the job.

• Linda (2/5): Very poor - Location Dirty linen, bathrooms dirty. Management company were fine when all was good. Once I complained about a number of things too numerous to mention, it was excuse after excuse and didn’t want to help at all. I’m sure they will have an excuse for this complaint. They took extra money from us as we arrived half an hour late at 11.30 and had to be cash! It was the management company that let down this property and put a damper on our holiday. Take note if you book a property with this company. BE CAREFUL.
