• David (1/5): Worst experience ever! - I wish I could report on this property. Unfortunately. the owner decided to change the date of our stay without consulting us. We arrived to find out that we didn't have a place to stay. This is outrageous. This location should be removed as a listing immediately!

• Hadas (9/5): - The private room was comfortable! Big and cozy bed! Towels, desk for work, hanging, and closed to bathroom. Huge house, big kitchen with kettle and microwave and big table to sit with flowers:) . BackBalcony and handsome living room . And most of all the guy! He helped me to add more 2 nights even it was full-booked... thank you! Of course its closed to the airport!! The smell in my room was like someone just left it.. unfresh. And you can here anything from the other rooms and house, so if you need quiet and 100% privacy , think about it

• Harikrishnan (2/5): Very poor - There was an issue with the power supply in our room, so none of the lights or electrical outlets were working. I tried to speak to the caretaker, and he asked me to go down and check the main switches, but nothing seemed to work. Eventually, they stopped responding as it was time for us to check out. This was a really bad experience since we arrived late at night and had to use our flashlights to use the bathroom. We also couldn’t charge our phones, laptops, or power bank. Other than that, everything else was good.

• Jason (3/5): Check other places, this place is a $15 per night max - I liked the location, however it was freezing cold and uncomfortable I didn't like the fact there were lots of bugs and dirt in the bedroom, we also had to change the light bulbs ourselves

• Kateřina (1/5): SCAM - STAY AWAY - Nothing cause I wasn’t allowed to check in. The first red flag was when the owner didn’t send any code, or any other check in details at least day before. I was flying from Europe, so after landing I expected she would send check in instructions, so I can go and check in after long flight. She didn’t. I only received her message asking me about more infromation about me lol. I confirmed everything and mentioned that my boyfriend Is visiting me and gonna be staying with me in the room (originally booked for one). No reply. Tried to call her and she started to yell at me that 2 people can’t stay in the room because we’re gonna make noise lol. That is obviously a lie since later on I found out she charges 15$ extra per night if there’s another person, also I checked and it is possible to book the same room for 2 people on booking 🤡 Also what kind of reason is that? We are adults and not children. So she lies, stops communicating and of course kept the money. Later I check other 1 star reviews and see the absolutely agressive way she replies to bad reviews (wait for her reply to this one is just gonna prove my point). I have been working in hospitality for years and never even thought of treating guests this way. Absolutely unprofesional And unacceptable. This lady should close the hotel and seek medical help cause she’s clearly not alright in her head.
• Adeleg81 (8/5): Very good - Nice and quiet. Xiu, the owner is very friendly and approachable. She responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. The house is walking distance to transit stops and shops. I didn't like that the housekeeper took over 3 hours to get our room ready when we had to move floors, then tried to blame it on us telling the homeowner it's because we were extremely messy guests, mind you this is the room we were transferring to and haven't used or slept in yet.

• Ravi (8/5): Very good - Overall stay was good ,beds were comfortable but sharing the bathroom was a little disadvantage as my husband couldn't take a wash at all as it was a long wait with the other occupant in the next room and also the checkout time was too early was at 10..am. Other facilities were good . Entering the premises was very difficult we had to stand in the cold for a long time when we rang the bell Noone came to open. Also the sharing of bathroom was a bad experience with the checking out time.l hope they will make it at 11.am like the other places.

Room was clean, lots of storage and towels. Shower head in ensuite bathroom was broken but everything else was fine and good value for money. Easy to get bus into the city and to the airport!

• Michael (6/5): Reasonable stay - Location was reasonable and quiet, friendly home owner, clean location. The mattress could certainly be of better quality because it has next to no padding between you and the coils.

• July (4/5): Disappointing - Localisation + bed confortable When we first were in contact with the owner he told us we could came in the morning. When we ask him few days after the instructions he told us we could came only around 2.3pm so we had to wait in the city mall with big backpacks. Then when we came inside we realised we are filmed ? Cameras are in action in the house... It's rights infringement. The room was not clean (bottle under the bedroom, hair on the toilets, sheets were not clean as well...). Hopefully bed was confortable for a night. Commons areas are dusty. Then we bought some stuff to cook because there are pictures of a kitchen on Booking and realise everything is here to cook but nothing is working. So we bought everything for nothing. We had to go back again to the supermarket buy stuff already cooked. Instead of saving money we've been spending more then we had. Please don't go there. It's a shame.
• Maribel (5/5): Instead of 3n stay , I ended up staying only 1night - Price is fair. Need to fix the washroom in the basement where is room 1&2 located. Laundry stated in amenities but cannot be able to use for renters but someone is using it. You can hear noise if you're in the basement. Need a scent to smell better inside the room. It's weird price in booking.com states as 2 adult / night but if you bring a friend to stay with you so that you both can save its additional 15$ per person per night.

• Underhill (8/5): Easy, basic stay - Getting in was easy with pre-set instructions, a pin pad, and clear signs. It was the cheapest stay available with decent ratings. The basics were in place for a quick stay. I'm not sure how many bathrooms there were, but we did not have to compete for the one on our floor. Additionally, the bath/toilet section is separated by a door to a large area with a sink, so multiple people can use it. The shower worked well. Despite a few old stains on the sheets, which I presume just don't wash off, everything was clean. I could not call the hosts. The phone number was permanently busy. The house is divided up into rental bedrooms. The interior is very well put together, but if you look out the window, the backyard is in shambles. The bathroom was equipped with enough toilet paper and 3-in-1 body wash, but some basic shampoo and conditioner would go a long way.

• Schick (1/5): Bad - The police came twice. The place is never clean. The landlord she's rude and makes u feel uncomfortable!!! I stayed there 2 months straight and I had to buy my own linen to change my sheets and I had to clean the bathroom myself. It's disgusting!!! The police came on 2 different occasions cause the lady let's criminals stay here. I complained because it's nasty dirty and she got mad at me via text! I'm nit happy at all. Sje took a deposit and never gave it back.
