• Garofalo (4/5): - The locations was great! View was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was really dirty . Ammenities weren’t great. Dryer was broken and almost caused a fire as we were not told it wasn’t working. Bathrooms need to be throughly cleaned and an exhaust fan should be fitted. Overall the room and towers need to be refurbished and throughly checked for safety. Pool surface was also old and peeling so the floor was sharp to walk on in the pool. Maintenance should be a priority

• Portia (10/5): Amazing stay, great location and cozy room! - Great location, everything we needed in the room, balcony was great, also amazing customer service from our host. Only thing was that there was no laundry detergent or spare bin liners but that is not expected, everything else was fantastic.

• Philip (5/5): NOT good enough for what we pay for this apartment for 5 nights (OVER PRICED).Would not recommend - Great location Disappointed . The Washing machine and Dryer didn't work the whole 5 days we were there, thats the reason we picked an apartment to have the facilities to do our own washing ect. We reported it the first morning, but no one came to fix them in the 5 days we were there . VERY DISAPPOINTED. Bed too big for bedroom, had trouble getting around one side of the bed. TV was very complicated to use , WI-FI was not good enough .

• Shannelle (10/5): Fantastic stay in this apartment - This apartment was fantastic and we had everything we needed (plus more) for our stay in Cairns. Everything was so clean, modern and easy. The location of this place was excellent, just a short walk to the lagoon and restaurants

Close to restaurants and shops, you don’t need a car! The apartment is stylish and modern. Nothing at all
• Phillip (5/5): I wouldn’t stay there again or tell my friends to stay there - We didn’t have breakfast The bed was too big for the room. There was a smell coming from the bathroom and it was old and not enough bench space.
• Trudy (3/5): Average stay in a nice room but not functional. - Quality furnishings but just not functional for the room size. No table and chairs only a small breakfast bar and 2 stools inside. Bar table on balcony with 4 stools. Non compliant bar table higher than balcony glass with no lip so anything could fall off and down 11 floors. Bed very difficult to move around especially the right hand side which is not seen in any photos. Nice furniture but not functional for the room size. Photos of the view are correct but this room does not overlook the Esplanade like you would think as the water view is out to one side. 2 large cockroaches in room. Shower grout needs a good bleach.

Bathroom cleaning detail could have been better( around shower base and tile grouting). Toilet seat kept moving and perhaps wasn't a good replacement type.
