Situation parfaite au cœur de la ville, tout en étant relativement au calme : fenêtre en cour intérieure ou ruelle sans issue Appartement spacieux dans le style ancien mais charmant L'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement dépend d'une connexion internet et d'une application. 2 supers restaurants à proximité où nous avons bien mangé : LA TAVERNA et LE MONASTERA
• Guillaume (8/5): Grand appartement (sombre) idéalement placé au cœur du centre historique (et de la zone ZTL). - Emplacement central dans le cœur historique de la ville. Appartement spacieux dans le style ancien qui a un petit cachet particulier. Appartement très sombre même en plein jour. Situé en plein cœur de la zone ZTL donc nous qui venions en voiture avions le choix entre un parking proche de la location à 35€ par jour ou un parking à 5€ par jour à l’autre bout de la ville + taxi…
• Campo (9/5): Soggiorno tranquillo e sereno - Mi è piaciuto il posto dove era situato il B&B,la comodità dell’appartamento,la pulizia dell’appartamento,il fatto che si poteva dormire sereni.Casa molto riscaldata e per noi che abbiamo soggiornato in giorni freddi…non è poco. Migliorerei i bagni

• andrama90 (10/5): Da non perdere! - Appartamento storico, molto ampio e affascinante. Posizione splendida, a pochi metri dal meraviglioso Complesso Monumentale di Santa Chiara, dal Gesù Nuovo e da Spaccanapoli. Ideale per muoversi a piedi nel cuore pulsante di Napoli! Unica piccola nota negativa: al momento della doccia mattutina la caldaia è andata in blocco, impedendo all'acqua calda di arrivare. L'ho spenta e riaccesa e tutto ha ripreso a funzionare. Delle persone che hanno pernottato, sono stato l'unico sfortunato :)

• Buccino (7/5): Great location, very spacious accomodations, charming decor, very quiet. - Location is excellent for access to centro storico, archeology museum, sightseeing, shopping. The apartment is very spacious, quiet, and comfortable (if old-fashioned). Access to the building and the apartment depends on Internet access and an app, which wasn't explained in clear English in the pre-visit video. Travelers from overseas may not have immediate Internet access on their smartphones; we didn't, and arrived groggy and jet-lagged on a Sunday only to struggle to get into the apartment. Travelers without smartphones or those who are not comfortable with smartphone apps will find access very difficult.

• Michelle (7/5): This is a good apartment which just requires a few improvements in the management. - The location of this property is very good, in the historic centre. The apartment is spacious and generally comfortable. The hosts responded in due course for any requests. I have offered some suggestions for improvements on what is a very good location and apartment. The arrival process is unduly complex. It relies on the client having electronic availability - ie email on a device to open both the door to the entrance of the apartments and the apartment itself. The internet is variable. A simpler process would be a lockbox at the apartment door which does not require technology. I was also advised I could not have a second set of keys and since I was travelling with a friend with no phone email keys would have been very useful. Inside the apartment I would suggest a couple of reading lamps in the living area. I stayed 32 nights and the apartment managers provided clean linen twice, on request. I would suggest a more transparent process so the client knows when the apartment is likely to be serviced, if at all. I was also surprised that there was no welcome pack, as this if the first time I have experienced an empty apartment, with no coffee, oil/vinegar/salt pepper, tea-towels in the kitchen etc to cover the first day or so. In contrast, another friend rented an apartment nearby where the hosts provided all these things.
• Antoinette (8/5): Our three night stay was enjoyable, given the location in the historic district. It meant it was easy to walk out to pla - The spaciousness and the fact that it was well equipped, including a washing machine. Proximity to historic centre. Although the approach is rather grim we felt safe, the locals in the shops and restaurants were friendly and in the evenings lots of people walking and dining. Responsive host who supplied an iron when requested ( board was already there). The exterior is graffitied which does not show on the photo of the front gate. Rather scary approach to the property because of the graffiti and the rubbish. Dark so had to keep the lights on. Lack of shower pressure. Lack of tea towel to dry the dishes. No guidance/ notes on what to visit/see in the local area or even closest metro etc.

• Georgia (8/5): Great location, nice apartment - Excellent location, spacious apartment, interesting to see such a building in the historical centre from the inside. Very quiet at night. The beds were ok, the kitchen also. There's a washing machine but we did not use it. The online check in for which I had to type the data off all six guests myself. The strict check in and check out hours, for luggage storage before and after we had to pay (the company owns a storage point with prices by the hour). Also some small things like having no towel for the hands in the bathroom or salt and a few napkins in the kitchen. But overall a good stay
• Brunilda (9/5): wonderful place - I liked very much the location of the Regal Santa Chiara by Dimorra which was in the middle of the old city of Naples. You can arrive to many tourist attraction very easily. I also liked the house which was spacious and very comfortable. I would say it was everything perfect except for the fact that the sun rays do not reach the apartment at all, due to its position and maybe I would suggest that the check-out time, which is relatively early at 10,.00 am, be a bit later.
• Danica (10/5): A delightful stay, would 100% book again. - The location was very central and only a few minutes' walk away from some incredible restaurants, and two coffee bars are immediately available once you leave the building. Although it is quite a busy area, the walls of the place are thick and will block most noise from outside. We had no trouble at all getting a good night's rest even if it was a very busy weekend. The place is quite big, much bigger than I had previously thought from pictures. It is easily the most spacious place I have been in on holiday. We were provided with towels and shower gel and even some little bottles of detergent for cleaning dishes and surfaces. The staff are available for any queries via WhatsApp, and will always send the information you may need. They have an excellent knowledge of English so you will have no problem communicating with them. Truly my only complaint, if I really had to nitpick, was that the shower is a little unpredictable with temperature at first until you get used to it. The place also has a weak reception, however they have kindly compensated for this with a strong WiFi connection indoors. Lastly - and this is not a complaint for the place, but a tip for future vacationers - many places around here do not accept Visa, so be prepared to have some cash on you.
• Florid. (9/5): Superb - Super.clean.rooms and very good location. Nothing.
• Tractor4 (7/5): Good - I liked all in the house except two things: the water that came off from the shower.. hot and cold as she wants and the lack of the wifi signal.
