• Sara Dayane (1/5): - Nada. Ao chegarmos ao local, fomos informados de que a anfitriã havia locado o imóvel, por outra plataforma, a outra família. Assim, meu esposo, eu e uma criança de 11 anos ficamos sem local para hospedagem em pleno feriado. Ressalte-se que a anfitriã poderia ter cancelado a reserva com antecedência de até 48 horas. No entanto, não recebi qualquer comunicação nesse sentido, seja no meu telefone celular, seja na plataforma. Ao contrário, fui induzida a erro. A pessoa que me recebeu, no caso, a própria anfitriã, solicitou que eu cancelasse a reserva junto à Plataforma, uma vez que, segundo ela, não poderia mais fazê-lo. Assim fiz para buscar o reembolso diretamente junto à Booking. Acontece que a Booking não reembolsa imediatamente, tendo sido preciso pagar uma tarifa completa em outro local para não ficar ao relento.
