• Daniel (10/5): Herzlichster Gastgeber und traumhaftes Haus - Wir haben zu viert die Weihnachtsfeiertage und den Jahreswechsel auf Zypern im Haus von Savvas verbracht. Savvas ist der herzlichste und fürsorglichste Gastgeber, den wir bisher kennenlernen durften. Er ist jederzeit um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht, steht bei jeglichen Fragen in kürzester Zeit zur Verfügung und freut sich, wenn er Tipps zu Restaurants oder anderen schönen Orten auf der Insel weitergeben darf. Sein Haus ist perfekt gelegen, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden, und bietet genügend Platz, damit man sich auch zu sechst mehr als wohlfühlen kann. Es ist an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht, sodass bei Ankunft alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarf wie Klopapier, Spülmittel usw. bereits vorhanden sind. Zusätzlich warteten auch schon Kaffeepads/-pulver und Milch sowie ein paar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten auf uns. Die schöne Terrasse sowie der Außenpool (in den wärmeren Monaten kommt die Abkühlung sicher gelegener) luden auch bei Temperaturen um die 18 Grad zu entspannten Momenten am Haus ein. Man merkt Savvas wirklich zu jederzeit seine Liebe zum Detail sowie die Freude daran an Gäste bei sich begrüßen zu dürfen. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit, zu der Savvas mit seiner Art sowie sein Haus einen großen Anteil geleistet haben. Wir werden definitiv zurückkehren und können Olive Garden‘s Paradise Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. -
• Yaniv (10/5): - We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week — a couple with 3 kids. The apartment is beautiful, very functional, and fully equipped down to the smallest details: all the kitchenware you might need, extra towels, bed linens, blankets, and more. There’s even a water dispenser and board games! It’s a fantastic home that makes a family vacation truly enjoyable. The pool is lovely and very clean. The owner is a wonderful person who stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.
• Roy (10/5): Stunning villa! Beauitful village - The Villa was beautiful, very clean and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen was equipped with everything there was a washing machine but no dishwasher. The pool was very well maintained crystal clear water and large enough to swim. Lovely outdoor eating area and beautiful fruit trees. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return. We did have an issue with Hot water, there was no hot water in the main bathroom for 4 days!! we was able to share the en suit with my sister and her husband but ideal.Speaking to the Host the problem was to big to fix during our stay, a problem completely unforeseen .
• Kristell (10/5): Au top! - Le logement est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour agréable, le propriétaire étant aux petits soins pour ses occupants et prévoit d'avance tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin. Emplacement central pour visiter l'île, avec supermarché à proximité, et le calme de la campagne. Tout est là pour des vacances réussies ! Juste pour parfaire le tout, la présence d'un lave vaisselle serait un petit plus.
• Lavinia (10/5): Relaxing beautiful stay in the sun - This property is even better in reality than in the photos on here. Definitely recommend this place and SAVVAS is such a good host. Just a quick message away to help with anything you need. Such a gorgeous house. Nice and clean. Good sized pool. All the facilities you need plus close to a supermarket. Nice little touches of coffee/tea/milk plus wine when we arrived after a long journey.
• eyal (10/5): חלום שלא חלמנו ! - לקחנו את המקום בגלל שקראנו את ההמלצות על המקום בבוקינג - וזה בדיוק מה שהיה . וילה במרכז קפריסין בכפר קטן על הכביש המהיר ( לא שומעים את הכביש בכלל) - 20 דק נסיעה מלרנקה . כפר שקט מאוד ווילה שקטה מאוד - עם כל הציוד הנדרש וחשיבה על פרטים הכי קטנים ( נייר אפיה לתנור , מתלה כביסה ועוד כל מיני הפתעות שנותנות הרגשה של בית ). בוילה קומה ראשונה מטבח מאובזר פינת אוכל וסלון מאוד מרווח ונוח עם טלויזיה חכמה (נטפליקס וכדומה) בקומה השניה 2 חדרים מרווחים עם מיטה זוגית בכל אחד, חדר שירותים וחדר הורים מאוד מרווח עם שירותים צמודים. בחוץ בריכה מדהימה וגדולה - מים דיי רדודים עומק מקסימלי מטר וקצת - בהחלט מספיק וכן כיסאות נוח ופינת אוכל חיצונית. בעל הבית כל הזמן זמין ומלווה אותנו בווטסאם כבר שבוע לפני הטיסה וכל זה בעברית . יש מזגנים בכל הבית - דבר דיי נדיר בקפריסין . בעל הבית מייעץ וממליץ בכל דילמה ( חברת השכרת רכבים מומלצת על ידו במחיר מאוד אטרקטיב, המלצות על איזה חופים ללכת ואיזה לא , המלצה על ספורט ימי או על כפר מיוחד לבקר בו ) . הדבר הכי משדרג זה - מרכז קניות גדול בכניסה לכפר שאפשר לקנות שם הכל ולאבזר את המטבח לשהות ארוכה מבחינת אוכל ( אנחנו קנינו שם אוכל לשבוע וכל יום הכנו לנו אוכל ואם היינו צריכים להשלים אז פשוט קופצים למרכז קניות דקה נסיעה . ממליץ בחום גם עם המחיר נראה למישהו טיפה יקר - מקום ובעלים שהם חלום !!!! צריכים יותר ממירי חשמל בשקעים למי שמגיע עם מוצרי חשמל אירופיים .
• René (9/5): Wonderful stay in a spacious and welcoming home - We had a great time at this house! Our host, Savvas, was extremely friendly and helpful, offering lots of useful tips and advice about the area. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and fully equipped — from a well-stocked kitchen to board games we enjoyed in the evenings. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to some bad weather at the end of April, it looked very inviting. The location is convenient too, with a supermarket and a McDonald's just a 5-minute walk away. We also met some very kind neighbors who even brought us fresh fruit and homemade jam. There are charming villages nearby that are perfect for walking or dining out. If you’re planning a trip to Cyprus, we would definitely recommend staying here — especially because the well-known beach towns are often overpriced and much more touristy, while this home offers a more local, authentic experience at a fair price.
