- Lauri (8/5): Nice stay in a elegant and well located apartment. - We stayed a week in this beautiful apartment on the 5th floor of the building. The location of the building is great - near to the promenade and the beach and you are able to walk to the city and old town of Marbella in few minutes. Also lots of restaurants and a super market in walking distance. The apartment itself is elegantly furnished and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and aircon was powerful enough. There was also wifi available, but we didn't use it. TV had lots of channels. The view from main balcony to garden and pools is nice. There were two swimming pools, one of which is for children. We had a car with us and managed to park in the designated area in the yard without any problems. The parking spaces are not apartment-specific, but there was always a free space. Our flight arrived early and we requested an early check in. This was not possible so we spent our time in a large shopping mall nearby. While we were there, we were informed that we would be able to check in two hours later than normal because the cleaner had forgotten to show up. This was later compensated by us being able to check out of the apartment later than normal. Check-in itself was done quickly as also check-out. There were also a few unpleasant things that affected our holiday. The second morning there was a knock on our door and two local maintenance men told us that one of the bathrooms was leaking water downstairs. The problem was investigated several times during our holiday and we were unable to use the bathroom the entire time. In addition, the roller blind on one of the balconies got stuck and it was repaired but could not be made operational. We understand that these were not planned issues and anything can happen, but nevertheless they affected our holiday negatively. Despite everything, the overall experience was positive and the apartment is a good option for a shorter or longer stay in Marbella!
