• silvana (8/5): Quase tudo perfeito! - Localização, limpeza e estrutura do prédio. Próximo a estação de metrô, a loja de conveniência, restaurante e mercadinho e supermercado. A Internet não funcionou e o problema não foi resolvido. Senti falta de orientações qt ao uso das áreas comuns
• Fernando (1/5): Irresponsible - Is close to metro I arrive from an international flight, and the apartment wasnt clean, it was very late, i had to rebook another place , no replies from the host , a total irresponsibility with its clients, the girl who the phone is on the list, have never replied me when i asked my refund! • deborafln (6/5): Bom de ficar mas ruim de comunicação - Localização em frente ao Metro e com um mercadinho Pão de Açúcar no térreo do prédio. Cama confortável. Isolamento acústico (mesmo no 9º andar a cidade é muito barulhenta). Acesso com biometria facial funcionou perfeitamente. TV com Netflix e bom sinal de internet. Contato com anfitrião, no caso concierge pois é uma empresa, deixou muito a desejar. O contato pelo app retornava mensagens estilo bot. No WhatsApp a pessoa respondeu apenas quando quis e isso inviabilizou meu planejamento. Solicitei check-in antecipado, pois viajei com criança e o voo chegava cedo. Isso consegui a resposta apenas horas antes. Para o checkout igualmente solicitei com 24h de antecedência para sair 2 horas depois e só obtive resposta as 22h. O studio é bem pequeno. Para acessar o banheiro precisa quase passar de lado.
