• Alejandro (1/5): - Terrible service in getting the keys of the apartment. Had to wait for almost 2 hours to get in. The owner responded phone call twice with promises and after that did not want to pick up the phone. The apartment was not clean enough, the remote control of the TV set is missing. Set-top box was not connected to the TV - HDMI cable is missing. Complete disaster.

• O (7/5): - Ticha lokalita, tichi susedia lahka dostupnost do centra, na mhd, na atrakcie pre deti - Pevnost poznani, minigolf atd. dostatocne priestranny byt pre 4 clennu rodinu, prijemne svetly a cisty ocenujem dostupny fen, kavovar a kavu velmi spartanske vybavenie kuchyne - cednik na spagety by bol fajn,, metlicka/ smetacik ked sa vysype na zem, ci vrecko na odpad navyse :) vonku smetne nadoby na deleny odpad, v byte iba 1 kos na vsetko malo priestoru v kupelni na osusku, kozmeticku tasticku - malo vesiacikov

• Stejskal (3/5): - Nejhorší postel (matrace)na ktere jsme kdy spali. Pokud zde chcete byt na jednu noc skrze usetreni casu cestovanim a odpocinout si, tak zlate spani v aute. Pri prichodu bylo v byte pouze 19.1 stupen i kdyz se vedelo ze prijedem s malym ditetem - topeni slo pridat rucne na bojleru (lae nemyslim si, ze by ubytovany mel zasahovat do nastaveni). Poloha dobra, parkovani zalezi na stesti. Jinak vybaveni v pohode, asi takove jale od starsiho bytu na pronajem cekate. Rucniky i povleceni ciste.
• Maryna (7/5): Указать номер квартиры цыфрами нормального размера на двери. Свет в подъезде - Светлый номер, удобная кровать. Много женских длинных волос на ковре, посуда с остатками жира, темнота в подъезде, номер квартиры неудачно обозначен.

• Othello (7/5): Tranquilo - Aa cama de casal era boa, tinha utensílios para cozinhar. Boa máquina de café e chás disponíveis. O aquecimento não estava funcionando e tive que descobrir que o disjuntor geral na placa de comando estava desligado. O estacionamento nas arrendondezas não é muito fácil.
• Kristina (8/5): - Skvělá lokalita, pro nás ideální. Ubytování čisté a prostorné, vybavené vším potřebným, včetně kuchyně. Klíče ve schránce u vchodu. Jinak majitel moc příjemný, slyšeli jsme se jen po telefonu. Ubytování je ve 3. patře, ne podlaží, a dveře bytu nejsou označené číslem. Trochu to komplikuje orientaci. Manželská postel je složená ze dvou, takže se trochu rozjíždí od sebe, a v bytě je v zimě chladno (což někomu asi nemusí vadit). Byli jsme zde dvakrát, ale bohužel toto nás pro příště odrazuje. I tak děkujeme za pobyt.

• Simona (1/5): Katastrofa - Blízkost centra Nemohu pochválit nic. Poničené žaluzie, závěsy servané, rozbitý věšák, 4. patro bez výtahu, nedostatečné vybavení kuchyni, staré zašlé nádobí, zápach, prach, na přistýlce matrace větší než samotné lůžko, polštáře menší než povlaky, cena rozhodně neodpovídala kvalitě… ale především, venku mrzlo a v ubytování NEŠLO TOPENÍ !!!!!! Neskutečná zima po celou dobu pobytu - s babičkou a malými dětmi a “milá” paní majitelka nekomunikuje!!!!

• Aneta (10/5): - Zaskoczeniem było przygotowanie przez gospodarza niezbędnych kosmetyków. Nigdy nie byłam w obiekcie który zadbałby o takie rzeczy jak szampon dla dzieci, dezodorant czy nocnik dla dzieci :)

• Lydia (9/5): Byt blízko parku a historického centra - Príjemný zrekonštruovaný byt v staršom dome s atmosférou. V kuchyni potešili čaje, káva, med... v kúpeľni nejaká tá kozmetika. Poloha bola super, hneď oproti park, cez ktorý sa prešlo do historického centra. Naozaj výborné miesto. Bonus - balkónik s posedením a výhľadom do vnútrodvora. Teplota vody kolísala, chvíľu horúca, chvíľu vlažná, ale nebolo to nič strašné.

• Sebastian (1/5): Nie zdecydowałem się na pobyt w tym miejscu. - Paskudne miejsce, obskurne i brudne. Nie skorzystaliśmy z noclegu. Uciekaliśmy stamtąd czym prędzej. Dramat. Paskudne miejsce. Pozytywne opinie, które czytałem na Booking, zupełnie nieprawdziwe. Zdjęcia, albo rasowane, albo robione bardzo dawno temu.

• Irina (9/5): Superb - cozy apartment, we found everything we needed in the apartment. we stayed for one night on the way home. We were satisfied with the accommodation. There are nuances - there is no private parking, when we arrived in the evening we were just lucky to find a place. The apartment has no elevator, we knew about it. There was no number on the door, it was difficult to find our way around after a long journey late at night, but the hostess helped.

• Laura (7/5): would go again, the space felt nice and cosy and comfortable - very nice place to stay in, great mattress and super cosy, good price for the location. i booked this booking because of the bath, i live at a dormitory and i don’t get to bathe there so i was sad to find out the bath couldn’t be used for bathing, it was a let down.

• Michal (10/5): I enjoyed the stay there and recommend to others. - I liked the time independence, due to keys' pickup from a lockbox. The apartment was well equipped and clean, comfortable. Close to city centre. Swift communication with the property owner. I have nothing to criticise.

• Erika (8/5): Very good - Very nice and cosy apartment near old town, parking place nearby, entertainment for kids (board games, colour book and coloured pencils). The host answered very quickly to additional question about parking place. Very good apartment for the price! Some cookware were not washed properly. The appartment is in the third floor. That was not a problem for us, but sombody might have problems with the stairs.
• Icing1979 (9/5): Superb - Decided to stay in Olomouc while passing through. Booked around 7pm and got a confirmation almost immediately. Easy self check, great easy to follow directions. We spent maybe 12 hours in the apartment but it was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you so much for a great stay!

• Stephen (9/5): A great value for money apartment that is convenient for both the town centre & the railway station. - The location was convenient both for the railway station and the old town centre. It was on a quiet street by the River Morava. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, apart from lacking a dish washing sponge. The keys were not ready on arrival, as the host had accidentally pocketed them. However, we quickly managed to contact her and she quickly brought them and was very apologetic. There was no TV, but there is wifi.

• Toms (5/5): Despite dirtiness, for a one night stay it was ok - Location was good- it was located in city center. Parking was a bit hard to find, though a bit further away is bigger parking lot so it would not be a problem. Apartement is renovated, warm and quite cozy - in kitchen there is everything you need, and for my surprise there was a balcony. It was REALLY dirty. You could clearly see that it wasnt cleanes before us - in bed were black hair ( none of us has black hair) and some stains. Under the beds and floor in general was dirty too
• Nagisa (1/5): I regret staying at this apartment. - The location was good. 20 minutes walk to the centre. Close to the tram stop. There is a delicious bakery. The owner is very dishonest. No replenishment of toilet paper etc. The boiler stopped working on the second day and I rang several times in the afternoon but no one answered the phone. The next day I only received an "sorry" email and then no responce. No one answered my calls or emails until I left, and the owner left me without heating and hot water while it snowed outside. If you want a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Olomouc, I don't recommend this apartment. I am grateful for the Booking.com customer service, but in vain.

• Miroslava (6/5): Pleasant - Safe, close to everything, main bedroom was large and comfortable, bathroom clean. If only 2 ppl are staying you would feel confortable. We paid for 4 ppl and pull out coutch only had one pillow that was in a pillow case, one duvet. My son had to use small pillows without pillow case and throw. Clean bedding should have been provided for all four ppl. As mentioned in other comments the owner does not communicate at all. I mesaged a day before to confirm 2pm check in but have not heard from the owner until 2:30pm of the arrival, even though check in starts at 2. If you have any problems, you will have to figure put on your own.

• Bozaj (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, if coming by car - 15 minutes walking distance from the cathedral, calm area, it was easy to park, I think no fees.
• Simon (2/5): Olomouc Yes. Apartments Sylvie NO. - Olomouc is a great place to visit - historic city centre with many monuments and places to eat and drink. Apartment well placed for centre about 12 minutes to main square. Apartment mostly clean apart from exposed wires and pipes in bathroom and toilet. Kitchen equipment fine, although bloodstains on some sheets. First it's very hard to find. It's in an anonymous grey 1970s block in a housing estate with lots of one way roads not mentioned on Google. This also means parking is difficult to find and we had a long walk to the property. Host did not make this clear on listing on Booking.com. FWIW it does not even have a door number and her description of where it is in the building is not clear. . Second entry system difficult to use - it took us 15 minutes and 2 calls to the host to ask for help. This annoyed her so she didn't answer any of the other calls, SMS Or WhatsApp messages. She didn't even reply to Booking.com customer service. Bad communication and lack of customer care from host so avoid apartments sylvie. She actively blocked our numbers. Thirdly we had booked for 3 adults but only 1 double bed ready and no instructions on sofa bed. This made the stay really stressful because we didn't know if we could stay. In the end we managed to sort it out ourselves but the whole thing was disappointingly stressful. Again real issue was lack of customer care a lot nd bad communication so avoid apartments sylvie if you can. There are numerous other properties in the same price class and same distance from the centre. We tried to resolve the issues through Booking.com but overseas customer service team were in the end unfortunately worse than useless taking a long time to no discernable effect. Really disappointed by this also. We are trying to raise an official complaint but Booking.com make this very difficult...

• Prabhjot (10/5): BEAUTIFUL! - If you come to Olomouc, STAY HERE! An absolutely BEAUTIFUL apartment with everything you need well stocked. The location is breathtaking, as you just open your window and can see the river. Our flight was delayed and I thought we wouldnt be able to check in at 12am but the host organized everything for a smooth check in. It was a great end to a very tiring 24 hours of travelling. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. Silvie apartments is great. I highly highly recommend. GREAT JOB!!!!! Nothing to dislike!
