• Connie (3/5): uncomfortable - beautiful and clean pool outside the apartment who you can look from the terrass. it was not easy to find the apartment. staff do not speak English and it was difficult to get help. the apartment was dusty, the beds were dirty and there were no clean sheets. we had to sleep on the sofa (2 adults and 2 children). Quite uncomfortable. the bathroom was not clean and no toilet paper was available. easy communication with the owner, but no solutions were offered to our complaints. the apartment is located in the middle of a construction site. It is almost impossible to get around without a car. We didn't have a car and had to walk 25 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to the nearest shop. There were no restaurants nearby. Don't go there if you don't have a car.

• Mostafa (1/5): this was tiring and waste of my time unlike the expectation to have a relaxed vacation - Hosts are nice and very welcome 1- Kitchen was not clean / tools was not clean 2- Bathroom was not clean , we found used soap bars 3- Network reception / Mobile is not working most of the time , we had hard time trying to reach the owner or customer service. 4- Customer service number provided by the hosts are either not connecting because of the bad network signals or when it finally connect , they never answer 5- Air conditioning in the main bedroom is making too much noise , we couldn't sleep 6- The fridge is making much noise 7- Bathroom door handle is falling out 8- beach is not near the chalet , we have to use the car to go to the nearest point 9- there were no services at the beach at all , not even a coffee / tea place 10- My family (my parents) couldn't sleep well and we left on the second day , we didn't even complete the stay
• Ali (1/5): Very bad place , not comfortable, wouldn’t recommend it for anyone and it doesn’t worth the money I paid in. - I like Telal already and it’s a very beautiful place , I’m used to say there .. it’s a magnificent place and very relaxing. The property is awful: * it’s an apartment not a villa and this wasn’t stated at the booking description. * The place is not clean at all specially the kitchen and the bathroom * No Microwave * the fridge smell stinks * kitchen sink wasn’t working properly and it was liking water everywhere. * the shower is broken and water was everywhere even near to electricity . * showering place is too tight even for one person * clothes washing machine is half automatic and not working properly.
