• Ogonek (9/5): Jakość zgodna z ceną, bardzo dobra lokalizacja i mega pomocny personel - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i fantastyczny widok z apartamentu na ocean. Bardzo pomocny i reaktywny personel - z powodu przeciążenia wywaliło nam główny bezpiecznik od prądu i pomimom późnej i świątecznej pory - otrzymaliśmy pomoc. Mieliśmy uwagi co do czystości - natomiast tutaj szybko sprawę załatwiliśmy. Płyta, piekarnik, zmywarka i pralka w mieszkaniu działają bez zarzutu, jest dużo naczyń i sztućców i są zapewnione środki czystości typu kapsułki do zmywaki, płyn do naczyń, ścieki czy worki na śmieci. Łóżka są mega wygodne i mieszkanie jest spore. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Są dwie pary kluczy co ułatwia logistykę dla 6 osób. Apartament wymaga odświeżenia ale w sumie nie ma tragedii. Nie jest dobrze zaizolowane więc w chłodne styczniowe dni jest dość chłodno. Podejrzewam że w upały mieszkanie się także szybko nagrzewa. Ma ekspozycje na ocean więc jest w nim na pewno gorąco latem. Nie ma klimatyzacji - w zimę są dostępne grzejniki - natomiast latem, przy braku izolacji i ekspozycji na słońce - na pewno jest tam gorąco.

• Elena (10/5): Apartamento a un paso de la caleta - El apartamento está en una situación magnifica. Lo mejor, las vistas y la cercanía a la caleta. Estancias amplias. La terraza, para estar una o dos personas, es estupenda.

• Gema (1/5): Buena situación . Pero muy mala limpieza. - La situación Limpieza muy mal, muy sucio, el baño y la cocina en malísimas condiciones de muebles viejos y deteriora.
• Gualter (7/5): Espaçoso e muito bem situado. Perfeito para famílias com filhos. - Apartamento espaçoso e limpo, com suficiente espaço de arrumação e vista para o mar. Relação qualidade/preço é boa. Localização muito boa - perto das zonas com mais atrações (restaurantes, bares, edificios históricos) Praia a 5 minutos. Mas também é possível ir à praia de Santa Maria Del Mar - 30 minutos a pé. Digamos que não é um apartamento que se possa dizer que está bonito. Tem uma decoração descuidada e antiquada. O plástico que envolve o colchão é demasiado ruidoso - é um aspeto a melhorar porque o colchão é de boa qualidade.

• Stefan (9/5): Cadiz och lägenheten gav oss en mycket trevlig vecka - Centrala läget, bra storlek på sovrummen, balkongen med utsikt över Atlanten AC saknades.
• Jeff (10/5): Lots of space with a great layout and awesome views - We really like the layout of the apartment and appreciated having a second toilet separated from the bathroom. The views of the ocean were awesome and we had plenty of space to accommodate our entire family. The kitchen was cold and had a gap around the vent pipe of the water heater. We kept the door closed.
• Christine (9/5): Lovely large, clean apartment. - Lovely big apartment with sea view. We loved the enclosed warm, sunny balcony and large living room. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Very clean and spacious. Good location for walking around Cadiz. Car parks close by for 24 hour parking. Noisy footsteps from apartment above. Band opposite at events room on Saturday afternoon and night was very loud! Kitchen cold as tube going out through window needs sealing with expanding foam but it was a cold and windy week at end of October so wouldn't be a problem in summer. Perhaps not suitable for the noise sensitive.
• Bernadette (7/5): I enjoyed my first visit to Cádiz. The property was ideal for visiting old town and also very close to the beach. Delici - The property is spacious and very good location both for beach and old town. The property needed to be cleaned better. We found balls of fluff/ hair on the floor and a musty smell. Kitchen utensils needed a better clean.
