Rapporto qualità prezzo per il centro di Yerevan è ok, non fatevi condizionare dall’aspetto esterno del palazzo. Zona sicura. La cucina ha bisogno di una pulizia profonda ed in bagno La doccia va sostituita perché perde acqua. Comunque siamo stati bene

- Christian B (9/5): Centrally Located Lover's Haven - Fully equipped Room for Couple. Center of everything. some Smell outside the Main door near the elevator , but the Owner was so Generous to provide spray for the issue.

- Olga (4/5): Был один момент из за которого не вернусь в эти апартаменты снова. - Стиральная машинка новая, есть кухня, большая площадь 54 метра. Есть утюг, фен, были полотенца, сушилка есть, даже тапочки были. В центре. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. Очень любезно отвечал на все вопросы. выключали воду на пол дня , и электричество, но это по всему центру Еревана было, машинка из за этого не работала.Также выключали на пол дня свет. Дверь входная не понравилась. И очень прохладно было, но зато хорошо спалось, свежо.

- Denis (8/5): Pretty pleasant overnight stay. - Location is very near to the city center. I liked that the apartment was very good and everything was there, like shampoo, soap, slippers etc. if you wanted to take a shower, or kitchenware, salt, spices etc. if you wanted to prepare some food yourself. I particularly noticed that there were no unpleasant ordors or something like this inside. It was very comfortable to stay especially that the bedroom window overlooked a quiet courtyard. The apartment is located next to the elevator door so sometimes I could hear the folks chatting while waiting for the elevator. I wish there was a microwave oven inside.

Жили как дома . Без контактное заселение . Очень просторная кухня . Нам очень понравилось пребывание в ваших апартаментах ! 🔥 В пешей доступности магазин , таверна, палатка с овощами и фруктами , до метро 5 минут не быстрым шагом . Рекомендую данные апартаменты для проживания

Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything one would need, has large kitchen with all the amenities. Warm and cozy. Will absolutely book again on my next trip to Armenia.

- Egle (10/5): The best value for money stay right in the city center! - I had an amazing stay, by far the best place I have booked through multiple visits in Yerevan, will be staying here again soon! The apartment was super warm and cozy, at first glance I was unsure about the tiled floor in winter, but the floors are heated! It is spotlessly clean, spacious, newly furnished, the bed is very comfy, kitchen is well equipped even for some serious cooking. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore, all the places worth visiting only a few minutes away on foot (plus some great places to eat and supermarkets). The host was very attentive and always ready to help, big thank you for recommending some nice local spots. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan!!

The building elevator was being repaired when I was there so there was some dust, but Ali meticulously cleans the apartment no problem. Locals live in this apartment complex. No AC like a lot of guesthouses in Armenia but fan is provided. None
