• Mahesh (5/5): Disappointing. - Location of the property Plumbing problems were horrible. Very smelly rooms, particularly the toilet and the living area. Water was not flowing well in the shower area and that caused flooding in the bathroom. The faucet was leaking. The shower area didn’t have a shelf or soap case. The caretaker insisted on payment by hard cash and that was very annoying. He refused to accept card. We had to rush to exchange money despite being tired. The number of lifts for the property looked insufficient causing long waiting times.

• Yenli (3/5): Not a great stay - Location was good - walking distance to lots of attractions. The apartment was clean. The ceiling in the kitchen leaked - we had to put pots out to catch the drips. The beds are very hard and the pillows are very soft. There were no hand towels or bath/shower mats. The sofa had stains on it and a noticeable hole in the fabric. The air conditioning turned itself off at 4 in the morning so we woke up sweating both nights.

• Way (7/5): Great place to stay for working and short trip in the city center with the friendly person in charge - The location of the place. The security guard and person in charge is friendly and helpful. The unit is clean and tidy. There are swimming pools and gym for workout. The water pipe in shaking when i turned on the water supply. I need to take very long time to get into lift in the morning, so many people but so few lifts. If possible, change the check in and check out time accordingly.

• Nadime (5/5): Passable - My stay was generally pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, being a new building close to all the attractions I wanted to visit in Kuala Lumpur. Invoice Issue: I requested an invoice, but I have not yet received one with the correct amount after almost one month. The amount charged to my credit card at check-in was slightly different from the amount mentioned in the Booking.com confirmation. While I was provided an invoice, it reflected the Booking.com amount, not the actual charge. Room Cleaning: The cleaning service was inadequate. After the first night, I requested a change of the smelly bed linen, which was done promptly. However, for the rest of my stay, the room was not cleaned at all, which was disappointing.

• Mark (7/5): Mixed feelings about the accommodation. Felt a little ripped off. (Welcome to Malaysia) - Almost new building. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Washing machine, micro wave oven and fridge. Fast internet Only 10 minute walk to Bukit Bintang centre in one direct, and the same to a metro station in the other. Quality of the finish in the room I was in 3011 was poor for a new build. Give it a year and it will be falling apart. Very noisy. They haven't finished working on the building, so noisy from early in the morning until 7pm. The guy that met me to hand over the key only accepted payment in cash. I had to find an ATM to withdraw money. I was charged more for the room than advertised on Booking.com. When I asked why, he told me I had to pay the taxes and Booking.com fees. *if the review score is "exceptional", that's because when the guy returns your key deposit, he tries to fill in the booking.com questionnaire for you. He tried it with me and I told him I'd fill it in myself at a later date.*
• Adrian (10/5): Excellent apartment at below market rates - Lots to like from start to finish. The agency team acted promptly when requested help, the apartment was in great condition including a kitchenette with all necessary utilities to cook simple meals. The liked the clean bathroom and floors with a super comfy bed in a quiet location. I enjoyed using the gym/swimming pool within a landscape environment that felt healthy and relaxing. Location was pretty good with a 5min walk to the TRX Mall and MRT station. No downside here I recommend this apartment but suggest you room early.

• M.hijazi (9/5): Loved my stay here, as always. - The location was fantastic. Just a walk away from TRX. There are plenty of eateries to fulfill your night hunger. The 24/7 convenience shop that just opened was a blessing. And the view of the TRX buildings at night was brilliant. We saw the Petronas towers also from our 43rd floor. Only one key pass was given. The room was a little dusty and not swept.
