- susanne (7/5): Recommended for a short stay to discover Oviedo! - Chema was very quick and efficient in responding. The location of the flat is great, close to downtown and shops. Also the size of the rooms is good and the bed room had a desk to work on Coffee and tea was offered. Contrary to the description, there was a kitchen (though it was only with basic equipment). The neighbors were all very friendly. 1f When we arrived (end of Dec), the flat was cold (18 degrees) and did not warm up, as heating follows a central scheme of the house. It would have been good to a) provide an explanation how to switch on the heating (there is a thermostat close to kitchen) and the information on the heating hours as well as b) to put the heating to more favorable degrees ahead of our arrival. Given the location, there is considerable noise from trains and cars. There is no dishwasher in the flat and i am not sure they wash everything by hand between change of guests. We had to wash pots and cups before use as they were not clean.
- Luis (3/5): ENFERMAMOS POR TANTO POLVO Y HUMEDAD EN SUSPENSIÓN - La ubicación del piso y que tuviera garaje en medio de la ciudad Nos enfermamos de tanto polvo y humedad DEL PISO. Era salir a la calle y respirar oxígeno de verdad. El piso ha estado mucho tiempo cerrado, hicieron una limpieza por el aire y lo único que consiguieron fue levantar polvo. Las sábanas olían a polvo. No teníamos opción económica de hacer cambio a otra instalación y perdimos un día de hacer coladas y limpieza.
