Guest Reviews
- Elisabetta (4/5): disappointing, could be a gem with some more motivation! - best thing is the location in a nice area. unfortunately, the cleanliness of the facility left much room for improvement. in addition, there were technical issues (no light and no heating in the bathroom, shower leaking). the staff (on the phone) were friendly but unable to resolve the matter. it looked like the problem was not new.
- Hendrik (5/5): ok for one night not more - spacious room, well located The fan (automatic heating) was blowing all night = noisy
The interior was a bit obsolete, used
- Ahmed (2/5): Very poor -
- Miriam (6/5): Pleasant - It was a clean and modern room. Very well located. Overall it was a good experience. There was no light in the room, only the light that was coming from the bathroom (which was open to the room itself).
- Mark (5/5): Passable - Location Not clean
- Mora (1/5): Bad - The location Everything. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, there was no wifi, there was no curtains, there was an oily substance dripping from the walls. The staff didn’t do anything to help.
- Muke (5/5): Amenities were not what I expected - Location was perfect easy to find. Instructions on self sign-in must specify if someone has to pull or push a door. There were no working lights in the room and bathroom. TV did not work it was offline. Wifi connection was not up to scratch too. No water cooker to make coffee or tea.
- Christian (3/5): They changed my appartament to an upgrade they said and it was a Disaster. It was much further away from the city center - We didn’t have the heater working in December at 5 degrees
They said that they are going to fix it but didn’t
Another thing only one elevator work from all the premises.
- Fahad (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sebastien (5/5): Passable - location no electricity
no TV
- Mikheil (3/5): Disappointment - Location The window did not open. This room was dangerous for claustrophobics. The curtain/blind didn't work. The heating system did not work, or if it did, there were no instructions on how to turn it on. The inventory in the bathroom was damaged. They promised to solve the problem several times, but they did not solve it.
- David (3/5): Poor -
- Velloso (8/5): Very good - Location The WiFi doesn’t work and no place to live the car
- Georgina (1/5): Bad - Nothing about this place is good, do not book here! I was given access codes to 2 apartments that were both occupied and they then had the audacity to tell me to apply for a free cancellation because they couldn't accommodate me, I did that and it's now 24 hours later, I am still calling them after being stranded on the street at night to get my refund! Utter incompetence, unprofessionalism. Read below! Nothing about this place is good, do not book here! Utter incompetence unprofessionalism.
- Maxence (1/5): Bad - They were no possibilities to change the temperature of the shower, don’t go there.
- KEVIN GERARD (2/5): - Avoid at all costs. The only thing the property has going for it is the area, but there are much better options available elsewhere.
At the time of the booking in 2023 the property was listed as Hotel Cafe Pacific. It is not a hotel.
Upon access to the property and entry into the building, the superior room that had been booked bore little resemblance to the pictures included in the hotel listing and facilities that were included per the listing were not present.
Due to the issues we identified, we decided to stay to book alternative accommodation and stay there instead. We complained directly to Smartflats, outlining the issues in detail - with Expedia’s help we were able to get a refund.
The following issues were present with the room:
- the floors/wall/balcony were dirty
- most of the lights did not work
- the bed linen was not clean
- the towels were not clean
- safety and security concerns with the room/common areas:
- broken smoke alarm in the lobby
- broken window at front of the property
- broken lights in the lobby area
- there are no lights in the common area between the elevator and our room.
Other facilities that were meant to be available per the listing were not present:
- there is no wi-fi
- no TV in the room
- no coffee/tea making equipment
- no rubbish bins
- other decor such as wall pictures (seen in photographs advertising the room) were missing
- Veikko (7/5): Good -
- Tatjana (7/5): Very close to main attractions, and metro station is nearby. - Clean and very comfortable bed, the view from balcony, location perfect Toilet was not clean at all, and nothing was there, no Soap. Douche gel, shampoo, nothing,
- Hosu (5/5): Passable - The view and the location, very close to the center, the personal was very promt with the respons to our requests. The problems related with the access on the building, the access code that don't work. And the waiting time to made the check in.
- Milena (2/5): good location but dirty and bad customer service, can't recommend - Location is good, the area is safe and lively, many restaurants, shops, bars nearby Very bad experience. Can't recommend. When I arrived, the access code to my room didn't work. It took one hour for customer service to sort out my situation and give me an access code to a room that worked.
The room wasn't clean. The sink and floor were dirty, there wasn't any soap, I also saw a hair and an insect on the bedsheets. I have uploaded photos. I complained to customer service but they didn't send anyone to clean the room and they also didn't meet my request for a partial refund.
There's no staff on site. You can only communicate via calling customer service or emailing them.
Very bad value for money. For ~100€/night, I was expecting better. I normally never leave bad reviews but I advise you against booking this accommodation.
- Laura (1/5): Awful - Nothing Everything. I have sent in a complaint email
- Mason (8/5): Very good -
- Ian (4/5): Dissatisfied -
- Alana (6/5): Apart from the facilities and poor maintenance of the flat, the location is very privileged and the air conditioning was - The location is very good, and the staff are very attentive. The facilities were terrible. the curtains are poorly placed, the sink is blocked, the shower is terrible. And the carpet is all stained, giving the feeling of a dirty room.
- Eléonore (4/5): Disappointing -
- Karl (6/5): Pleasant -
- Karl (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jaykishan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charles (4/5): Nice location, pity the building isn't maintained so it works - Well located, once you have the details to get in and out it is very easy. The lift helps for those who don't like stairs, and the aircon for those who don't like the weather. But... A lot was broken. In my room there was a bare electrical switch, the light fitting on the roof was broken and exposed, the bedside lights were broken, the shower door was broken.
I arrived to find some peole in a room next to me asking for help: they had a balcony room, but the doors were broken and leaning near the doorways, open to the elements. With some knowledge and work we managed to put them in a position where they could be kept closed (not functional). From the state of the property I am concerned that maintenance isn't done.
It's a pity, because the location is pretty handy, and if they weren't so broken the apartments would probably be pretty nice. Instead I am wondering if other properties operated by the same provider are equally badly managed.
- Miroslav (7/5): Good -
- Dan (1/5): Awful. - It wasn’t clean when I checked in.
It then flooded. And I slept in a puddle.
- Natasha (3/5): Poor -
- Artemisia (1/5): We deserve better. Much better. - Location I specifically requested for an invoice with my address which I gave beforehand. They said ok, then they send the invoice without the address and refuse to reissue it. They just can’t read. Room is dreadful, dirty, half of the sockets are out of order, this also applies to the lamps, blanket and carpet are filthy, no wifi, no nothing.
- Saurabh (1/5): Not at all value for money - The location was good , Wifi was not working at all, even after complaints they took no action and for our complete stay it did not work at all. Basic requirements like electric kettle were not there. During booking they showed the pic of the kitchen and represented as if they will give us kitchen facilities and dish washer ect but all this is not provided. Over all it was a normal room in the name of a smart Home. Not at all value for money .
- Buye (10/5): Exceptional -
- José (6/5): It has potential to be great, need to work on details - Its location - It wasn’t clear enough how to access the room. I was looking for a lockbox… eventually I had to bother someone from another room to explain how to access the room.
- WiFi wasn’t good enough to receive signal in the room
- some lights in the room doesn’t work, for example the main light
- tv is configured to connect an hdmi or whatever, not to show actual channels or normal content
- bed sheets could be adjustable. Covers are too small and my skin/face would touch the dirty mattress and that’s not nice
- very first day contacted to say about electricity and WiFi issue, answer was to share pics about it. I dont know what picture I can take to show the WiFi doesn’t work or the light doesn’t turn on. I was staying for 2 days so I didn’t bother.
- Ramy (5/5): Passable -
- Connor (8/5): Very good -
- Seth (8/5): Central, spiffy digs… with minor glitches - Very quiet, convenient location and clean, comfortable, simple decor. Mostly very clean and well kept, with a few ‘strangenesses’ that could be corrected, but not sure cleaning staff (or anyone) is really paying close attention: accumulated debris and cigarette butts on “balcony”-(which is actually a fire-escape); distressed bathroom floor needs to be re-painted; NO amenities in bathroom- (shower and sink soap dispensers were both completely empty); left-bedside wall-lamp is wonky; and interesting OOPS on the carpeting from bleach spilled & spread on the pattern!
The bed was fairly soft and squishy, but my low back survived the lack of support. On-line check-in process had glitches so it took 3 phone calls to actually get entry codes!
- Martin (7/5): Weekend trip - Central location Non welcome desk ; phone number at the door doesn’t work ; no prior information on the booking.com platform of how to access the room… so the arrival at the venue was stressful and time consuming until we could get an answer from the hotel with the access code.
No lights in the bathroom/ toilet area ; water of the shower only steaming hot.
- Vayalet (5/5): Passable -
- Sham (4/5): Disappointed. - The bed was comfortable. Stains in toilets. blocked washbasin, TV not working. Pictures missing on bedroom walls. No handsoap. No showergel.
- Olusegun (4/5): Disappointing - I don't like anything in the hotel because of the reception to complain with. If you have any inquiries, nobody presents to listen to complain
- Javiera (1/5): Really bad experience - Location On the ONLY one night we spent in they rented apartment we had serious problems with the light switches, ALL of them were bad, except 1, the one in the shower. I sent photos, they told me they would give us a solution in minutes, we waited a couple of HOURS until they finally gave us absolutely no response and no solution. We think if they are not going to solve a problem that is essential in a rented apartment, like what it means to have light (if the place lacks electricity, they should report it and lower the price of the stay, minimum) being a basic service, in which they require payment in advance, I think, it is the least, they should make a refund of a percentage of the total, for the inconvenience. I feel that it is the bare minimum but they doesnt care and give no response.
- Sezent (10/5): Exceptional - easy check in check out, clean room Too late check in 16:00 if you want to check in earlier you have to pay extra… not fair
- Livia (1/5): Disgusting - No breakfast??Not clean no soap not enough toilet paper Everything could have been better
- Ehsan (1/5): Bad -
- Ilze (8/5): If you need a place close to the center with a large bed and shower, just stay there. - It is on the street, that goes straight to Bourse station and through that you will reach Grand Place of Brussel. I was able to get in to my reserved room earlier and I saw previous clients garbage. My room was clean direct at 16:00. I found, that you need to put similar size card in to electricity panel, to start work. When finally worked Tv, there I found wifi password, etc. You need to contact and ask for everything through messages.
- Sarah (2/5): Very poor - The location and the comfort of the bed. There was no internet in the room, not sufficient light bulbs and the shower door does not close and it was too expensive considering the amenities available.
- Joachim (8/5): - Unklarheit beim einchecken. Nicht klar, welches Zimmer. Musste ausprobieren
- Clara (10/5): Satisfatória a estadia - Foi tudo certo, cama confortável, quarto limpo, checkin e checkout fácil, localização ótima, bem próxima a grand Place, próximo ao metrô que liga a central mídi bruxells onde saem todos os trens.
- Jenni (1/5): Our stay was disgusting and would not book or recommend to even my worst enemy. - The location. Pretty much everything was awful. Upon arrival all of our confirmation documents listed the incorrect room which we tried to enter but was already occupied. When we did get into a room there were scuffs/dents/dirt all over the walls and doors. Bathroom shelf was broken off the wall. When I showered I bumped the wall attachment which completely dislodged from the wall and proceeded to spray water all over the bathroom. The carpets were so stained and gross I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off. The towels and bedding appeared to be clean, however, due to the state of the rest of the room it made us question if they actually were or not. There was no remote for the TV and also no wifi as described in the amenities. No one on site to actually talk to about issues, only a glitchy chat system. Also the quote on the wall by an accused sexual abuser felt extremely inappropriate. You could maybe get away with that in the Amsterdam Redlight District, however, here it made me feel like it was a rent by the the hour hooker hotel.
- Dennis (5/5): Passable -
- Jaroslaw (8/5): Very good - All was good Nothing
- Erkki (5/5): Passable - Sink blocked.
Light dont work propely.
- Shetu (2/5): Very poor - Location is good but the service and system is very bad. There is no one in the hotel reception ,empty,
- Pernille (2/5): Bad and it used to be so good - No breakfast No light in the room not possible to lock the door from outside
- Ralf (10/5): It was very good. And dont understand the other reviews that are low. Anyway i had a good time - Nice and smart and location Nothing
- Yves (2/5): - The « Free WiFi » is a scam. I was given a wifi password with no wifi network to go with it and the service desk just stopped answering when interrogated on the matter.
I could sometimes use the nearby café wifi but sometimes did not havé enough bandwith to even check my mail. Sometimes I did not even get a connection.
- Maciej (1/5): Terrible company and terrible stay - Location, that’s it Not only the room was disgusting, filthy, run down and uncomfortable, but also there were issues with power, which were not resolved, even thought I have requested help.
The staff, do not care about their customers, they were useless and lied.
Stay away from this place and especially this company… I understand now why there are so many bad reviews.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
- Eugeniavictoria (1/5): Bad - The location was great. The room was not as described. Stains on the carpet, shower curtain. Broken lights.
- Didier (7/5): Very nice room in the city center, but problem with lights. - Great location in Brussels city center.
Access very easy with codes to open all the doors. The lights were not working, TV was working but not the lights.
- Ivan (1/5): Filthy Nightmare - Location, other than that, it was a complete nightmare. The most filthy place I’ve ever been. It’s close to be a scam, nothing on the pictures of the hotel can be found on the place. We had the worst experience with this hotel, it was so filthy that we had to bring a bunch of towels and put them in the floor to be able to walk on the room. It was the most disgusting place we’ve ever been, we request a new room and they simply ignored our requests. I had to ask for a refund and I’ll be looking for a charge back.
- Ryosuke (1/5): Bad -
- Bart (1/5): We didn’t stay. - Location Not very clean. Bit smelly. Curtains had fallen down. No privacy. Asked to fix it or have another room, which wasn’t possible. We didn’t stay. Asked for refund, but still waiting.
- Anonymous (1/5): The appartment was a disappointing accomodation. - This was the worst experience in my life. The room was very dirty ( the carpet, for example). The shower was broken, the heating did not work properly, it was very cold, we got a serious sick, especially because the temperature outside was about -5, -6 degrees. The TV did not work, and only one lamp works. The light in the room was very poor, so it was very difficult to work. As for that small kitchen, it did not exist at all. I really believe that the owners don’t care about their honestity. Only the proximity: close to Grote Markt and a Christ mas Market.
A déconseiller fortement !!!!!
- martin (2/5): catastrophique - pas de lumière, douche cassée, catastrophique
- Ivanajanka (5/5): Passable - Location The elecricity sockets and most of the lights did not work
The floor was destroyed
It was rather cold in the attico room
- Jose (2/5): - Stay away from this place, all pics are wrong, bathroom smells terrible, sink clogged, no tv remote control
- Ina (1/5): Bad - Very good positoning. Very bad experience. The room temperature was the same like outside ( refrigeration room - as well like vegetable-fruit storage room). Carpet with stains. In the morning we felt strong smells of frying. We have written these observations, so that the future tourists don’t have to go through hardcore experiences. Thank you, PACIFIC HOTEL!😈
- Jean (10/5): - Great location and easy access.
However my room was on the top floor and the floor was very warped. The floor buckled about 6 inches high, a huge tripping issues which i tripped on several times but thankfully caught myself before falling. Very dangerous in the night, so i left the light on all night. They need to takecare of this asap. I was shocked they could even rent a room like that.
- Túlio (2/5): Disappointing. Room without lights. Wrong charge. - Disappointing stay. First, the room were with no light bulb. We stayed all our time with no light. We contacted SMARTFLATS (responsible for the Hotel) when we arrived, with no resolution during all stay and without a option to solve the problem. The box of the shower was broken. They charged extra money on the card and didn’t answer when asking to fix the amount charged. No person presencial to solve any problem (everything online). No answer of the responsible for the Hotel until today. The Hotel is not prepared to solve any problem during the stay. If you don’t want problems, don’t reserve it.
- Emo (1/5): I am disappointed that my attempts to contact the company failed, when I could not use the room. - I received obscure emails asking for my credit card credentials before arrival, although I had already paid. In the end I had to decide not to use the room, but I failed to contact the company.
- Anonymous (3/5): Great location but I would avoid this place in the future. - The location was really good, pretty central There were no lights in the main room. Only a lamp. I mostly used the bathroom lights to light up the room.
When I arrived the electronic blinds did not close. I was told they were waiting for an engineer but it wouldn’t happen until the Monday and it still didn’t happen.
This was annoying for sleeping but also the shower was in a position where if anyone across the road was to look they could see me in the shower.
There was a railing above the bathroom but it looks like any privacy screen had been removed at some point.
I was also told there was Wi-Fi available but when I tried to connect there was not actually any signal to this. I’m not sure if it’s because I was on the 5th floor or not but it meant I was forced to use my phones data constantly which will most likely cost me when I get my phone bill.
- Maximiliano (2/5): Terrible time - Horrible experience. Never again. No customer service. Calling 5 to 6 times and no answer
Did not get a key card for the light so I hardly saw anything. Have to use my.mobile
Never again and be aware
- Leonora (4/5): disappointed - locality - central mattress was not levelled
toilet water always smelled foul
window blinds/shutter did not work
wall socket did not work
only 2 ceiling lights
- R-r (9/5): Superb - I was unsure how yo get into the room, because the lighting was dim and the buttons on the door handle were hard to see, but once I was in the room it was a very nice room. We'll located, quiet, and well appointed. I struggled to get the reservation set up. It was not clear how to pay the deposit, and for whatever reason the message with the room and building codes did not appear. All got set up a good day in advance, however, and the messaging system worked pretty well. The support was quite good.
- Gogitashvili (3/5): Poor -
- Iggy (9/5): Superb - The Bed was fantastic. The bed cover and the mattress were so comfortable. The shower was really nice and warm.
The location is great for exploring the inner city. The staff were very helpful when I had a question on how to turn on the lights. The heating was working great. I Had a very small room so it heated up fast, which was necessary as the days I spent were very rainy and cold. The only thing I can give a remark on is that it was very dusty on the surfaces like the bed tables and on the floor.
- Silvina (2/5): Horrible - Horrible!!! Sin wifi, sin tv.
Nadie nos asistió.
No es un hotel ya que no limpian todos lls dias, tampoco depto porque no tiene nada de cocina ni un vaso.
Reclame todos los dias y nadie me daba respuestas
- Franci (1/5): Bad - Don’t go in this place this is a nightmare.
1- No Air conditioning at all, only big noise and nothing else.
2- No light in the bathroom at all we were using phone flashlight to make light.
3- Plugs not working.
4- One out of 4 lights in the room working.
5- No staff to help so you can’t get any help.
Don’t go here this place has to close down.
- Kodikara (1/5): Bad -
- Mort (6/5): - The place was clean and very conveniently located in central Brussels. Two issues: 1. the website said I would get the access codes 1-week before arriving. When they didn't come I queried and was told it would be 2-days before arrival. When they didn't come I was told it would be 1-day before arrival. Since I was leaving for Brussels on that day, it was very anxiety-producing. The access codes did arrive on the day I left. The managers need to get their information straight and 1-day before is unacceptable. 2. The wifi was very poor, even for email. I wouldn't stay there again because of that.
- Jamie (6/5): - Overall a great location. The room was good and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but the room access information was incorrect causing confusion and a delay in getting into the room, as well as addirional cost for international phone calls and data.
They had given me a 'keybox' code, of which there are several outside and inside. The code did not work on any of them. After contacting them rhey indicated that the code was to be entered on the door handle which had tiny little buttons that were easy to miss.
The other star was lost due some of the power receptacles and lights in the room not working.
- Martin (3/5): Not recommended! - The location is amazing and the little cafe downstairs with the fluffy pancakes made our trip! The carpets were stained, the washroom sing was plugged, the curtains were broken, the tv didn’t work at all, it had a line in the middle of the screen and it would turn off by itself after a minute and the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. Very disappointed!
- Diego (1/5): Bad - All was bad, the property doesn’t solve the important issues the room has! No light, no internet, the slot of card has a sound all the time. It was a nightmare! All was bad, the property doesn’t solve the important issues the room has! No light, no internet, the slot of card has a sound all the time. It was a nightmare!
- Vinay (1/5): Very disappointed 😞 - The location was good so I spent most of my time out of the accommodation! Disappointing- toilet spilled with urine and dirty. Broken furniture. Carpet had heavy old stains.
Very damp room, hardly any proper ventilation.
Hardly slept the night. Told management same day we checked in but they didn't change me to another room.
Will not book with them again
- Nolan (4/5): - The property was generally in good shape, but two major factors made it a bad experience. First the wifi was completely unusable. Second, the window blinds did not work, and the shower door directly faces the window, with fully transparent glass and no curtain, so neighboring buildings can see everything.
- Hemaris (8/5): Very good -
- Todić (1/5): Horror story like no other I witnessed - Location is good This was my worst experience ever. More like a horror story than a stay.
To start with, it's not a real hotel (no reception) but rooms renting like airbnb. But they are classified as hotel on booking.com, which is a deception.
I arrived late, there was no one at the premises. Doors to my room are open. Inside, a strong buzzing sound from the electricity switch. No electricity, no lights, and doors were open.Had to use my phone light to investigate if I am alone in the room :)It was scary.
Their support - forget about it. I tried to call, but no one answered (nor tomorrow). Wasted 15 minutes of roaming calls with their answering machine.
Whole night I spent with "one eye open", listening to strong buzzing from the switch, wondering if it would catch fire.In the meantime, bombarding me with SMS messages saying "buy from us", and "keep your room clear or we will charge you extra!".
I find them to be a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Chasing easy money with no desire to be a good host.
- Granados (9/5): Superb - How close to everything was The bedroom carpet was stained
- Kristin (1/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND; this is NOT a HOTEL but instead a cheap room to rent w/ a toilet in the corner - This listing for Smartflats Pacific Hotel is fraudulent. It is NOT a hotel; it is a room for rent with a toilet; however, there is no door to the toilet room. The air conditioner was also broken and with temperatures reaching 80 degrees, it was unacceptable. Sink was also clogged. Stains on carpet. No pillows except throw pillows. Reached out to staff MULTIPLE times, but they did not take any action. This is NOT a hotel, there was no reception, no staff. It is an overpriced AirBNB room for rent. Would NOT recommend dealing with this property every again. They will NOT respond to requests for help. This listing for Smartflats Pacific Hotel is fraudulent. It is NOT a hotel; it is a room for rent with a toilet; however, there is no door to the toilet room. The air conditioner was also broken and with temperatures reaching 80 degrees, it was unacceptable. Sink also clogged. Stains on carpet. No pillows except throw pillows to sleep on. Reached out to staff MULTIPLE times, but they did not take any action and their response was limited, and few and far in between. This is NOT a hotel, there was no reception, no staff. It is an overpriced AirBNB room for rent. Would NOT recommend dealing with this property EVER. AVOID at all costs. They do not respond to requests for help. Additionally, the area is HIGHLY unsafe and crawling with criminal activity (theft, pickpockets, drug use). Overpriced and fraudulent for what you get and the area.
- Anindita (5/5): It was okay for just a nights stay - The location of this property was quite close to central station. The checking instructions were good. The bed was comfortable and all the furnitures were good. The property wasn’t clean enough. The property at the time of booking had in the room description air conditioning mentioned but there was none. On raising was informed I didn’t book any but I did send a screenshot of the details. No luck, no fan either. We kept the window open otherwise it’s suffocating but window is a fire escape that means anyone can climb into the room from there. No toiletries or soaps provided.
- Erika (2/5): Smartflats as a company charged you for everything and more but if there are issues, they do nothing - Location is excellent Nothing worked. From day one! Every day I sent messages to ask for remedy for the issues, for 9 days of my stay there NOBODY did anything.
-Broken motorized shade, I had tape a blanket on the glass so I could sleep.
- no WI-FI
- remote for TV needed battery (the battery door was screwed in, so I could not just open it and change it)
- lamp shade was broken
- upholstery was filthy
- night stand was broken so if you put something on it it just fell down.
- if it was raining, the water was coming in through the closed windows.
- if you wanted privacy for the toilet and the shower, you had to hang a bed sheet on the door.
- Lukas (8/5): - No reception. No housekeeping unless extra additional payments. Dirty carpets
- Karim (1/5): Bad - Asked for invoice and they don t want to give. Will never use smartflats again!
- Ghazala (1/5): Eurrghhhhh sick worse bed ever urgh - Nothing Everything from entering to exiting
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bo inte här - Fullständigt obegriplig incheckningsprocedur. Ingen personal närvarande. Otrevliga på tfn. Det tog 1 timme och 4 tfn-samtal att checka in.
- IVAN (2/5): Enojado - PONGAN EN PRIMER PLANO QUE SE DEBE LLAMAR DOS. DÍAS ANTES, o pongan un sistema de mensajes para poderse comunicar, pésimo servicio, me dejaron tirado y tuve que hacer doble gasto para conseguir hotel, no contestan el teléfono, son de lo peor
