Bianca (8/5): O apartamento e muito bom, mas precisa de uns ajustes. - O flat tem tudo o q a gente precisa, possui elevadores e é próximo do centro. O pagamento nao pode ser realizado pelo aplicativo pq o hotel nao aceita por lá e somente em pessoa. Ficamos 7 dias e nao nos disponibilizaram troca dos itens do hotel cm toalhas e lençóis. Fomos em 3 mas informamos que nao era casal e precisamos comprar mais lençóis pois eles n disponibilizaram. Durante os sete dias nao disponibilizaram uma limpeza ou troca dos lençóis e toalhas, somente pago. O elevador não funcionou por 3 dias. O sofá cama estava com a espuma muito fina e desmontando, eles ofereceram os funcionários pra ajustar esse ponto e acredito que já está com os parafusos mas estava muito desconfortável mesmo assim. Na saída nos informaram que precisaríamos organizar o apartamento apesar da taxa de 150,00 que pagamos pra taxas e servicos(inclusive de limpeza). Ele está muito completo por si só mas tiveram muitos impecilhos durante nossa estadia. Nao voltaremos outra vez. No entanto, o apartamento e muito completo.
