• Bea0000 (7/5): Ruimte en luxe met geluidsoverlast - De ruimte en het appartement zelf zijn naar Cypriotische begrippen zeer modern. Het terras en het zwembad zijn erg mooi met een perfecte keuze tussen schaduw en zon gedurende de dag. De auto staat veilig geparkeerd op een overdekte parkeerplaats. De afstand tot de restaurants en de wandelpromenade was ideaal. Er zijn fijne extra's aanwezig, zoals een luxe inbouwkoffiezetapparaat, een tosti-apparaat en een goed functionerende gasbarbecue. Dagelijks ondervonden wij aanzienlijke hinder van bouwwerkzaamheden direct naast onze accommodatie. Om zeven uur 's ochtends werd een aggregaat gestart en de overlast duurde voort tot ongeveer vier uur 's middags. De verhuurder is hierover helaas niet transparant geweest, zelfs niet nadat wij vooraf een specifieke vraag over de rust hadden gesteld. Ook op onze vragen werd traag gereageerd. Bovendien is het verkeer op het terras en in één van de slaapkamers zeer goed hoorbaar. Dit is voor ons een reden om niet terug te keren. De kast waarin de wasmachine zich bevond, verspreidde een sterke rioollucht. De eerste keer dat men het hek moet openen om binnen te komen, is dit erg omslachtig. Hetzelfde geldt voor het verlaten van het terrein. Het zou praktischer zijn geweest om dit via een sleutelkastje naast het hek of bij de lift te regelen.

• Lesley (8/5): Nice apartment - It was a great apartment, exactly like all the photos Unfortunately the road was a little too noisy for us and although it didn't affect us, the building works to the front of the building might be troublesome at some point
• dorota (10/5): Ich würde der Apartament auf jeden Fall empfehlen, was ich mir wünschen würde, dass man vielleicht zweimal in der Woche - War sehr schön und modern Einzige, was ich zum bemängeln habe, ist das am Anfang zwei kaputte Strand liegen auf der Terrasse waren allerdings wurde ganz schnell ausgetauscht
• Olya (3/5): Modern und gut gelegen, aber für ein „Luxusapartment" reicht es nicht - Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und liegt sehr günstig – perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Strandbesuche, Einkäufe und Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider gab es aber einige deutliche Mängel: Gleich bei der Ankunft hat uns ein völlig befleckter Teppich und verschmutzte Couch mit einer unpassenden Tagesdecke begrüßt – das macht keinen einladenden Eindruck. Die Küche ist zwar zweckmäßig, aber nur sehr knapp ausgestattet: zwei Töpfe ohne Deckel, kaum Gläser (3–5 Stück), Pfanne mit losem Stil. Direkt am Eingang zur Terrasse standen Reinigungsutensilien – für ein als Luxusapartment beworbenes Objekt kein besonders einladender Anblick Terrasse und Pool haben wir kaum genutzt, da der Straßenlärm sehr störte. Im Poolbereich sind zudem die Sitzsäcke bereits stark beschädigt.
• Tracey Garcia (10/5): Excellent relaxing stay with family on ideal accommodation - Modern well equipped spacious accommodation with excellent facilities. The private roof top pool was a great asset to have access to. The different outdoor space provided multiple options of location to dine, socialise and relax. Would definitely recommend. The property was furnished well (unfortunately it looks like the light coloured sofas have been stained by previous occupants, however covers were provided to cover this). Queries and information was provided promptly when asked. (Ie we had a shortage of towels and someone arrived to provide the correct amount immediately)

• Emma (10/5): Excellent Apartment - The apartment is lovely, lots of space and everything you need. The information sent before hand made access to the property simple. The rooftop pool was bigger than expected, the photos don't do it justice. The main pool was nice and we were usually the only ones there! The 2 outdoor spaces were also great for relaxing. Location wise the apartment is close to lots of restaurants on TOK Road, but also about a 20 minute walk to both the Harbour and Old Town.
• Elana (10/5): Stunning Paphos property - This was such a stunning property. The décor, the private pool and roof terrace, the bathrooms. Everything was so thoughtfully designed. The bean to cup coffee machine in particular was a lovely touch! We had a car, but there’s also a handy bus depot just a minute walk away and a mall a 12 min walk away with a supermarket inside! It was such a great place to unwind & we wish we could’ve stayed longer! We liked everything! Just a couple of things future travellers might want to know — if you have a car, you’ll have to park outside of the complex and one of you will have to walk around to the other side to access the walk-in gate, and you’ll need the longer code they provide to get through 2-3 doors before you can get up to the apartment to retrieve the fob. Was a bit tricky to do all that and open the apartment door the first time. And when you want to take rubbish out, it’s in a big green bin roadside (not the side with the car parking access). It would’ve also been helpful for us personally to have a WhatsApp contact to answer questions, as I had no data during my stay and had to instead use the booking.com messaging system!

• Špela (7/5): Modern apartment with nice views, could be cleaner . - The apartment was modern and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The owner left us water in the fridge which was very appreciated. The pool is the best feature of this accommodation and the views are amazing. Nice terraces with seating areas. Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities that you need for cooking. The location is good, minutes to the old town, the harbor and other attractions. Very helpful instructions upon the arrival into the apartment. There were hairs on bed sheets when we arrived and the sheets had stains on them. There are stains on carpets and on the couch. There is a coffee machine but you can’t use it because there is no coffee beans. The owner wanted to charge us extra 50 eur if we wanted to check out a bit later due to a late flight home.

Lovely roof top pool and views of the ocean. It felt very spacious. Also the host generously left all the basics to enable you to have a great start to your holiday- thank you!
