First-floor room was a bit noisy due to facing the street, where there are some venues with loud music, although it always stopped by midnight. The main downside was the strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit, ich hab mich wirklich willkommen und geschätzt gefühlt. Das Hotel selbst ist äußerst luxuriös eingerichtet. Es ist zudem makellos sauber, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Die Lage ist ideal, direkt im strengen Zentrum der Stadt, sodass alles bequem erreichbar ist. Trotz der zentralen Lage wirkt das Hotel sehr intim und ruhig… Ich kann dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Manuela (5/5): Kleines modernes Hotel für Party Urlaub - Die Lage ist natürlich Top. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr modernes kleines Hotel. Sehr gute Qualität beim Frühstück. Kleines Buffet. Trotz geschlossener Fenster ist es sehr laut. Laute Musik von unten, Straßenbahn und die betrunkenen von der Bar neben an. Lärm bis 03:30 Uhr. Das Hotel ist auch sehr hellhörig man hört alles von nebenan. Was ich sehr schade fand das ich vor dem Buchen noch wegen deutscher TV Sender angefragt habe und mir gesagt wurde ein paar gibt es. Aus ein Paar wurde Keiner. Einmal kurz ATV war nach 10 Minuten nicht mehr deutsch.

• Claudio (9/5): Ottima soluzione di livello per Sarajevo centro. - Ottima posizione rispetto al centro cittadino. Hotel nuovo e ben curato nei particolari. Servizio e staff disponibilissimo. Stanza ampia e bel bagno. La colazione con menu è davvero eccellente e da provare. La vista non è particolare, nonostante la vicinanza al fiume. Manca, come sempre in questo Paesi, il bidet, ma il doccino è dignitoso.

I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, such as providing a toothbrush and razor in the bathroom that I had forgotten to bring. Wenn wieder in Sarajevo, dann nur in Apeiro Einzig das es beim Frühstück keine Teller für Selbstbedienung auf der Theke oder auf dem Tisch gab, aber der Kellner bediente uns hervorragend, trotzdem will mann vom Buffet selber sich bedienen können. Frühstück gut - Buffet überschaubar aber ausreichend - man kann auch von der Karte bestellen (haben wir nicht) sah aber alles gut aus! Hotelparkplatz fürs Auto. Kleinere Dinge - wie kein Toilettenpapierhalter oder etwas verschmutze Fensterbänke... Die Fenster unseres Zimmers waren/sind undicht. es war unüblich kalt als wir dort waren - und trotz geschlossen Fenstern hatte man das Gefühl ein Wind weht direkt auf den Kopf Preis / Leistung steht vielleicht nicht ganz im Verhältnis (speziell für Orstgegebenheiten)

• Asmir (10/5): Comfy hotel where they treat you like a star! - There is so much to appreciate about this hotel. The location is exceptional right in the heart of the city.The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The level of service truly stands out. The staff go above and beyond in a way that feels natural and thoughtful. Our room was warmed before check in, the minibar drinks were complimentary, and they even offered to press our clothes and return them neatly to the room. We stayed over New Year’s, and the hotel hosted a lovely outdoor celebration in front of the property with food and drinks that guests were welcome to enjoy. Breakfast combines a refined buffet with freshly prepared dishes made to order. While the selection is not overwhelming, the quality is excellent and more than sufficient. Our waiter Nina was attentive throughout, always making sure we had everything we needed, from coffee and water to freshly squeezed juice. On our next visit to Sarajevo, this hotel will be our first choice. In our room there was bit noisy from traffic from the street.

• Neven (9/5): - Ponuda za doručak treba biti bogatija. Grijanje radi samo kada je gost u sobi. Soba je prehlanda kada se ulazi u sobu prvi puta kao i ako se duze izbiva iz sobe. Za hotel sa 5 zvjezdica to nije dopustivo. Gost treba ući u zagrijanu sobu a ne čekati 30 min da se soba zagrije.

Zimmertüre kann man nicht versperren und man hört alles was sich in Gang abspielt.

The buffet breakfast is served in a very high-end dining room but needs a little fine tuning in terms of what's on offer, although the cooked aspects were top notch and I'd take the option again if I were to return. My room was quite noisy at night with music from a bar (I think) and the traffic and trams. This could be a consequence of my early-to-bed habits.

• Miladin (10/5): - Great small hotel at the very edge of old town with lovely presonnel and cozy rooms. Mini-bar consumption included into room price, which is benefit that you don't see very often. It's difficult to park because of narrow streets in city centre, so if you coming by car use hotel's valet service.
• Katarina (10/5): Fantastiskt hotell i centrala Sarajevo - Väldigt fint och mycket rent hotell i centrala Sarajevo, med närhet till allt. Personalen var underbar och hjälper till med vad man än behöver. Min vistelse var fantastisk, rekommenderar starkt!
