Wojciech (3/5): - Parking was available. The apartment was dirty. Basic equipment was missing: there were only two water glasses, 2–3 plates of the same kind, and four spoons, even though we booked for five people. There was no access to the gym, despite it being advertised in the photos. The check-in and Wi-Fi instructions were incorrect.
Amie (4/5): Mediocre - Gym on-site & Macquarie Centre/ uni within walking distance. Decent wifi. Had everything that was listed. Only the cheapest quality seemed to be used throughout from threadbare towels to hairdryer that falls apart to squeaky spring mattresses. The living and bedroom spaces were clean enough but the inside of the pantry, oven etc were not properly cleaned. Random assortment of cutlery, drinking & dining ware. One of the power points was fully detached from the wall. Switch next to front door doesn't work. Sink plug in en-suite doesn't work. Bedrooms overlook Dan Murphy's so can be noisy and very bright at night.

Tsegaye (7/5): Good - The location was good, and the facilities were great. I didn't like how there was no communication so it was very confusing which led to a lot of time being wasted, under the beds there was a lot of dust and the dryer wouldn't work.

Sonia (2/5): Dirty sheets and towels, properly was not cleaned - Well located close to transport Not clean, the sheets and towels were not cleaned clearly marked with makeup, they were not washed! We asked for clean sheets but were not given replacements The towels were smelly and dirty Fridge and stove was not connected or ready to receive guests
