O prédio é muito bem localizado, perto da Oliveira Lima e de tudo do centro, inclusive com lojas de conveniência, padaria e farmácia 24 horas muito perto. O prédio é muito bem administrado, limpo e conta com mercadinho bem completo dentro. No verão certamente faria falta ar-condicionado. Como fomos no inverno não fez falta nenhuma.
