• Flaminia De Mari (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio per alcuni giorni e mi sono trovato benissimo. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e curata nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e ben servita. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il comfort della camera e la tranquillità dell’ambiente. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consiglio questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi. Tutto perfetto

Everything you need is in the apartment - oil, salt, coffee, bottle od water in the kitchen. In barhroom you will for sure find shampoo, conditoner, shower gel, body balm. You also have AC plus fans on the cellings. Is is not so loud as you can expact just in the middle of city center. Location is very good. Dia and Mecadona very close. I will definitelly come again. I would add small shelf under shower.

The accommodation was spotless—honestly one of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Everything I needed was already provided, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that made the place feel like home. The host, Paco, was incredibly gracious and kind, always ready to help with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! • Elvira (8/5): Zentrale Lage, ausreichend Platz - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Da wir bereits am Vormittag in Malaga gelandet sind, konnten wir schon gleich einchecken. Das war sehr nett. Die Lage: 1. OG mit Aufzug In wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt Kleine Supermärkte/Cafe/Restaurant in der direkten Umgebung Ausstattung: war alles in Ordnung, guter Zustand. Küche: haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Ausstattung machte einen guten Eindruck. Es gibt einen Art Abstellkammer mit Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Daher quasi rund um die Uhr Straßenlärm. Insgesamt weniger gute Schallisolierung. Wohn-/Essbereich ist ungemütlich. Im Wohn-Essbereich sind die Fenster vergittert mit Blick auf schmucklosen Innenhof(-terrasse)
• ALPHONSE (10/5): Parfait! - L'appartement est neuf, très propre et idéalement situé à proximité de tout pour visiter et au calme, les lits neufs sont excellents et Paco est très disponible, agréable et très sympathique et arrangeant; je recommande vivement c'est appartement qui est parfait pour un séjour quel que soit la durée. En terme d'équipement c'etait parfait aussi(tout neuf aussi) : climatiseur ou ventilateur (plafonnier modulable) partout. Vraiment idéal pour un séjour à Malaga dans le confort et la facilité.

• Anna (9/5): My new favorite - Beyond any expectations, nice welcome from my host, great stay. All I needed, special comfort was the easy to use washing machine. Location is ideal, short walk to beautiful old town, museums, food and cafés and shops in the other direction. Nothing I can think of.

We loved that Paco Silva, the owner was very responsive, plus he’s a great guy! The apartment had been recently renovated and it was setup perfectly, kitchen, washer, microwave etc.
