• BolCop (9/5): Unkompliziert und gut für Städtetrip - Eine schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht für eine Woche Florenz. Supermarkt in der Nähe, Verbindung in die Stadt in 500m erreichbar. Parkplatz über App findet man auch.
• Gianfranco (6/5): Struttura con potenziale ma mal sfruttato - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Firenze insieme ai miei genitori nel mese di aprile 2026. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: l’ospedale Careggi si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in circa 10 minuti, ideale per chi ha necessità di essere in zona. A 5 minuti presente capolinea del Tram che porta in centro con una corsa di 20 minuti. Anche il parcheggio in strada è possibile, con pagamento a ore in base alla zona. Prima dell'arrivo ho contattato telefonicamente uno dei proprietari che é stato molto gentile e si é adoperato subito per soddisfare la richiesta di esenzione della tassa di soggiorno causa ricovero di uno degli ospiti presso Ospedale di Careggi La modalità di self check‑in e check‑out è molto comoda ed efficace, senza intoppi. Purtroppo, però, la presentazione iniziale non è stata delle migliori: sulle scalette dell’ingresso erano presenti escrementi di volatili, dettaglio che dà subito un’impressione poco curata. La struttura è una casa modesta ma funzionale, con spazi comodi: al piano terra si trovano una zona giorno essenziale con cucina, salotto e bagno. Al piano superiore ci sono una camera matrimoniale e una singola, raggiungibili tramite una piccola scala a chiocciola, funzionale ma non comodissima per trasportare le valigie. Presente anche un terrazzino al piano terra, purtroppo non molto mantenuto. I letti sono comodi e le stanze risultano nel complesso silenziose, un aspetto positivo. La pulizia, invece, non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: pagando una quota dedicata ci si aspetta di trovare l’appartamento in condizioni impeccabili. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato in sala un sacco probabilmente contenente la biancheria sporca dei precedenti ospiti. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, è presente una TV in salone (con pochi canali disponibili) e una in camera matrimoniale, dove però il digitale terrestre non funzionava perfettamente. • Gudrun (4/5): - Ein Einblick in eine italienische Wohnung Vorab die sehr vordernden Emails bzgl der Taxe..Vogelkot auf der Treppe, direkter Eingang ins Wohnzimmer. Kaputte Schlagläden,sodass das Wohnzimmer im Dunkeln lag.Kaputte Pfannen,klebriger Ofenrost..Die Umgebung sehr laut und durch die Ampel voller Abgase.

• Aleksandar (10/5): I spend nice and relaxing week at the property - The property is two story apartment so you feel like at home and you have everything you need. I like the most the terrace on the upper floor where I was sitting and just enjoying the garden and green. Very nice rooms and during night was very quiet. When you exit the apartment you are in bus station 56 bus which means a lot during rainy days, you do not even need to go out from the apartment because you can see the bus coming and slowly get out from the house. The main tram line in Florence is just one bus station from the property so you can walk to the beginning station and around 10 min later you are in the center of the Florence
• Marta (6/5): the apartment is very nice and convenient if you need to reach the hospital or the meyer center - easy but the bow was old and turn the key was hard the inner scale is not convenient especially if you have luggage/children/ or any mobility difficulties

• Vittoria (9/5): Superb - It was super neat, there was air conditioning and a really comfy sofa There were too many mosquitoes and from the picture it wasn't clear that to reach the room there was such a narrow staircase. Had I come with my father as previously planned it would have been impossible for him to reach the room.
• Benkovič (6/5): Family holidays - I liked the overall amenities of the apartment. There were things for everyday life. Spacious beds, lots of storage space, and a home environment. I have to point out a few things but only 1 essential. Very narrow stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are. It is not for people with limited mobility. Someone may also be bothered by the busier environment (as there is a busy street right next door). Apart from these two things, I have nothing else to complain about.

• Aristea (8/5): Very good - Taking the tram, 4 minutes away, it is easy to get to the train station and then walk to the center of the town. The road outside is busy and there is a lot of noise, especially during the night.
• Mark (7/5): Good - location stairs were bit tight to get up and there was no way to take the luggage upstairs upstairs ac wasn’t working. so vey hot at night.
