The location is unbeatable you're right in the heart of KL with the Petronas Towers just a short walk away, and everything you need is within easy reach. The view from the upper floors is genuinely stunning. Waking up to that KL skyline every morning never got old. The pool and facilities were a great bonus too perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring the city. For what you pay, the value here is hard to beat. You get a proper apartment setup with space to breathe, not just a cramped hotel room. Would 100% stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting KL who wants a comfortable, well-located base without breaking the bank.

• Dmitri (8/5): Schönes Apartment für zwei oder kleine Familie. - Die Lage und Ausstattung sind fantastisch. Man hat zwei Pools, eins davon ist auf dem Dach mit dem Sicht auf Petronas. In paar Gehminuten steht man direkt vor den Türmen. Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Auch Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist etwas mager ausgestattet.

• Myles (3/5): Decent for the location, bad for the rest - Location was great We arrived at the property to find that the only bathroom was in one of the bedrooms, meaning whoever was in the second bedroom had to go into the master bedroom to use the bathroom. As this was booked for a family members birthday this certainly wasn’t ideal. I informed the host that this was not how the property was advertised and he became very dismissive and confrontational. We eventually got moved to a different room which had a separate bathroom to the bedrooms. This was overall a very stressful and unnecessary experience. They then wanted a 500rm deposit which was never stated when booking. They did not get this at all. Communication was bad between the host, ourselves, and ‘his staff’ (as he called them). I would not stay here again.

Ez az apartman a szállodán belül magán kézben van így a hotel recepciója nem tudott segíteni a szoba elfoglalásában mikor késő este bejelentkezési idő lejárta után érkeztünk. Az szoba nem tükrözi hogy egy 5csillagos szállodában foglaltál. Koszos törölközők nem megfelelő takarítás, egy tekercs WC papírt adtak hármunknak 3 napra.

Our reservation was made in **May**, with arrival in **January**, so there was plenty of time for communication in advance. From **December 30th**, we contacted the host to ask whether there was a possibility to store our luggage before check-in, as we were arriving early in the morning. Unfortunately, the reply came about a week later, and as our arrival date approached, there was no further response to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages through Booking. When we arrived in Kuala Lumpur on January 13th, we had received **no check-in instructions at all**, nor clear information about the exact location of the apartment. The tower (the first of three) was found purely by chance. Only after contacting **Booking customer support** did the host call us within two minutes and inform us that early check-in was possible — something that could have been communicated much earlier and would have saved us a lot of stress. While speaking with the building staff, we were informed that, unfortunately, there have been **frequent complaints** about this host, as guests are often left without guidance and waiting for hours and most of times without a house! Upon arrival at the apartment, we were given **no information about the facilities** (such as hot water or how things work in the apartment). We were only shown how to open the door, and then the host left. The apartment itself is nice with two bedrooms. However, there is only one bathroom located inside the larger bedroom, which makes it inconvenient for guests staying in the smaller bedroom. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not satisfactory: * towels were worn, with holes, and dirty *sheets were dirty * all mirrors were cloudy * the kitchen was poorly equipped, with only one small pot that was dirty and had burnt food stuck to the bottom * a forgotten personal item from a previous guest was found inside the wardrobe

В 22:00 нас поставили перед фактом, что у них нету свободных квартир! Хотя бронь была подтверждена с полной оплатой за 2 ночи! И я с детьми маленькими осталась на улице в 12 ночи, так как не могла найти отель, чтобы хотя бы переночевать! Получается никто не застрахован! Букинг в моменте ничем не может помочь! Мне просто вернули деньги на следующий день, а эту ужасную ночь. до сих пор не могу забыть и теперь даже боюсь что-то бронировать, потому что когда. приеду на заселение мне могут просто отказать в этом!!! Без права какого либо выбора! Служба поддержки не работает нормально! Они должны помогать людям 24/7, проверять своих партнеров, чтоб те не издевались так над клиентами!! Auch die beiden Pools sind toll, gerade der im 6 Stock, hier merkt man gar nicht mehr das man in einer so großen Stadt ist und kann sich gut erholen. Wir mussten 30 Minuten auf unser Zimmer warten, ist nicht viel, aber wenn man seit 20 Stunden unterwegs und so kurz vorm Ziel war, war es nervig.

Я писала двум менеджерам, но ни один из них не помог. Один обещал прийти и починить, мы ждали его в номере, но он так и не пришел, просто проигнорировав свое обещание. Одна спальная комната в номере была с окнами и видом на улицу, а вторая просто маленькая коморка без окон и дверью в общую ванную.

There is a playground in floor 6 as well. The bed linens were nice. The apartment is very basic. Almost no cutlery. And it was poorly cleaned with an oily and sticky floor. It got infested with ants during our stay and we got help to put out a repellent but it was an unpleasant experience. The furniture and interior is worn out and you notice it has been used by many previous guests. The beds are stiff and hard.

• Sangkeun (4/5): 정말 실망스러운 호스트였습니다. - 너무 좋은 위치. 너무 좋은 루프탑 수영장과 6층 수영장. 전반적으로 잘 관리되고 있는 빌딩 괜찮았습니다. 에어컨 말썽으로 요청을 했으나 대응이 너무 늦고, 뒤늦게 고쳐주는 등 문제를 해결하고자 하는 마음이 거의 없네요. 연락을 하면 거의 몇시간이 지나서야 답이 오고, 호스트는 본인이 하고 싶은 말만하고, 내 말에 대한 답은 잘 하지도 않고, 문제가 많습니다. 체크인 할때 도착시간을 알려 주었음에도 로비에 대처도 안 해줬고, 엘리베이터 이용하는 카드도 한장 뿐이라 4명이 따로 이동할 수가 없었다. 다음에 이 빌딩을 방문하더라도 이 호스트가 운영하는 곳은 가지 않을 것이다.

Het appartement ligt dicht bij de Twin Towes maar wel iets verder van het centrum. De metro/tram/trein monorail is in de buurt maar hebben helaas niet echt een mooi aansluitend systeem.

We were told we could leave bags at 09.00, but that was not the case. We had to wait till 14.00 without being able to do anything.

• Dean (9/5): The perfect place to stay in KL. - Location was perfect - just 5mins to the Petronas Towers. The apartment was very spacious (we were in room 1 on 45th floor) and comfortable. It had a big main bedroom, and a smaller double bedroom if needed. Lounge area with Netflix (we used our own log in). We didn’t use the kitchen, many nice restaurants nearby, but do note the kitchen isn’t really geared up for cooking yourself. Rooftop swimming pool is great - marvellous view of the Towers. Didn’t use the pool on the 6th floor, but that looked really nice too. We were there 5 nights, with a cleaner there half way through. Nothing really - we had a great time there.
• Sabeeha (8/5): Amazing views and lovely host - Overall a great stay. Location was perfect and very close to the city centre and the main attractions such as the twin towers and Suria KLCC. The host was also lovely , and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a view of the twin towers as well as a free parking pass. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as well as the ground level pool and there was also a small grocery shop next to the property which was convenient. In terms of the room, there was a drainage problem from the sink in the bathroom which left a bad smell but to be fair we didn’t mention this to the host as it wasn’t a major issue. The towels also could have been cleaner. Other than this it was a great stay

Although not heated, the 2 swimming pools locatd on levels 6 and 69 were both fabulous and great for night time swim after a long day. We did not try the bar but there is one on Level 6 by the pool. All in all, we will be delighted to come back and book.thus.again. For anyone wanting to know, this apartment is in Start 1 building..in case the Grab or taxi driver asks. The place could do with some kitchen gadgets like toaster and a working coffeemaker...or even a coffee plunger. The sofa and extra small bed in the living room do not feel very sturdy and would creak if you sit on them.

Upon arrival, we ended up waiting 45m in the lobby for the key. We received only one key for the room, which was a bit inconvenient since it was used to operate the lift. • Fazeen (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good as it is walking distance to klcc. We didn't like the way how the owner welcomed us. He was very arrogant and rude. My wife stayed in fear, saying the owner was drunk while he escorted us to the apartment. She didn't even sleep well, assuming that he might barge in at any time. The bed sheets had blood stain like things. Black widow outside the windows made us uncomfortable to stay in the room. Living area had a low-lying sofa bed. The bathroom doesn't have proper ventilation, which makes the room smelly. This apartment listing in booking.com had over 140 pictures of different apartments and non looked like where we stayed. The staff Sarwar (who met us on the 5th day from the check-in date) was good. He is the one who told us that we were greeted by their owner on arrival.

Despite booking 6 months in advance yet room wasn’t ready and after the long ride to Malaysia this was frustrating. Apartment did not appear at all like the pictures on the booking.com advertisement. The furniture was breaking down, and the kitchen was completely under stocked with only a few cups and some cutlery. No plates at all. We had to ask for extra towels as there were only three in the apartment even though it advertises enough for six. Although the property manager was good enough to go get what we asked for, it came about 24 hours after we asked for it.

• Luqman (4/5): Disappointing - Overall the house is clean and proper, just like what they advertised. *However*, my bad experience with this airbnb was we were penalized RM400 for parking at the wrong place. When we arrived at the airbnb, the worker the owner hired will give you all the necessary cards and instructions, however he failed to inform us exactly where to park (he couldnt speak english very well). Seeing a "Star Residence Tenant may park here" sign on a parking spot, we just parked there but turns out, only those with star residence parking card can park. So, we ended up were penalized RM400 for parking there for not even 24 hrs. After the incident, the owner at least helped us to talk to the parking operator but the negotiation was unsuccessful. We told the owner that this is partly his fault for not informing us where to park so we asked him to split with us half the penalty but were left on read. He was also not very responsive the whole time we were staying there. So, think again if you want to stay here.
