Taoufik (1/5): À fuir. Photo trompeuse. Un membre du personnel agressif. - À fuir absolument. Cet établissement est une véritable catastrophe du début à la fin. Les photos sont clairement trompeuses et ne reflètent en rien la réalité : tout est plus vétuste, mal entretenu et en dessous de ce qui est promis. La piscine n’est pas entretenu elle est sale et à l’ombre. Un bac à sable. Nous avons pas pu l’utiliser durant le séjour. Le personnel est tout simplement inadmissible. La personne en charge du check-in et du check-out s’est montrée agressive, irrespectueuse, voire intimidante. Un comportement totalement inacceptable dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie. Aucun ménage n’a été effectué pendant 4 jours, sans que cela soit précisé lors de la réservation. C’est un manque total de sérieux et de respect pour les clients. Le pire reste la gestion de la caution : non seulement elle est demandée dans des conditions floues, mais au moment du départ, la personne est arrivée avec 45 minutes de retard alors qu’un horaire avait été convenu la veille. Résultat : une attente stressante qui a failli nous faire rater notre avion. Une organisation inexistante et un mépris total pour les clients. Pour finir, le responsable aux cheveux longs s’est montré agressifs verbalement et physiquement claque les portes jettent les serviettes au sol et j’en passe. Hurle dans les couloirs de l’immeuble en nous insultant en espagnol car il s’est levé 30 min plus tôt. Entre le manque de professionnalisme, l’attitude du personnel et les pratiques douteuses, cet hôtel cumule les problèmes. Je déconseille fortement, sauf si vous aimez les mauvaises surprises.

jacinthe11 (8/5): - Très bien situé pour aller au Parque de las Palapas.. Le Walmart-épicerie est à 2 min. de marche. Logememt très propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Le logement est idéal pour deux personnes maximum. Nous étions trois et le divan-lit n'est pas confortable. Il n'y a que 2 heures par jour d'ensoleillement à la piscine, soit de 10 h à midi et uniquement 2 chaises pour s'étendre.

Elisa (7/5): Bon séjour - Le confort, pleins de petits restau aux alentours. L’eau mise à disposition. La piscine n’est pas sur la terrasse de l’appartement mais au rez de chaussée de l’immeuble, attention car l’annonce peut être trompeuse … mettre à disposition de quoi ce faire un thé ou café comme Airbnb pourrait être appréciable.

Christelle (10/5): très très chouette - Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement à Cancún ! Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil, très facile à contacter et répond toujours rapidement, ce qui rend l’organisation vraiment agréable. L’appartement est grand, confortable et très fonctionnel, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. C’est un endroit parfait pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Very clean Hair dryer is a bit weak and the pans in the kitchen are not non-stick, but nothing major that prevented us from having a good time

Andy (9/5): Cute modern loft in Cancun city center - Cozy loft with an open floor plan and nice high ceilings. Great location right in the city center within walking distance to everything you need including entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Hammock on the balcony was nice to chill on and stare at the stars while listening to the city noises. The check-in process was a little clunky and slow but it was easy to get in once I contacted the hosts. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low and the shower and sink were almost unusable, but hopefully this will be fixed before the next guests arrive. Don't stay here if you need 2 beds - there is only one mattress and your only alternative is a flip-down sofa/futon with no bed sheets.
