L'appartement est bien équipé et décoré avec bon gout, pas surchargé. La cuisine est complète. l'hôte à fournis des pastilles lave-vaisselle et machine à laver, il y avais du produit de vaisselle et éponge. Les lit sont confortables. L'accès à l appartement ce fait pas digicode. Pas de soucis de clé encombrante...

• Todorov (9/5): Excellent appartment at a good location. - The apartment is located near the Arc de Triomf, a few meters away from a metro station. It's not far to walk to some of the main sightseeings in Barcelona. It's clean, providing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is well-equiped. I recommend it for 4 people, but could also be used by up to 6 people as the sofa in the living room could be unfolded and used as a bed. The 2 bathrooms also provide additional comfort and convenience. The host provides a place to store the luggage for free, before check in or after check out, at a hostel nearby. The communication with the host was going simultaneously via Booking and via WhatsApp which was a little bit confusing. The host's responses in Booking were slow. I would recommend the host to leave small amount of sugar, salt, maybe one coffee capsule per person, etc. as a complimentary gesture until the guests could do their first shopping. The cleaning fee of EUR 100 seems a bit high for a one-time cleaning after check out.

• Kerstin (8/5): - Das Apartment liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Zimmer liegt zu einem kleinen geschlossenen Innenhof. Es ist sehr hellhörig und nachts in den Nachbarwohnungen zum Teil sehr laut (Party).

Hubo llamado a la policía de los huéspedes vecinos y hasta se fueron, por desconfianza. También me pidieron al ingreso 300 euros de depósito en garantía por alguna rotura, algo que ya casi nadie pide...

He asked me to fill out forms that required internet access while I was outside the building. He refused to give me the access code to the apartment and to continue filling out the forms.

• FadiB (1/5): Incompetence, lack of responsibility, accountability and unprofessionalism. - Nothing We arrived to this place quite excited given pictures shown on Booking Our stay was at the second floor, the right door. Once we walked in we were greeted with a terrible damp smell, as we are asthmatic and have allergies, we obviously could not stay there. As you can see from the pictures, there’s moisture everywhere, from the ceiling to the bathtub and to even the washing machine. Given that the place seems to have a good reputation we called them immediately hoping for a different apartment. We contacted the support number provided to explain the situation, the lady who has replied was surprised that this apartment was rented because they know already it is in very bad situation. She has promised that she will call the manger and get back to me. Unfortunately no reply received, I called again and she has informed that that they are not able to contact the manager but for sure the second day they will find a solution for me. I have sent them messages on WhatsApp and on booking explaining the situation We were obliged to exit to avoid a high risk on our health and we went to a Hotel for our stay, we paid more as this was a last minute booking. Second day, I have called them and still the same answer: no one is able to get in touch with the so called manager I have called Booking and explained the situation hoping that they can find a solution by finding another apartment or refunding our money Booking confirmed that they have explained the situation to the property and that the manger will contact me directly. For 3 consecutive days: same feedback, still looking for the missing manager Till today no one from the property have tried to contact us. They are totally unprofessional After reviewing the case, Booking have tried to push for a refund but the owners were reluctant and we basically lost all the money, Booking advised us to share our experience to warn other travelers to the area Avoid this place at all cost, unless you like to play a lottery ticket wi

• Ahmed (1/5): Worst place I have ever lived in - Only location It was wooden floor and most of it was broken and I informed the staff from first moment and they said they don’t know about it and that’s it. No any action taken and I lived with my kids in place without safety. Additionally the master bedroom without door and I also informed them and no action. They didn’t respond and when they do they didn’t make any action taken They are not helpful at all.

Z grubsza posprzątane, ale wszystko co tam jest wygląda jak z odzysku. Dywan - skóra - obrzydliwy, zaschnięte dziwne substancje na nim. Kanapa aż się klei... Z daleka widać że jest masakrycznie brudna. W pokojach na suficie olbrzymia ilość pleśni. Ktoś próbował to na szybko malować bo w salonie i kuchni śmierdziało jak w dopiero pomalowanym mieszkaniu... Łazienki w miarę na plus, najtańszymi środkami wyremontowane ale dalo sie skorzystac, szkoda ze brudne... Podloga, listwy... To wszystko az brzydko wygląda... Spuchnięte, odpadające... Dramat... Żałujemy wydanych pieniędzy

Appartamento allucinante, soffitti e pareti grondanti di acqua, muffa ovunque, puzza di umido, muffa e vernice. Invivibile, il tutto per oltre 300 euro a notte! Ci hanno risposto che non avevano altre accomodazioni. sono uscito lasciando tutto com'era ed andato, con tutta la famiglia, in un hotel a fianco. La cosa peggiore è comunque il servizio di booking, 1 mese che sono in ballo e dicono che la struttura non gli risponde per il rimborso e che, al massimo, l'operatrice mi può dare un buono del 20% del valore. Nessuna possibilità di scalare, di parlare con un responsabile, di avere un qualcosa di scritto lato loro (si parla solo al telefono e le mail di risposta son del tipo: ha provato a contattare la struttura? domanda: ma se non risponde neppure a voi!!!). E con tutto questo la struttura fa parte dei "Partner Preferiti"... chissà gli altri!

• Silva (2/5): - The apartment was a huge disappoitment! The froor tiles in the living room and hallway were so broken that walking on such a floor was downright dangerous. Communication with the ownung company was very poor - they simply dont respond to messages.

• Agnieszka (5/5): Przestronny apartament w secu Barcelony z dużymi mankamentami - Przestronny apartament, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. W pobliżu atrakcje turystyczne, metro, sklepy, restauracje. Nowocześnie wykończony, ale nieco zużyty apartament z dwoma łazienkami, trzema sypialniami, dużą kuchnią. Przyjemna, biała pościel. Wygodne poduszki. W październiku- cienka kołdra + lekki kocyk.nowoczesna kuchnia z piekarnikiem, zamrażarką, mikrofalą, pralką i blatem ceramicznym do gotowania. Podłoga w salonie i korytarzach musiała być kiedyś zalana. Powstały niewyobrażalne wybrzuszenia (w niektórych miejscach panele całkiem są odklejone i ruszają się. Bardzo niebezpieczne w przypadku małych dzieci i osób starszych). W kuchni naprawdę brakuje małego garnka. Trudno w 5 litrowym jajka ugotować. Łóżka są nieco ruchome. Apartament pobiera kaucję 300 EUR. Te pieniądze są z konta ściągane , a nie tylko blokowane na koncie. Dostęp do apartamentu przy pomocy dwóch kodów. Pomimo wpłaty kaucji nie dostaliśmy drugiego kodu. Trzeba było dzwonić i wyjaśniać, dopiero wtedy drzwi zostały nam zdalnie otworzone ( wskazówka dla tych co np nie mają roamingu na Hiszpanię lub nie mają wystarczająco cierpliwości na takie przekazanie kluczy). W trakcie pobytu, zostaliśmy na whatsappie poinformowani ( niestety z tylko 45 min. wyprzedzeniem), że rzecznik oszacowujący szkody będzie chciał obejrzeć mieszkanie. Drzwi wyjściowe do apartamentu otwierają się z trudem, przez zniszczoną podłogę. Drzwi do jednej z łazienek nie domykają się. Jedna sypialnia nie ma w ogóle drzwi.

El apto muy bien distribuido y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La verdad que me encantó todo. Desde la llegada, hasta la interacción con el encargado. Altamente recomendable para disfrutar al máximo tus días en Barcelona. Sin comentarios.
• joseph (6/5): אין לי מה לכתוב עד שלא אקבל החזר כספי עבור הדירה ועוגמת הנפש - הזמנו דירה בעלת 3 חדרים. עקב הצפה / מים, העבירו אותנו לדירה 2 חדרים. היה בזה קושי כי היינו 6 נפשות. הובטח לנו החזר כספי. עד היום אף אחד לא פנה אלינו בנדון. אני מעביר את הנושא / טיפול בבעיה לעורך דין שלי. נתבע את הזכויות שלנו בנדון. קבלנו דירה 2 חדרים במקום 3 חדרים

The floor plan is good Wasn’t clean ( dining table and toilets) . Air condition was bursty in rooms. The area is restricted to cars which was not comunicated

• yaniv (9/5): מקום מומלץ מאד! נקי מאד, מאובזר, מארחים זמינים, נעים לשהות בו. - מיקום מושלם, שקט, בטוח, מרכזי. קרפור קרוב, מסעדות קרובות. קרוב לכיכר קטלאניה ולרמבלה. ניתן לשפר את איכות המיטות - קצת נמוכות והמזרן לא הכי נוח. היינו חמישה אנשים, היה צורך בעוד מקומות ישיבה בסלון כי הייתה רק ספה אחת לא גדולה לשלושה אנשים ועוד כסא.

• Grace (9/5): Convenient stay for a quick trip to Barcelona - Clear instructions for getting into the building and unit. Centrally located and easy to get to from the airport bus. The property is nice but a bit worn since the photos.
• Pavol (4/5): Ubytovanie v centre mesta,nicmenej velmi opotrebované, bez balkona s vyhladom do tmavého vnutrobloku - Lokalita v centre, idealne na pešiu dostupnost centra V popise bytu bol uvedený balkon a výhlad na mesto - balkon na byte chýba, výhľad je do velmi škaredého vnutrobloku, byt je velmi tmavý, opotrebovaný. V polovici zajazdu nám prestal fungovat kod do ubytovania - na kontaktoch ubytovania nám nikto nereagoval (sms, telefonat) cca 2 hodiny.

• Johannes (8/5): Prima! Heerlijk ruim en centraal gelegen. - Erg ruim,2 badkamers. Centraal gelegen. Bedden staan op wieltjes. Ik draai veel in mijn slaap en bed van mijn zoon was ook erg wiebelig. Zonder wieltjes zou fijner zijn. Straat was wel rumoerig soms. Wij waren er wel in het weekend.

Así como buses y estación de metro Es cómodo pero de los 5 que íbamos habían 2 personas mayores que tuvieron problemas con las camas por 2 motivos. Uno es que eran muy, muy bajas. Y no había casi espacio a los lados con lo que si intentaban impulsarse para levantarse, se daban contra la pared. Comprendo que es difícil solucionarlo pero lo que debería ser fácil de mejorar es proporcionar manuales de los diferentes electrodomésticos o al menos enlaces a internet de los modelos concretos para que así podamos buscarlos nosotros mismos. • Patrick (9/5): A very comfortable stay in the apartment - The building offers an elevator which is a big plus to those traveling with heavy luggage. The apartment has very good air conditioning that is essential to visiting BCN during hot summer season like us. There is a big living room and a decent kitchen. There are two bathrooms, a BIG plus for big groups. Great location - subway stations and many tourist attractions, shopping spots, great restaurants and coffee outlets are within reasonable walking distances. There was an electricity problem on our arrival night which caused the lobby at ground floor totally dark and the WiFi not working. But the problem was fixed on the following day.

• AZZAM (8/5): موقع جميل .. شقه نظيفه .. جميع ما تحتاجه بالشقه موجود .. سرير سي جداً .. التواصل لحل المشاكل سيء جداً .. السعر مرتفع جدا - الموقع كان مميز جداً وقريب من كلشي ويتوفر فيها جميع خدمات الشقه من مطبخ وغسيل ملابس وتنظيف سرير النوم لم يكن مريحاً اطلاقاً ولا يصلح للنوم .. ولقد انطفأت الكهرباء مرتين في الشقه ولا ويرجد فيها استقبال مما يوخر عملية اصلاح اي خلل او الاجابه على اي استفسار حيث عانينا كثيرا في عملية الدخول الشقه حيث التواصل كان عن طريق الواتس اب فقط ولم نجد اجداً رغم ابلاغهم بوقت الوصل

The apartment is spacious and clean. All facilities are good including washing machine, Refrigerator, air-conditioning, etc. The staff gives prompt response if you text them. There is no reception counter at the apartment. The 24-hrs reception counter is located at another place (Black Swan Hostel).

• Will (10/5): Basic Clean Apartment in a Superb Location - Last stop for us in Barcelona after staying in hotels around Europe. The Apartment is Large and most importantly for us had a Washing Machine, Everything is basic but clean and the Location is most definitely the key selling point of this property!! Shops, Restaurants and Bus Tour are all minutes away Maybe some more Comfy chairs and some Tea and Coffee would be a nice touch, especially as this is not a cheap apartment !!

• Meltem (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. 2 rooms with seperate bathrooms. Living room is not very welcoming for 4 people although it is very large couch and chairs are not very comfy. Should create a more cosy living room. Seperate beds put together however when you move or sit on one bed they immediately move out from each other. Recommend owner to attach them together. The location is really great and the aprtment is very clean. Communicayion with the owner was perfect. Perfect check-in and address instructions. Thanks for the hospitality.
• Dipti (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment was great, right in Gothic quarter and walking distance from several restaurants and attractions. The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. Lift/ elevator was old but glad they had one. Sugar and salt was missing in the apartment but these are minor things. Overall a good apartment.

• Sezai (10/5): Excellent location and very clean apartment room - The location is perfect. The apartment was very clean. I strongly advise The apartment was up to 6 people but there was only 4 chairs for the table. There are two bedrooms and 2 wc which is good but there is only one hairdryer in one of the restrooms. There may be a vacuum cleaner instead of a mop.

• Claire (9/5): Great size apartment, convenient location. Clean and great for a family. - Great size aparment for a family, location is ideal, so close to Plaza Catalonya and can walk everwhere. The check-in process was seemless as we received frequent and clear communication from the host from the moment we confirmed the booking. It was wonderful to have a bath in the bathrooms. While the kitchen was well equipped, the toaster and kettle didn't work. The price was on the high side so will not be staying there again.

• Samira (7/5): Good - The location is superb The advertising pictures need to be updated, the apartment doesn’t look like the pictures at all. It’s much more outdated and cold. They should have mentioned before booking that they charge an additional 300eur from your card/account as a security deposit. You only find out once you’ve already booked.
• Lucy (10/5): Fantastic location ..a short walk from the Gothic quarter. - Very good communication from hosts and excellent directions and check in instructions. The apartment was clean and spacious in a great location.
