- Stefanie (3/5): It's ok for 1 night - This is a room in a house that is rented to guests. The house has a terrace with washing machine, a big kitchen with fridge and dining are and a small entrance area with books and sofa. I could prepare some breakfast there. The room was absolutely not clean and the bathroom had residues from previous guests there and the racks and floor were not clean. I bought some cleaning material to clean it. They also did not have towels, toilet paper or soap for guests and it seems they forgot to clean or prepare the bathroom. The room is overlooking a big street and there is constant noise from cars during day and night. It was super hot and the ventilator did not help a lot. There is air condition but you have to pay for it separately and I never received explanations on how to do this. The area is a bit shady - I walked there during day but during night, I wouldn't recommend it and take an uber. It's about 15-20min to walk to the historic center with cafe, restaurants, museums and sights of interest.

The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, and the location is perfect — just 10 minutes from the center in a very safe neighborhood with restaurants and groceries nearby. Highly recommended!
- Juan (8/5): Very good - The location was good, close enough to the center. The kitchen and balcony are very pleasant. The owners are nice. The room has no windows so air does not flow very well.

- John (10/5): Exceptional - The access to the kitchen and living areas. There are some small bars, restaurants, fast food and markets close by. The room isn’t sealed well so the AC doesn’t get the room very cool.
- Roxanne (9/5): The owner IVANETE and daughter Leiticia treated me and other traveler like a family, the owner IVANETE was very kind, to - It’s a single family home has 3 bedrooms I guess, it’s super clean and comfortable with a big and relaxing living room, dining room and good size kitchen, with a nice view of other back side of the Centro area
