• Ivan (10/5): nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto, e consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio 100+ - La casa e' molto carina e ben organizzata e soprattutto pulitissima, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la prima colazione, e nei dintorni ci sono molti servizi e negozi per effettuare la spesa, il parcheggio si trova tranquillamente sulla strada di fronte al palazzo oppure nei vicoletti i bagni avevano qualche piccolo problema probabilmente causato da qualche vecchio inquilino e andrebbero sistemate le porte della doccia nel bagno piccolo, i telecomandi delle tv delle camere da letto avevano le batterie scariche che ho acquistato e sostituito, ed anche il telecomando del climatizzatore nel salone, piccole cose che pero' andrebbero verificate.

We had a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave, which were essential for our family. The host was communication in a trendy manner. Area was very safe and you had the convenience of grocery store, mini-market, cafe, etc, all within walking distance.

• Tamoghna (1/5): Worst Stay Ever - Here’s a recent and honest review of the apartment. We stayed in the apartment for two nights and following are the things that happened: 1. We had an early check-in. We were there to pick the keys up at 1.40 pm 2. We couldn’t ring the bell from outside, so contacted the owners on WhatsApp. The owners came over and communicated that the internet did not work (and hence the bells didn’t work). 3. One of the bathrooms had a shower which was disconnected and lying in the shower chamber. It was due to the fact that there was a leakage problem in the past. 4. The toilet seat in the same bathroom was not aligned, and was not levelled to the toilet 5. Next morning, we found out there was no hot water. The owners came over again, tried to fix the connection but in vain. We requested to get a bucket which the owners agreed and provided 6. In one of the bedrooms, the bed made a screeching noise whenever anyone moved a bit on the bed. This meant that when we would turn on the bed in sleep, the noise wouldn’t let us sleep. We had a couple of very disturbed and less sleep. I tried to sleep on the sofa, but it was very noisy till 1 am, so that did not work either 7. The owners excused us of the city taxes as a compensation In terms of the location, the flat is a kilometre away from the metro and In short, no sleep, no internet, no hot water summed the stay for a compensation of the city taxes.

• Pasquale (4/5): Unluxurious - Newly refurbished and cosy. Bidet was in need of a deep clean. Microwave dish was filthy and sink needed rinsing. Shower in master bathroom leaked everywhere..overall not what it was made out to be. Bed looked nicely made but bottom sheet seemed too wrinkled to have been unused.

But if you just wake up early and come back late it will be OK.
