• Alaa (2/5): الشقة غير مطابقة للصور اطلاقا - الموقع قريب من بافيليون وقريب من شارع العرب. الحمام غير نظيف وبه بقايا مخلفات (أكرمكم الله) وقمت بتوثيق كل شي بالصور حيث اضطررت لشراء منظفات لتنظيفه بنفسي لان المضيف رفض الغاء الحجز للأسف. لاحظت أثناء الليل خروج صراصير كبيرة ( أعزكم الله) من خلف الغسالة. بلاعة الحمام مكشوفة ويوجد بلاعة كبيرة اخرى في المطبخ (فتحة لتصريف مياه الغسالة) ايضا مكشوفة بالكامل! يوجد سطل في غرفة النوم لأن المكيف ينقط ماء! يعني طوال وقت النوم تسمع تنقيط ماء مستمر! ناهيك عن تسريب المياه على جدار الغرفة الذي تسبب في بركة ماء على الأرضيات وقمت بتصويره ايضا ناهيك عن تسريب في مبردة الماء يملأ رخامة المطبخ ايضا! تشقق وتلف واضح بالجدران المهترئة الرطوبة آكلة المكان بشكل كبير وسيء وزجاج الحمام ملبس بطريقة سيئة ومتشققة ولاخصوصية فيه. ستائر الغرف غير حاجبة للضوء سوى بنسبة 40% تقريبا وهذا خطأ بالغ في الشقق السياحية وسماع ازعاج السيارات في الصباح. يوجد روائح بخور قوي ومزعج جدا يأتي من الممرات ويدخل من تحت الباب واضطررت لوضع ملابس تحت الباب لتقليل دخول رائحة البخور الذي اصابني بالصداع! اعتقد ان البخور متعمد للتغطية على روائح اخرى تنبعث من الشقة لم اتمكن من تحديد مصدرها. قمت بتقديم شكوى لموقع بوكينج وكانوا لطفاء للغاية وعوضوني بجزء بسيط من قيمة الحجز ولكن من وجهة نظري كان التعويض غير مجدي لانني اضطررت لإلغاء الحجز بالكامل في اليوم الرابع بعد أن فاض بنا الكيل ولكن بوكينج عاودوا الاتصال بي وقاموا بتتويضي بباقي الأيام التي لم استفيد منها ... شكرا شركة بوكينج. كانت تجربة سيئة بجميع المقاييس منذ اليوم الأول وتحاملت على نفسي وأسرتي ولكن لم نسطتيع تحمل الظروف السيئة في الشفة والتي كانت تظهر لنا كل يوم مشكلة جديدة!!

• Joseph (7/5): While the unit could have used a deeper cleaning, it was overall good. Location was perfect! - Access cards available in a mailbox. Spacious enough for my family of 5. Washing machine was a must for our length of stay. Management was typically quick to respond any time I sent a message. The mailbox lock wasn’t working, so it was already unlocked. Code not needed. The unit is showing wear, and the overall cleanliness could use some work. It was dusty, especially around the beds. The grout in the bathroom sinks were moldy and the showers have NO enclosure so the entire bathroom floor was wet after every shower.

• maria paula (10/5): Comodidad ante todo - Excelente ubicación! Departamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. En la terraza se encuentra la pileta y un gimnasio que se pueden utilizar, si bien no se llegan a ver las torres Petronas, la vista es hermosa! vale la pena aprovecharlo! Podría ofrecer servicio de desayuno o alguna atención de bienvenida, el equipamiento de cocina es básico sin muchos utensilios.

• Stan (8/5): Good value for the money - Nice apartment near Pavilion and TRX, nice roof pool, friendly and helpful security. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a breakfast. Bathroom and balcony in both bedrooms. A little bit humid and smelly. A dehumidifier would be good in the apartment.

Super convenient. It wasnt the property’s fault. But some neighbours can be very very loud at 2am in the morning shouting and screaming.

The mailbox password provided did not work, and the mailbox area had no fan or lighting, which caused some inconvenience. There were also challenges with the lobby environment, as ventilation was limited and it felt uncomfortable at that time. However, we would like to acknowledge that the property owner handled the situation professionally and agreed to provide a refund after understanding our concerns. We appreciate the owner's responsiveness and fairness in resolving the matter. We hope the management team can improve coordination and communication in the future to provide a better experience for guests. The lobby area was quite stuffy with poor ventilation, as there was no fan or air-conditioning available, which made it uncomfortable. To sum up our experience, the check-in process was unfortunately not smooth and caused quite a bit of inconvenience. We had difficulties during the key handover and eventually were unable to access the apartment properly. However, we would like to acknowledge that the property owner was responsive and responsible in handling the situation. After understanding the issue, the owner agreed to provide a refund, which we truly appreciate. Overall, the main issue seemed to be related to the management and check-in arrangement rather than the owner himself. We hope the management team can improve their coordination and guest experience in the future.

Toiler and bathroom are in the middle appartment and hidden with glass walls and glass doors. so when you do your work, everyone in the appartment aware what you are doing... no privacy at all. we travelled with family, so it' s not possible to shit in from of your kids... i contacted owner to change it with private bathroom, he offered to check 2 bedroom apprtment in the same building. it was good. but he asked 150 MYR payment for upgrade. when I checked booking.com 2bedroom appartment from the same owner costs 825 MYR, while for 1bedroom i paid 1450 MYR... I asked for free upgrade as pictures are misleading you about appartment.. I asked cleaning after 3 days, they wanted to charge 80MYR for regular cleaning.... they want to charge everything. stay away from such owners.

They could have recorded the room with motion camera. They know when I’m outside. And entered the room when I went out to buy food. The host entered the room when I was sleeping , I woke up to the host in front of my bed with security at 11.30am. I was like what the heck? You have to knock the door until I wake up. My mom couldn’t contact me. I could pay for late check out.

The shower gel provided smelled horrible or expired.
