Ana (9/5): Recomendado 100% - Beatriz muy maja,el apartamento decorado con mucho gusto. El tema aparcamiento algo regular y a mejorar el tema de no tener ascensor,pero que nosotros estábamos de turismo todo el día,con lo cual tampoco fue algo muy influyente el subir 1 vez al día por las escaleras
Fernando (8/5): - La estancia en el apartamento fue Perfecta. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro de Oviedo (un kilómetro más o menos) y la zona es tranquila para descansar. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. Beatriz fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. Sin duda, un buen sitio para pasar unos días en Oviedo y sus alrededores.

Ismael Liñares (9/5): Recomendable para visitar Oviedo - El apartamento cumple con todo lo que dice: Céntrico: Se encuentra a escasos 15 minutos de la zona antigua de Oviedo y está en una zona perfecta desde la cual coger la autovía dirección Gijón o Avilés. Acogedor: Cuenta con muebles y materiales nuevos y muy cómodos. Como extra, la propietaria se portó de maravilla y nos permitió realizar el check out más tarde de lo establecido previamente. Repetiremos si volvemos a pasar por Oviedo. Las almohadas eran pequeñas y no muy cómodas y se nos hizo muy complicado aparcar todos los días que estuvimos en el apartamento.
