• Juan Carlos (2/5): - La ubicación con respecto al centro y servicios. Somos una pareja entrada en años pero con vitalidad y en buena forma. Aunque yo tengo una minusvalía me las apaño bien gracias al ejercicio físico y mucha voluntad. Nada más entrar al apartamento, después de subir a un cuarto piso por unas escaleras tortuosas, estrechas, de difícil tránsito con maletas y de difícil homologación tabica-huella- me he dedicado a hacer proyectos media vida y los peldaños son muy estrechos-, vimos los tapones para los oídos sobre la silla que hacía de mesita. Mal augurio. Efectivamente, los Pub de abajo apagan la música a las 3,30 de la madrugada y las voces de los clientes se apagan sobre las cinco de la mañana. Si eres joven y lo que quieres es salir de copas es ideal, pero si eso no es lo que buscas y prefieres acostarte y levantarte temprano para pasear al amanecer y disfrutar del sol y la mañana, no lo aconsejo. El precio nos pareció caro: A 86 euros por noche y por persona 344 euros dos noches, los muebles parecen de segunda mano y/o reutilizados- lo cual no está mal-, pero el sofá era incomodo y la cama estaba hundida al centro - lo que quiero decir es que los materiales reutilizados son necesarios pero hay que contemplar un mínimo de confort cuando es para uso comercial. El baño escueto y la ducha diminuta. Es un fastidio porque nos gusta mucho el centro de Alicante. Sin embargo se produce un efecto indeseable de gentrificación al que, de haberlo sabido, no hubiéramos contribuido -culpa nuestra puesto que dada la situación debíamos haberlo supuesto. Espero que os sirva. Un saludo.
• SallyB (8/5): - Location was great. Central to almost everything. Place was clean and had a homely feel. Shower was fine, coffee machine was great, and I slept! (Not through though!) We would return Stairs are a killer! Because of the close proximity to everything it's very echoy in the streets. People walking passed shout at 3am, road cleaner at 4am, there's construction a building over which starts at 8am. Shower was small but it worked! Would be nice to have a few coffee pods/water on arrival rather than ear plugs. Would definitely not stay on a Friday or Saturday night unless you dont want to sleep till after 4am- there's a night club underneath. But that didn't effect our during the week stay. Handsoap had run out which is such a cheap simple thing to provide.

• Hochratner (8/5): Wir haben die Lage sehr genossen - Die Lage ist super gut. Die Einrichtung war stilistisch nett. Eine superhelle Wohnung mit genug Tageslicht und am Abend eine schöne Beleuchtung von diversen Lampen. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Man muss in der Dusche ewig auf warmes Wasser warten. Beim Waschbecken ist der Wasserdruck minimal, es kommt sehr wenig Wasser raus. Die Sauberkeit am Boden könnte besser sein. Vom Vormieter war noch eine leere Wasserflasche unter der Couch.
• W1W4T (8/5): Ciekawy apartament w centrum Alicante - Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji w samym centrum Alicante, kilka minut spacerem od plaży, portu i deptaka. Wokół wiele ciekawych lokali gastronomicznych oraz przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, z wygodnym łóżkiem oraz klimatyzacją. Apartament spełnia wszelkie wymogi miejsca wypadowego na citybreak w Alicante. Gospodarz zazwyczaj odpowiadał sprawnie. Bardzo głośna okolica (szczególnie w weekendy) a apartament z racji na usytuowanie na ostatnim piętrze kamienicy, słabo wygłuszony. Otrzymaliśmy zatyczki do uszu aczkolwiek tak czy siak, hałas był bardzo doskwierający. Łazienka spełniała podstawowe potrzeby ale mogłaby zostać wyremontowana, przydałby się większy prysznic bo obecny nie gwarantuje swobodnego ruchu wewnątrz. Ciężko także wyregulować ciepłą wodę.

• Lisa (8/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location - The apartment was in the perfect location to explore. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The flights of stairs to get to the room. The noise from the pub/street below Friday and Saturday night.

• Andrea (9/5): Muy cómodo y acogedor - La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de alicante Si van con el coche encontrar aparcamiento en la calle es imposible y hay que pagar el parking público.
• Nanna (6/5): Emme tule enää tähän majoitukseen. - Se oli kauniisti sisustettu, hieman boheemi-henkeen. Huoneisto oli myös erittäin siisti. Rappukäytävä oli niin kapea ettei matkalaukut meinanneet mahtua. 4.kerrokseen piti kävellen mennä, kun ei ollut hissiä. Oli kyllä vaikea reitti ylös. Emme nähneet palohälytintä kuin kaapissa ja siinä ei ollut pattereita. Ainoa poistumiestie oli myös ahdas rappukäytävä. Televisiosta meni ääni pois, emme saaneet sitä toimimaan.

• Jiří (9/5): Pohoda v Alicante - Skvělá lokalita v centru, 10 minut na pláž. Spousta restaurací a barů kolem ubytování. Vybavení kuchyně dostatečné na běžné využití. Trochu nepohodlná postel pro dva lidi. Hluk z vedlejšího klubu jen jednu noc.

• Kathleen (8/5): Very central - Very central, lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. Very narrow stairs. It was no problem for us..
• Adam (10/5): Great location, great decor. - Really lovely interior. Well placed in town to be convenient enough to go back to throughout the day. Close to some bars which can be loud at the weekend, but clearly advertised and expected given it's convenience. Ear plugs provided but we didn't feel the need to use them.

• Vincent (7/5): Comfortable apartment, great location, even better if you like to party until dawn. - The apartment location is central, old city, 5 minsxwslk from seafront. You need to be prepared to climb 57 steps to enter your apartment. Although the narrow street is relatively quiet during the day, it all kicks off at around 11pm at the weekends. Loud Music until 3.30am and then people have important things to discuss outside until at least 4.30am. Quiet by 5am though.
• Kristiana (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is bright and spacious with a very good location in the old city of Alicante close to restaurants and attractions. The apartment surely had better days as it seemed it has not been properly maintained. The mattress of the bed was rather uncomfortable and u-shaped and cleanliness could have been better when it comes to floors, dust and kitchenware. There was noise from the adjacent bars on a Saturday but it was very quiet Sunday to Monday.
• Thirza (10/5): Exceptional - Location - very central. Comfortable bed. Easy check in with lock box. Felt at home. Very noisy - local bars - on Saturday night. Narrow steep stairs to 4th floor - not suitable for those with mobility issues.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - very clean and well equipped apartment. the location is great as well, really in the center and close to the sea. great place to stay for few nights! don't think they're exaggerating, when they say it's loud in the apartment at nights during weekends. windows are drafty, so you can hear everything that's happening outside (and there's a lot happening there, believe me). the good thing is, that there were new sets of earplugs next to the bed :)

• Sema (7/5): Average stay, worth for the value - The location, the decoration of the home and the comfiness of the bed. The kitchen was not really clean and it was lacking some main utensils, we booked a home to be able to cook by ourselves but this property didn't meet our expectations in terms of kitchen cleanliness and equipments.
• Harry (9/5): Fab - Great location, clean, quirky interior, everything you would need for a stay of a couple of days. The sofa is a bit low and uncomfortable but we weren't in Alicante to spend a lot of time inside.
• Tina (8/5): Very good - Flat had most things I needed and was a perfect size for me. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and was close to the restaurants. Towel and basics were provided. Shower pressure was great. No drying rack or patio as in the description. The nightclub noise wasn't so much of a problem as I used the ear plugs provided. The daytime noise from the building works was terrible. You also get a message to say that the flat downstairs can hear EVERYTHING so basically be quiet. Host wasn't really interested in my comments and told me that the apartment was priced to the area. It wasn't any cheaper than other places. Stains on the sofa. Nowhere to hang wet towels except the chairs.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, good location and with everything we needed. Great communication from start to finish. I highly recommend this gorgeous apartment, so bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Up 3 flights of a very narrow staircase . Wasn't a problem for us, but not ideal if you have any mobility issues

• Leanne (9/5): Superb - The decor and facilities were excellent. It was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and right in the heart of the old town with lots of bars, shops and restaurants right on the doorstop and only 5 mins from the beach The only thing we didn't like was that it was on the 4th floor, and the stairway is quite narrow. It was a bit of a killer to walk up it to be honest, but if you want to be in the heart of the old town then it's something you expect. We stayed Mon-Thurs and it was quiet most nights as the bars below were shut, but there is building work across the road that starts early - won't last forever though.

• Armin (10/5): Property was everything I expected and I highly recommend it. - Bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean, just like the pictures. Owner was very responsive and very kind. Property is located in the city centre, very near the beach and everything you need. Apartment is close to the pubs and restaurants so there is a possibility for some noise in the evening (there were earplugs so that shouldn’t be a problem). There was nothing I didn’t like.
• Brian (8/5): The apartment lived up to its beautiful title :) We would definitely stay here again. - The apartment was spacious, beautiful and very central to everything. It had lovely old style quaint features. There was a little street noise on the Saturday night but we were warned of this in advance & earplugs were provided. Sunday night was very quiet. Nothing. I would be nit-picking to say anything negative about the apartment. It was really nice overall.
